Cozy, beautifully decorated queen bed studio. We are located 2 1/2 blocks from downtown Ketchum. The studio has a small under the counter refrigerator, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker. We are 1/2 a block from the bus stop to take you to the mountain or up to Sun Valley. You will love the fact that you don t have to drive anywhere. You can walk or take the free shuttle. The studio is located on the bottom floor of our three story townhouse. It is at the end of the street in a small quiet 10 unit complex.

- "A very nice, tastefully decorated and well kept properrty." - "The property is in a townhouse-style condo complex that is just on the outskirts of downtown Ketchum, walkable to the downtown area and the Sun Valley River Run ski area. Do you want to hike in the summer? Walk to River Run or drive to multitude of local hiking spots. Are you a skiier? River Run is very close, and the main Sun Valley resort is an easy drive. The unit itself is in excellent condition - remodeled baths, nice kitchen/appliances/cookware, very clean, and extremely comfortable. We like to cook for ourselves, and the kitchen was well stocked and friendly to use. The decks (there are two) overlook a small stream, and have a great view of Baldy. The white noise from the stream is PERFECT for good sleep and drowning out most any other noise. It's a great unit and Ketchum is a fun town. You will not be disappointed."

This single-level duplex is located just about a mile from the Warm Springs ski lifts and is steps from the popular Heidelberg Hill trailhead and a bus stop for the "Blue Route" on the free Mountain Rides Bus. This home offers approx.1200 sq ft of living space and will sleep up to four guests.

As you enter the home you will find the cozy living area with a gas fireplace, a 36-inch flat-screen TV with cable, and modern seating. To the left of the entry is the fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances. In the corner of the kitchen is a dining table for four. The kitchen door leads out to a spacious, sunny deck with barbeque and outdoor chairs for relaxing in the summer months.

Off the living area is a hall leading to the master bedroom to the left and the second bedroom to the right. The large master has a queen bed, a 36-inch flat-screen TV, and a walk-in closet that leads to the master bathroom. This bathroom has a shower and a single vanity sink. There is a stack washer/dryer in the master closet. The second bedroom offers two twin beds and has access to a full-size hallway bathroom with a single vanity sink and tub/shower combo.

This duplex is located in a residential neighborhood near the dog park. There is parking for two cars in front of the unit.

One dog is welcome, with an additional pet fee of $120.

On the first level, you will find the primary bedroom. This room has a king bed and an ensuite full-size bathroom. On the middle level is the living area with a 60-inch flat-screen TV, gas fireplace, and ceiling fan. This room features high ceilings, allowing for ample natural light and stunning mountain views. The open kitchen and dining area are also located on this level. The dining table seats 6 with 2 bar stools at the kitchen countertop. There is access to a small deck off the dining area which offers mountain views, a small table with two chairs, and an umbrella. There is a stack washer/dryer in a closet just off the kitchen. The condo has two large portable air conditioning units, one in the dining room and one in the upstairs bedroom.

On the third level is the loft area and the second bedroom. The bedroom has a Queen bed, a 31-inch tv, mountain views, a walk-in closet, and a full-size hall bath. The loft offers a Queen bed and has access to the hall bath, up a few stairs.
