Cozy, beautifully decorated queen bed studio. We are located 2 1/2 blocks from downtown Ketchum. The studio has a small under the counter refrigerator, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker. We are 1/2 a block from the bus stop to take you to the mountain or up to Sun Valley. You will love the fact that you don t have to drive anywhere. You can walk or take the free shuttle. The studio is located on the bottom floor of our three story townhouse. It is at the end of the street in a small quiet 10 unit complex.

- "A very nice, tastefully decorated and well kept properrty." - "The property is in a townhouse-style condo complex that is just on the outskirts of downtown Ketchum, walkable to the downtown area and the Sun Valley River Run ski area. Do you want to hike in the summer? Walk to River Run or drive to multitude of local hiking spots. Are you a skiier? River Run is very close, and the main Sun Valley resort is an easy drive. The unit itself is in excellent condition - remodeled baths, nice kitchen/appliances/cookware, very clean, and extremely comfortable. We like to cook for ourselves, and the kitchen was well stocked and friendly to use. The decks (there are two) overlook a small stream, and have a great view of Baldy. The white noise from the stream is PERFECT for good sleep and drowning out most any other noise. It's a great unit and Ketchum is a fun town. You will not be disappointed."

This single-level duplex is located just about a mile from the Warm Springs ski lifts and is steps from the popular Heidelberg Hill trailhead and a bus stop for the "Blue Route" on the free Mountain Rides Bus. This home offers approx.1200 sq ft of living space and will sleep up to four guests.

As you enter the home you will find the cozy living area with a gas fireplace, a 36-inch flat-screen TV with cable, and modern seating. To the left of the entry is the fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances. In the corner of the kitchen is a dining table for four. The kitchen door leads out to a spacious, sunny deck with barbeque and outdoor chairs for relaxing in the summer months.

Off the living area is a hall leading to the master bedroom to the left and the second bedroom to the right. The large master has a queen bed, a 36-inch flat-screen TV, and a walk-in closet that leads to the master bathroom. This bathroom has a shower and a single vanity sink. There is a stack washer/dryer in the master closet. The second bedroom offers two twin beds and has access to a full-size hallway bathroom with a single vanity sink and tub/shower combo.

This duplex is located in a residential neighborhood near the dog park. There is parking for two cars in front of the unit.

On the first level, you will find the primary bedroom. This room has a king bed and an ensuite full-size bathroom. On the middle level is the living area with a 60-inch flat-screen TV, gas fireplace, and ceiling fan. This room features high ceilings, allowing for ample natural light and stunning mountain views. The open kitchen and dining area are also located on this level. The dining table seats 6 with 2 bar stools at the kitchen countertop. There is access to a small deck off the dining area which offers mountain views, a small table with two chairs, and an umbrella. There is a stack washer/dryer in a closet just off the kitchen. The condo has two large portable air conditioning units, one in the dining room and one in the upstairs bedroom.

Welcome to our Very cozy 2 Bedroom, 2 1/2 Bath Townhome with an AMAZING location in West Ketchum. We are only an eight minute scenic walk from River Run Lodge, 2 blocks from the bike path, and just over a half mile away from all that Downtown Ketchum has to offer.

The kitchen has an electric stovetop, microwave, dishwasher. The drawers and cupboards contain all the gadgets you might need for cooking and baking. You are welcome to use the sugar, flour, spices, and condiments in the cupboard and fridge.

The Master and Guest bedrooms are on the main level, have comfy queen size beds, each with a dresser and closet. The master bathroom and guest bathroom both have heated floors, marble countertops and glass shower.

The Living area is newly carpeted and well furnished, with incredible views of Bald Mountain. There is a lovely small deck that extends off of the living area. There is a Smart TV in this area. (non functioning) Fireplace as well.

With all new construction, this beautiful home is the perfect location for all your Sun Valley adventures. Light and bright, comfortable and warm, you'll love this space. Just a short walk to everything you need, the home is located just two blocks East of Ketchum Town Square where all the best restaurants and bars are.

The entry is on the second floor with access to the garage and master bedroom with a King size bed and full bathroom. The first level has one room with a King size bed and another room with two Queen size beds conjoined by a Jack and Jill bathroom. There is a large living/sleeping area on the same floor with four convertible sleeper couches that can be used as additional queen beds. We have added a new addition off the downstairs living room, another bedroom! This new room features a trundle bed to sleep 2 people and a giant barn door that opens up the living room. Often given the name "Kids Room" this space is multi use. This room also has a separate full bathroom attached.

The third floor features the kitchen as well as the outdoor deck. The home is great for large groups allowing for time together but also time to separate.

Hidden Gem is great for vacations at any time of year with many activities around the area! In the summer, Baldy Mountain is a great hiking destination with one of the best restaurants (Round House) that you can hike or take the gondola to. Stanley is great for Water rafting adventures, camping and horseback riding. During the winter, skiing and snowboarding are most popular activities at Dollar Mountain & Baldy Mountain. Dollar Mountain has a great ski school program for the little ones. Penny Lane is down the street for sledding and Sun Valley Village is growing with new restaurants and shopping. Newly renovated - Sun Valley Lodge is known for their skating rink, bowling alley and spa.

