Our home boasts wonderful surroundings, The Grand Teton stands tall with Grand Targhee Resort in full view. Inside luxury king bed, excellent cooking utensils, leather sofas, big screen TV, outside a great wrap around deck with abundant wildlife.

15 acres of open space in the backyard to view the wonderful Teton National Park/Forest, a peek at the famous Grande Teton and from the front of the house the Big Hole Range.

DETAILS
We hope that you will find our space inviting, quiet, and simply a great get away. The home is approx 800 sq ft. It is located just .4 miles off of Ski Hill road and 1.9 mi from the main stop light in Driggs. There is great access to hiking, biking, and skiing from the home without getting into your car. Our home is a new adventure for us and we hope you will enjoy the changes we make along the way. We have new art and new window blinds just in place 3/2014, new deck summer 2015, and a new Ekonnes leather chair in the bedroom fall 2015. New full size washer & dryer 2/2017, and a new shower summer 2017.

Guest Access
The home does have a 2 car garage which may be available upon request for a small extra fee and some extra requirements.

Interaction with Guests
We are not on site full time but are happy to respond to questions, concerns and anything that will make your stay in the Tetons one that will bring you back! Our Home is attached to the apartment but totally separate. Each living quarter is separated from one another by a 2 car garage. Both have full private and separate decks as well as separate entrances. The driveway is a large circular drive that is plowed in the winter and you will find no parking issues.

The Neighborhood
Cobblecrest Rd. is a small subdivision off of Ski Hill Rd with approximately 12 homes. All of the homes and area are well kept. The roads and driveways are plowed following storms. Ski Hill Rd has a wonderful bike trail along the side and there is also a great trail through the back roads to the center of Driggs. The Teton Valley has a variety of restaurants all with outstanding food.

EXTRA DETAILS
During ski season there are many x-country ski areas simply from out the front door. You can find great set track at the nearby high school, the Alta school, and Teton Springs Golf Course and of course at Grand Targhee Resort.

House Rules
We are hoping you will treat our home with great respect. We would like to know immediately if there is anything which is unsatisfactory/broken/ and or needed. We would appreciate if the dishes were done when you leave and the sheets removed from the bed and placed in the washer. If you feel that another guest may enjoy spices or condiments that you have left over feel free to leave them marking a purchase date on the outside of the container. All perishables should be removed from the kitchen. We do not allow pets at this time and we absolutely DO NOT allow smoking.

Apartment is on 5 acres in a very quiet, beautiful location in the countryside. Less than 10 minutes outside the quaint, one-stoplight town of Driggs, ID; 15 minutes to Grand Targhee ski resort; 45 minutes to Jackson Hole ski resort and Grand Teton National Park; 90 minutes to Yellowstone. Perfect location for skiers who want to be in close driving distance to Grand Targhee but away from the crowds at the base of the ski area. Equally perfect for those accessing the national parks and nearby world class fishing, hiking, rafting, skiing, and other outdoor activities then winding down afterwards on your deck facing the Tetons. Impossible to beat!! The apartment is over a detached, heated garage which guests can use for their vehicle. Washer and dryer. Propane grill also.

This charming, well-appointed home has great access to outdoor adventure all around and peaceful quietude when you’re done with your day. It's only a 6 minute drive in to Driggs for restaurants and groceries and 15 minutes up the road to Grand Targhee Resort and Teton Canyon (Jedidiah Smith Wilderness Area).
The charming town of Driggs offers yummy restaurants and great grocery stores. Jackson Hole Resort is 45 minutes away. The town of Jackson, Wyoming is one hour away. Enjoy huge views of the Teton peaks and Targhee National Forest. There is a lot of open space in the neighborhood with walking paths and creeks to enjoy. Within 15 minutes in all directions you have access to World Class--mountain biking, downhill skiing, nordic skiing, fishing, river rafting, hiking, hunting, dirt biking, motorcycle riding, all the adventure you could want!
If you are hoping to access the National Parks like Grand Teton and Yellowstone the home is located on the western slope of the Teton Mountain Range. It takes just over an hour and a half to get to Yellowstone National Park. You can enter through the South Entrance (Jackson) or the West Entrance (West Yellowstone, Montana). It's brilliant to make a loop out of your Yellowstone visit with this house as your home base.

- "The only reason we gave a four on one category was there wasn't blinds on the front door nor the patio. It also would have been nice to have a beside lamp in the second bedroom. Perhaps a note pad and pen for noting excursions, scores for family games, shopping lists, etc. Overall, the scenic view was gorgeous! We enjoyed the location as we were within easy driving distance to Rexburg, ID. There we had Denny's for breakfast, and the experience at Yellowstone Bear World is an absolute must! We also enjoyed close proximity to Victor, ID, which had tons of amenities. Then a short drive further through the Teton Pass/Targhee National Forest you can enjoy Jackson Hole, WY. Which of course is the gateway to the Grand Teton National Park. So worth it! We thoroughly enjoyed our time here."

This unique home used to be a granary! It has been converted to a beautiful, spacious and comfortable home by artists (us), with lots of interesting details, and you are also welcome to visit our glassblowing studio only a few steps away down the adjacent driveway.
There are abundant South facing windows meaning good views and sunny warmth any time of year. Everything is included: washer and dryer and large TV, full kitchen, etc.
The house is located only five blocks from Main Street, and two blocks from the Targhee Shuttle stop.
The upstairs has the master bedroom and a half bath, along with a very large common room with TV and walk in closet. Plenty of open space for stretching out after a long day! The couch can be folded down for another bed if needed.
There is a separate bedroom downstairs and a full bath with tub/shower, as well as the kitchen, dining room, and sitting room.
The dining room looks south and east to the Grand Tetons and is a wonderful place to be anytime of day.
The kitchen has a two person bar for relaxing while watching your friends cook for you.
We think you'll love it here! The common space is warm and inviting and the bedrooms are cozy and private. Lots of interesting art and unique history and architecture make it a really fun place to stay for a night or a month or more. (30 years for us.) The location 5 blocks from Main Street means you can walk to everything, but still feel relaxed and safe in your own house with beautiful mountain views. And, of course, you are only a few steps from the glass shop which you can tour too.
