Our home boasts wonderful surroundings, The Grand Teton stands tall with Grand Targhee Resort in full view. Inside luxury king bed, excellent cooking utensils, leather sofas, big screen TV, outside a great wrap around deck with abundant wildlife.

15 acres of open space in the backyard to view the wonderful Teton National Park/Forest, a peek at the famous Grande Teton and from the front of the house the Big Hole Range.

DETAILS
We hope that you will find our space inviting, quiet, and simply a great get away. The home is approx 800 sq ft. It is located just .4 miles off of Ski Hill road and 1.9 mi from the main stop light in Driggs. There is great access to hiking, biking, and skiing from the home without getting into your car. Our home is a new adventure for us and we hope you will enjoy the changes we make along the way. We have new art and new window blinds just in place 3/2014, new deck summer 2015, and a new Ekonnes leather chair in the bedroom fall 2015. New full size washer & dryer 2/2017, and a new shower summer 2017.

Guest Access
The home does have a 2 car garage which may be available upon request for a small extra fee and some extra requirements.

Interaction with Guests
We are not on site full time but are happy to respond to questions, concerns and anything that will make your stay in the Tetons one that will bring you back! Our Home is attached to the apartment but totally separate. Each living quarter is separated from one another by a 2 car garage. Both have full private and separate decks as well as separate entrances. The driveway is a large circular drive that is plowed in the winter and you will find no parking issues.

The Neighborhood
Cobblecrest Rd. is a small subdivision off of Ski Hill Rd with approximately 12 homes. All of the homes and area are well kept. The roads and driveways are plowed following storms. Ski Hill Rd has a wonderful bike trail along the side and there is also a great trail through the back roads to the center of Driggs. The Teton Valley has a variety of restaurants all with outstanding food.

EXTRA DETAILS
During ski season there are many x-country ski areas simply from out the front door. You can find great set track at the nearby high school, the Alta school, and Teton Springs Golf Course and of course at Grand Targhee Resort.

House Rules
We are hoping you will treat our home with great respect. We would like to know immediately if there is anything which is unsatisfactory/broken/ and or needed. We would appreciate if the dishes were done when you leave and the sheets removed from the bed and placed in the washer. If you feel that another guest may enjoy spices or condiments that you have left over feel free to leave them marking a purchase date on the outside of the container. All perishables should be removed from the kitchen. We do not allow pets at this time and we absolutely DO NOT allow smoking.

Apartment is on 5 acres in a very quiet, beautiful location in the countryside. Less than 10 minutes outside the quaint, one-stoplight town of Driggs, ID; 15 minutes to Grand Targhee ski resort; 45 minutes to Jackson Hole ski resort and Grand Teton National Park; 90 minutes to Yellowstone. Perfect location for skiers who want to be in close driving distance to Grand Targhee but away from the crowds at the base of the ski area. Equally perfect for those accessing the national parks and nearby world class fishing, hiking, rafting, skiing, and other outdoor activities then winding down afterwards on your deck facing the Tetons. This charming, well-appointed home has great access to outdoor adventure all around and peaceful quietude when you’re done with your day. It's only a 6 minute drive in to Driggs for restaurants and groceries and 15 minutes up the road to Grand Targhee Resort and Teton Canyon (Jedidiah Smith Wilderness Area).
The charming town of Driggs offers yummy restaurants and great grocery stores. Jackson Hole Resort is 45 minutes away. The town of Jackson, Wyoming is one hour away. Enjoy huge views of the Teton peaks and Targhee National Forest. There is a lot of open space in the neighborhood with walking paths and creeks to enjoy. Within 15 minutes in all directions you have access to World Class--mountain biking, downhill skiing, nordic skiing, fishing, river rafting, hiking, hunting, dirt biking, motorcycle riding, all the adventure you could want!
If you are hoping to access the National Parks like Grand Teton and Yellowstone the home is located on the western slope of the Teton Mountain Range. It takes just over an hour and a half to get to Yellowstone National Park. You can enter through the South Entrance (Jackson) or the West Entrance (West Yellowstone, Montana). It's brilliant to make a loop out of your Yellowstone visit with this house as your home base.

- "The only reason we gave a four on one category was there wasn't blinds on the front door nor the patio. It also would have been nice to have a beside lamp in the second bedroom. Perhaps a note pad and pen for noting excursions, scores for family games, shopping lists, etc. Overall, the scenic view was gorgeous! We enjoyed the location as we were within easy driving distance to Rexburg, ID. There we had Denny's for breakfast, and the experience at Yellowstone Bear World is an absolute must! We also enjoyed close proximity to Victor, ID, which had tons of amenities. Then a short drive further through the Teton Pass/Targhee National Forest you can enjoy Jackson Hole, WY. Which of course is the gateway to the Grand Teton National Park. So worth it! We thoroughly enjoyed our time here."