Modern, new and simple home 1/4 mile outside town of Ketchum on Warm Springs Road. The home is clean and breathtaking in its simplicity. Radiant floor heat, white art walls, floor to ceiling windows, walnut doors and Italian cabinetry. The small but private yard is complimented by fire pit, outdoor shower, hot tub, modern patio furniture and bbq. Wilderness trail head to Adams Gulch and beyond for mountain biking and hiking is 100 yards away. City of Ketchum and Sun Valley is a walk or cruiser bike trek on the bike path.

A cobble stone rear patio with Adirondack chairs provides a peaceful setting to take in the stunning mountain views and sunsets. All the spaces have been designed for comfort and enjoying the awesome setting. In summer time, enjoy the heated community pool and pickle ball/tennis court, 100 yards from the Chalet. In winter time the ski slopes of the world famous Sun Valley Resort are located 200 yards from the Chalet, providing convenient access. There is a private on site parking space located to the right of the 2 car garage. At the rear of the parking space is the walkway and steps to the front porch and entrance to the chalet. Please be careful when walking on the property as this is a mountain environment with snow, ice and surfaces that an be slippery.

In winter the Warm Springs base area of the Sun Valley Resort is located 200 yards directly down the street, which offers a cozy base lodge with numerous breakfast and lunch options, as well as the new Challenger and Flying Squirrel high speed quad chairlifts. A personal favorite is taking the Flying Squirrel chairlift to the top of Baldy and skiing to the historic Round House restaurant for an amazing lunch (make reservations or wait for room at the 2 bars). On your walk to the Warm Springs Lodge you will pass by Apples restaurant (locals favorite) and Sturdevants ski shop, which has a great selection of equipment, accessories, rentals, very experienced boot fitting and ski repair and tuning. In summer, there is a bike path 200 yards away that leads to Downtown Ketchum and beyond. In the opposite direction Warm Springs Road is a scenic gravel road past the Board Ranch Subdivision, is surrounded by National Forest Land and provides access to Frenchmens Natural Hot Springs and numerous fly fishing spots where Warm Springs Creek is close to the road. Numerous hiking trails are located nearby. Also in the summer enjoy the heated community pool with lounge chairs, tables, umbrellas, changing rooms, pickle ball court, and amazing mountain views are 100 yards from the Chalet. There is a summer symphony series on the lawn at the Sun Valley resort. Numerous shops and a wide range of great restaurants are located in Downtown Ketchum and at the Sun Valley Resort. There is a great free public bus system which has a stop in front of Warm Springs lodge and goes to Ketchum 2 times per hour (mountainrides.org), which makes your visit possible to be car less. My home and Airbnb space is located in a quiet area of Ketchum close to town but away from the busyness. Windows on all four sides offer the feeling of being in the trees with views of the mountains. The sound of the Big Wood river lulls you into dreamland on a summer night with the windows wide open letting in the cool mountain air. There is NOT an air conditioning system. In the mountains we rely on the cool night air.

The space
Location: Ketchum, Sun Valley Area, Idaho, (Minutes from downtown Ketchum, ski lifts and hiking / mountain biking / Nordic ski trails - (Mountain views!)

Welcome to my Sun Valley guest space. The room’s airy tree house feeling with windows on all four sides is approached by a separate stairway once you enter the house. Designed by the owner to be sensitive to the environment, the house is passive solar with radiant heat in the floors, non-toxic finishes and paints. All the electricity is supplied by photovoltaic solar panels. . A wonderful space for doing yoga. A yoga mat and videos are provided in the room. Bicycles and ski gear can be stored in garage

Accommodations - Bedroom, sitting room in one private space over the garage and approached by a separate stairway after entering the house. Queen bed and full size sleeper sofa. Bathroom with tiled shower. Kitchen/food prep area includes: Convection toaster oven, plug-in tea pot, coffee maker, fridge, one burner hot plate, pots and pans, dishes, glasses, utensils, napkins, sponge, dishcloth and dish soap. I ask guests to bring their dishes down to my kitchen where I will wash them as there is not a kitchen sink in the guest space. Strong Wifi. I prefer to turn the Wifi off between 9:30 and 10pm and back on at 7am. However if the guest would like it left on I am happy to. DVD player, flat screen tv, cafe table and chairs, iron and ironing board available. Clothes washer available.


The house is ideally located in a quiet, tree-filled neighborhood near the Big Wood River, at the base of Bald Mountain and minutes from hiking and biking trails. The free bus service to the ski mountain is a 200 yard walk and downtown Ketchum is ¼ mile away. A public trail to the river is just behind the house and bike paths, groomed Nordic ski trails and the YMCA are within a five-minute walk. Dogs are welcome with a $10 / night fee. I do not allow cats.

