We hope to back again soon." - "Two floors. The top floor was clean and very pleasant. The bottom floor was horrible! Dirty, unclean bedsheets. The bathroom was not clean. The cleaning crew did not do anywork on the bottom floor." - "House was basically as described and pictured in listing. Had everything we needed, paper towels, bath towels soaps, good dishes and pans. I wish the listimgwould have mentioned what type of coffeee maker, we bought ground coffee and house only had a kuerig and.no K cups provided. Only major let down was the back yard and patio are. In listing pics it was clean and well kept, but in reality it wasnt kept up at all. The grass ( what little was left of it anyway ) was not kept and giant thorny weeds that gave kids slivers were everywhere. The other bad part was hornets, everywhere. We couldnt even get any of the yard games out because hornet nests were everwhere around the shed and swarms of hornets all over the backyard. "

We have stayed in many different vacation rentals and we often find them very worn down and not kept in a decent condition. I was excited to find this location. It was clean and it seemed that more thought was put into it. Such as the life jackets and beach toys in the garage! That was a great idea to leave for people to use. It was very nice to come back and be able to throw our swimwear in the laundry at the end of the day. The beds were still very comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked! We loved the rocking chairs on the front porch. And I LOVED the small patio area with the cornhole game was awesome! It's the little things like that make quite the difference. I kind of wish the second bedroom had one more queen sized bed in it, in case more couples wanted to share the space with their families. But honestly it was great for us. Truly no complaints! We wish we could have more time here. We will definitely be back!"

Enjoy contact-free check-in. When you reserve our property, you will be sent a message 5 days before your arrival that will include a door code, address, and parking instructions for the condo. They will make the beds with fresh linens unless you request to make the beds yourselves, at which time they will simply place fresh linens at the foot of each bed.

Welcome to Cisco at The Seasons (Unit E)! We have completely updated this gorgeous two bedroom, two and a half bathroom condo and are excited to host you and your family in Bear Lake! This condo has two levels. The main level features a fully stocked kitchen, living room, and half bathroom, and an upstairs where both bedrooms are located. The large common area on the main level offers seating for 10-12 for dinner and/or watching your favorite movie on the large wall-mounted flat screen TV. It also has a fireplace for added warmth and a cozy feel. Jump out on the deck for for a barbecue on the propane grill with tables and chairs and enjoy the beautiful Bear Lake weather! Enjoy the evenings in the large grassy backyard while playing yard games or gathering as a family! The laundry is located in the hallway with a stackable washer/dryer provided for guest use. A very comfy "Perfect Sleeper" sofa sleeper on the main level and multiple air mattresses enable you to maximize the space in this beautiful location. (In total, 10 in beds, not including the air mattresses).

- "Perfect spot for our family coming from three different states for 5 days together. We rented four log cabins altogether (grandparents, adult children and siblings). We stayed in Cabin 8 with our two adult children and two pups. Nice size refrigerator/freezer, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, large table, well supplied with pans for stove, plates, dishes, silverware, two queen beds and twin bunk bed. Nice size TV. However, bunk bed was wobbly so decided not to use upper bunk. Bathroom was nice size and included shower/tub, sink, toilet, lots of fluffy white bath towels. Did need more washclothes, handtowels and trash bags but hosts were very accommodating and provided. The covered porch had two chairs for use with one being a log rocking chair. Also had a portable grill that could be used. The grounds included a central bonfire pit and benches and very easy to find dessert at custard/Italian Ice/Gelato shop nearby. Plenty of parking. Might be tight with trailers but guessing hosts would assist with that. Across street was nice biking/walking path to Garden City or beaches south of town. We boated two days, rented side by side vehicles for trail riding another day and another day group split with one hiking with pups and another visited ice cave. Had a wonderful time. Thank you."

Main Level
The kitchen includes everything you will need to prepare and serve meals, a counter with bar stools, and a round dining table. You will find several kitchen appliances available including a Keurig Coffee maker (a limited amount K-pods are provided).

Connected to the kitchen/dining area is a living room so everyone can hang out together. This room has large vaulted ceilings, a TV, and an electric fireplace to enjoy. The deck is adjacent to the living room and offers a beautiful view of the Bear Lake Valley.

During the warmer months, the large deck is the perfect place to finish eating your raspberry shake after spending the day in the sun. There is a picnic table, BBQ grill and additional seating outside for guests to spread out. The living room has large windows all around to invite the sunshine and gorgeous turquoise lake color in.

Each bedroom was designed with guests in mind; the rooms are spacious to accommodate luggage, portable cribs, and to avoid feeling crammed. Each room has new furniture that is very comfortable. The two private bedrooms in the home are conveniently located on the main level. The first bedroom has a king bed with a smart TV and a full en-suite bathroom. This bathroom also connects to the hallway for other guests to access easily. There is a fully functioning washer and dryer in this bathroom. The next bedroom also has an en-suite bathroom and a large closet. A queen bed is located in this room. A pack-and-play is available.

Upstairs
A short walk up the carpeted stairs is a fun and spacious loft with four built-in snug beds. There is also a TV, futon, bean bag and coffee table to enjoy games with your friends or family. The futon in the loft folds down for an extra place to sleep. After an eventful day at the beach, send the kids upstairs to play and relax on the deck with a Bear Lake raspberry shake!