This unique home used to be a granary! It has been converted to a beautiful, spacious and comfortable home by artists (us), with lots of interesting details, and you are also welcome to visit our glassblowing studio only a few steps away down the adjacent driveway.
There are abundant South facing windows meaning good views and sunny warmth any time of year. Everything is included: washer and dryer and large TV, full kitchen, etc.
The house is located only five blocks from Main Street, and two blocks from the Targhee Shuttle stop.
The upstairs has the master bedroom and a half bath, along with a very large common room with TV and walk in closet. Plenty of open space for stretching out after a long day! The couch can be folded down for another bed if needed.
There is a separate bedroom downstairs and a full bath with tub/shower, as well as the kitchen, dining room, and sitting room.
The dining room looks south and east to the Grand Tetons and is a wonderful place to be anytime of day.
The kitchen has a two person bar for relaxing while watching your friends cook for you.
We think you'll love it here! The common space is warm and inviting and the bedrooms are cozy and private. Lots of interesting art and unique history and architecture make it a really fun place to stay for a night or a month or more. (30 years for us.) The location 5 blocks from Main Street means you can walk to everything, but still feel relaxed and safe in your own house with beautiful mountain views. And, of course, you are only a few steps from the glass shop which you can tour too.

This beautiful house right on the Idaho Wyoming border (up Ski Hill Rd) has amazing natural light, gorgeous finished wood and granite interior and a sun room to die for. With a seasonal stream just off the back deck, this is an amazing place to relax year round. Views of Targhee & the Tetons out back, and the Big Hole Range out the front (also covered porch). In the winter, you can't get any closer to Targhee in Idaho and there is a shuttle up the mountain just across the road.

The Space:
Located just 8 miles from Grand Targhee you can unwind after skiing, biking, hiking or whatever you choose to be your adventure! Also centrally located for exploring Yellowstone and Grand Teton National Parks, world class fly fishing, river rafting, and horseback riding.

Each bedroom suite a queen bed and a private bathroom. There is also a queen sleeper sofa in living room. Welcome to our "Grand Teton Cabin" one of two small luxury home in downtown Driggs. This home is the newest addition, a 1000 SqFt 1 bedroom masterpiece with additional sleeping loft. We wanted to offer an experience second to none in the Teton Valley with trendy finishes in the popular downtown area, great for walking to shops, bars and restaurants. It's 5 blocks to Main St, but just 1.5 blocks to Little Ave, a popular street with bistros, shops & one of Targhee's shuttle pick-up locations.

An easy walk to the shops on Little Avenue, Forage Bistro, or the 5th Street Grand Targhee shuttle pick up, The Grand Teton Cabin is one of two "Teton Cabins" in downtown Driggs. With beds for 4 and a fold-out sofa for an additional 2, this overgrown tiny home features trendy furniture and and incredible finishes. Built with extraordinary quality and with do detail overlooked, the home features fashion inspired contemporary oak cabinets with granite counter tops, open vaulted ceilings, a hand made lighted staircase, and custom architectural and design elements throughout. The home was also built with comfort and energy in mind with a variety of features and creature comforts including ultra efficient heating and air conditioning, air ventilation system and special LED lighting. The cozy master suite features it's own slider door to the rear patio, separate air conditioning unit, queen size bed, and privacy shades. The thoughtfully designed bathroom offers warm heated floors for those Teton Valley winter nights, and a pocket door between the glass shower and vanity for larger groups needing extra morning space. The home is just as breathtaking and thoughtfully designed outdoors. Huge custom sliding doors open to a large pergola with cafe lighting, bbq grill and outdoor seating for 6. The massive yard boasts large mature trees and a perfectly manicured lawn. Whether you are traveling for a few nights in the Grand Tetons, or looking for an extended stay in the Teton Valley, this trendy spot is the perfect compliment to your unforgettable Grand Teton vacation.

You will have full access to the home, it's built for guest accommodation. We don't leave any personal belongings, other than some maintenance items at the house.

When we built the cabin, we were insistent on a downtown Driggs location, but building sites are scarce. We settled on a location about 1.5 blocks from Little Ave, and 5 blocks from Main St. It's a larger lot which allowed for ample space and lots of landscape. We put most of the windows to the interior of the lot, and planted some large Spruce trees to provide privacy to the nearest neighbor. Downtown Driggs is like a large neighborhood with a mix of older homes, and newer, modern, sometimes eclectic homes. Because it's not a "subdivision" you get a lot of diversity, which is what we love about the downtown area, along with walkability of course. We do ask for respect to the nearby neighbors in terms of quiet hours and friendliness.

The home can accommodate 2 vehicles in the drive, we ask that street parking is temporary only as a City of Driggs requirement.

The bedroom is private, and the bathroom has a pocket door to separate the vanity area and the shower/toilet as to help accommodate slightly larger groups. It does have a full size water heater. The loft is open, but does have a remote controlled shade that drops with for extra privacy. The kitchen is fully stocked, and towels & linens are provided. An information book with contact info is on-site.