Enter through the front door, turn to left and up a private stairway with a door at the bottom. A very private and quiet space.

The neighborhood is generally quiet and I ask my guests to respect the peacefulness outside and inside the house, especially after 10PM

The Studio is located on the first floor of a three story townhouse. Cozy, beautifully decorated queen bed studio, located 2 1/2 blocks from the Ketchum Town Square, short walk to restaurants, shops and parks in Ketchum. Just 1 mile from the world renowned Sun Valley Resort. Half a mile to River Run Gondola, short bus ride to Warm Springs side of Baldy. Easy access to bike path, free bus service, golf courses and hiking. We do not recommend the studio for more than 2 or 3 people.

The space
The studio is on the first floor separate from our living space on the second and third floors. We share the foyer entrance. The studio has a queen size bed in a alcove off the living space. There is a queen size sofa pull out, wall mounted flat screen TV with Cox TV and several other premium networks, please, feel free to put the volume up to 16,. There is also a breakfast nook that has a small bar type refrigerator, k/cup coffee maker, microwave, toaster, condiments and plates and silverware for four. It also has an office desk and chair with a charging station. The bathroom, a two room set up with mirror and sink in one room and the toilet and shower bathtub combo in the second room. Everything you need for a comfortable stay is included.
If you stay in our studio, you will be totally stress free! No driving, no noise, no parking problems. María has set it up very tastefully and you will find it clean and cozy.

Our townhouse is three stories high. On the 1st level is the studio and shared foyer, the 2nd and 3rd is the part of the home that we keep for our use.
Come in through our main door, directly in front of you is the white door to your studio, keyless lock with code, which will be given to you one or two days before your arrival.

Other things to note
You will love that you will not have to drive anywhere, in fact, one of our first guests returned their rental car!
If you want privacy you will have it, we appreciate ours as well. But having said that, we are very friendly and love to meet new people, and have enjoyed meeting really nice people through Airbnb.

This single-level duplex is located just about a mile from the Warm Springs ski lifts and is steps from the popular Heidelberg Hill trailhead and a bus stop for the "Blue Route" on the free Mountain Rides Bus. This home offers approx.1200 sq ft of living space and will sleep up to four guests.

As you enter the home you will find the cozy living area with a gas fireplace, a 36-inch flat-screen TV with cable, and modern seating. To the left of the entry is the fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances. In the corner of the kitchen is a dining table for four. The kitchen door leads out to a spacious, sunny deck with barbeque and outdoor chairs for relaxing in the summer months.

Off the living area is a hall leading to the master bedroom to the left and the second bedroom to the right. The large master has a queen bed, a 36-inch flat-screen TV, and a walk-in closet that leads to the master bathroom. This bathroom has a shower and a single vanity sink. There is a stack washer/dryer in the master closet. The second bedroom offers two twin beds and has access to a full-size hallway bathroom with a single vanity sink and tub/shower combo.

This duplex is located in a residential neighborhood near the dog park. There is parking for two cars in front of the unit.

One dog is welcome, with an additional pet fee of $120.

You can't beat the location of this studio in walking distance to everything! Enjoy the full kitchen and sweet mountain views right in the heart of Ketchum. Unpack, relax and enjoy your stay! Everything is right at your toes -- the lifts at River Run, the BCRB trail, restaurants, art galleries, boutiques, entertainment and shopping are all within a half-mile stroll. The local bus system just one street away can easily get you around as well.

My 1600 square foot home is comfortable and cozy, located in a quiet, safe neighborhood 3 miles north of Ketchum, outside the Wood River Valley traffic stream. There is a big back yard, great for dog play. The friendly neighborhood is adjacent to public lands, with lots of linked hiking and biking trails. Just north of my neighborhood is the Sawtooth National Recreation Area with Galena Lodge, Galena Peak, the Sawtooth Mountain basin wilderness, and the quaint town of Stanley 60 miles north.

The space
The guest room is a few feet in from the front door on the left side with a single bed and a pop-up single trundle that can be a second separate bed - or put the two together for a king; the bathroom is just 3 feet across the hall. You have you own stone patio just outside your garden door. As you continue into the house, the kitchen is on the right with an adjacent dining area; the living room with a vaulted ceiling and gas firestove is on the left. The entire area is open, light, and airy with windows everywhere. My living/working/sleeping area is on the second floor. If you like light and sun, you'll love this place!

You will have access to the entire first floor. Parking is easy in the 4-car parking area in front of my two-car garage.

During your stay
I like to greet my guests, show them around, and answer all questions. My socializing depends on what else I'm doing when guests visit and how much interaction guests want. But I'm always interested in helping, providing info about the Valley, and being a warm, and welcoming host.

Other things to note
I love dogs and have an 8-year-old Aussie/Border Collie name Jack. Also an 8-month-old kitten named Mazy. Both are fine with a visiting dog as long as it's not huge, wild, or crazy. And, oh yes, beware! You will love the area so much you won't want to leave!