We will refund in full for any cancellations prior to 14 days before check in. If you cancel with 7 days of your check in date, we will charge $100 and refund 50%.

The grounds of the property are beautiful with an immaculate backyard and a little stream in the back. We stayed during the week of July 4. We were literally 35 minutes away from Jackson WY. So we were in an advantageous location to explore the Idaho side of the Tetons and then explored the Jackson Hole side of the Tetons as well. All in a week. The owner was super friendly and even gave us some chairs so we could enjoy the fireworks show from the back lawn. residents and we desire for those who come to visit the Teton Valley and temporarily reside in one of the homes in our community to have a positive and safe experience here. Welcome. Guests in Teewinot shall comply with the following requirements:

- Guests shall ensure that no more than four (4) vehicles (cars, trucks, motorized vehicles) are parked at or upon the Vacation Rental between the hours of 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM daily.
- No RV-style self-powered or RV trailer shall be (1) rented out as a separate STR; or (2) used to in conjunction with the rental of the primary residence on the Vacation Rental property. Renters of a Vacation Rental are not allowed to park a self-powered RV or trailer at any time at the Vacation Rental property.
- There can be no more than three (3) people of any age per bedroom. The total maximum occupancy of the Vacation Rental shall be based on the number of bedrooms times three (3).
- No Fireworks of any type are allowed at any time. No loud noise or disturbances between the hours of 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM daily.
- Trash must be restricted to specific trash containers and contained within. The trash will be removed by the Owner or the Property Management Representative from the property as soon as possible after the Renters have departed from the property.
- No Speeding will be tolerated. The allowable speed limit maximum is 25 mph on Grand Teton Road and 20 mph on all other roads in the community. This limit will be strictly enforced and any infractions shall result with a report to the Sheriff’s department and/or a fine assessed to the Host which the Guest maybe liable for.
- No exterior lights shall be left on after 10:00 pm daily.
- Should Guests incur violations with these Rules & Regulations, then the Host of the Vacation Rental property maybe assessed fine(s) and such fine(s) maybe passed onto the Guest by the Host of the Vacation Rental property or by Wydaho Property Management .

In addition to these rules, we ask you to note the following:

We are located about 1 hr from Jackson Hole and Grand Teton National Park, 2 hrs. from Yellowstone, and 20 min. from Grand Targhee Ski Resort. There is no public transportation so you must have your own vehicle.

The space
Important, please read! This listing is for just ONE bed in a FEMALE ONLY shared dorm room. (If there are more than one of you you'll need to book a bed for each person.) SHARED means there will be other guests in the rooms with you! It has a total of 6 beds (3 sets of bunk beds). You will share two full bathrooms, one toilet room and two separate showers with other guests in the house. We also have a Mixed Shared Dorm Room and two private rooms.

This room is located in my home and I and one or more of my sons live here therefore it has the feel of a typical home so may have personal items left out here and there. We do our best to keep the home clean and tidy but since I rent out four rooms it is impossible to always clean up after a guest who may not be so clean and tidy, though most are!!! :)

In the winter we have a place for your ski/snowboarding gear.

Our beautiful lodge style log home, called Teton Hostel Hideaway, is situated on 13 acres mostly hidden from all other homes and surrounded by farmland. The home has many covered porches and a patio with tables and a barbeque grill. Guests can mingle in the TV/game room to watch TV and play pool and ping pong. Guests can relax in the great room and enjoy the warmth of the fire & the beautiful view of the mountains. Guests are also welcome to use the kitchen to prepare meals. A fridge is provided for their use. Guests can also do laundry here.

Other things to note
I have free coffee/tea and hot chocolate but please limit yourself to 1 Keurig cup or 2 packets. If you want more than one coffee per day it will be $1 for each extra Keurig cup because they are pretty expensive.

I offer foods you can prepare for breakfast for free if you like such as eggs, toast, bagels and cream cheese, fruit, hot and cold yogurt, etc. If you want to snack or take some food for lunch there is a price list posted in the kitchen and a money jar on the counter.

You can do laundry in the afternoon or evenings between 4 PM and 9 PM for $2 per load. If you use your own soap it must be HE type soap.

Unique log home between Victor and Driggs on the quiet side of the Grand Teton Mountain Range, close to Yellowstone and Grand Teton National Parks. Right along bike path. Great mountain views and glorious sunrises and sunsets. Close to night life, hiking, fishing, river rafting, music events, and nearby drive-in movie theater. The 800 sq ft. space that my guests will rent is the lower level of my home. The tiny house is located on why worry farm with all the farm animals to great you in the morning and is within 2 miles from Driggs town center where you can visit the restaurants and bars. It feels like the country but with the conveniences of being in town. Big discount for longer stays!

The tiny house is located on why worry farms. There are free range animals that are all friendly and a gate that keeps them in. Please just remember to close it behind you.