The Property
Trees surround the entire home so there is plenty of shade and privacy. It is not uncommon to have deer or moose visit the yard! Don`t miss out on the new private hot tub that overlooks the lake! It is located just a few steps from the deck. A paddleboard is available at the home for guest enjoyment.

Plenty of parking space for everyone`s vehicles, trailers, ATVs, etc in the pull-through driveway. For winter guests: 4WD or AWD is strongly recommended in the winter. This driveway and surrounding roads will be plowed after a snow storm but driving conditions can be unpredictable so guests are encouraged to drive with caution. No camping, including RV camping, allowed in this HOA.

This cozy cabin is the perfect getaway. The cabin sleeps 4 individuals. There are two queen beds. Its heated it has air conditioning. There is a microwave, fridge, and sink. Close to everything fun in Bear Lake, its located about 100 yards from the famous Pickleville Playhouse. Have a fire, roast hot dogs and marshmallows. There is plenty of parking for your boat and toys. Enjoy the beach and water, take a trip on the RZR.

- "The cabin was very cozy and clean. Loved the location, very close to most restaurants/beach/marina and the Caribbean Custard & Italian Ice onsite was an added bonus which we enjoyed each night. It was nice to have a fire pit onsite as well. Only criticism would be that the Wi-Fi was a bit spotty and required multiple reboots to get it to work. It would also be nice to have some basic toiletries and hair dryer included. Otherwise, everything else was perfect for our needs. We really enjoyed our stay."

Private hot tub and Pergola on our huge deck, close to Bear Lake Marina, KOA campground, inside Harbor Village. Beaver Mountain Ski Resort, Logan Canyon, Cache National Forest, ATV trails near by. Incredible views, the location, the ambiance, vaulted ceilings, easy access to ATV trails. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families with kids. The space

Quiet tucked away cabin at the end of the street! 2 Huge trex decks with amazing views of the marina, bbq on the deck, full kitchen and a washer/dryer. A nice family room space with queen sleeper sofa, and 65" Smart tv. Each bedroom has a queen sized bed. One bedroom also includes a twin sized bunk bed. Each bedroom has access to a second upper deck which overlooks the lake and marina with the beautiful mountains in the backdrop. Extra bedding in the closet in one of the bedrooms. Large yard with trampoline, plenty of parking.

Guest access

Guests will have a private access to two bedrooms and a full bathroom and the full kitchen space with living room, yard and both decks. Keep in mind that the large driveway connects two houses and can be booked together if both are available.

Kick back and relax in this stylish 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom Bear lake cottage- Located just minutes from Bear Lake, and the heart of Garden City, with quick access to Pickleville Playhouse, & paved bike trails. It's 4 miles South of Bear Lake Marina, 2 miles North of Epic Marina. Rendezvous Beach State park is just a 10 minute drive (south).

- "We really enjoyed staying at this house. It was clean and had plenty of blankets. The kitchen was well-stocked and the house was very comfortable." - "Kimberley is responsive and the cottage was ready and super easy to check into. Great location with easy access to the marina and the busy part of town, but just far enough off the busy main street to feel quiet. We loved being able to park our wakeboard boat and two cars right next to the cottage. The kitchen is well stocked. The cottage is a little snug for five adults: there are double bunks, but a double bed is tight for two adults. We ended up using the sleeper couch, which was massively uncomfortable, but what sleeper couch is not? The water heater also is small for five adults and the towels are a little threadbare. We thought the Ideal Beach resort pass was well worth the extra fee and enjoyed using the pickleball courts, beach access, and free toy rentals. We gladly would stay here again. THE LOCATION
Great location with mountain views, direct access to ATV/UTV mountain trails, Bear Lake State Park and Marina are 1 mile north, Beaver Mountain is 13 miles away. Centrally located to downtown, and very walkable so you don't have to fight traffic. Food & dining (and famous shakes!) only 2 blocks east, Mike's Market grocery 1/2 mile north, pickleball courts & library across the street west, Renegade Raceway go-carts 2 blocks south.

THE SPACE
Our townhome is 1800 square feet of well-used space. Triple bunks and sofa beds allow for 22 people to sleep in beds so you can come with just your family or multiple families and friends, and your kids don't have to sleep on the floor! 4 separate hangout areas: 2 bedrooms and 2 living rooms have seating areas, each with a 50"-65" smart tv so your family can spread out and enjoy your own entertainment. Thoughtfully stocked for your stay, and decorated with several original art pieces of mountains and wildflowers painted by Emily Cook, a local Ogden artist.

There is 5th room that is a bonus room/2nd living room/play room upstairs with a pullout sectional couch, 50" smart tv, and stocked with a few children's toys and books, and board games. (Sleeps 2)

THE BATHROOMS
There are 3 total bathrooms (2 upstairs, 1 on main floor). Each bathroom has a shower, the master bathroom also has a bathtub. Shampoo, conditioner, soap, and hair dryers are provided, and located under each bathroom sink.

THE KITCHEN
The Kitchen is fully stocked with all standard supplies plus extras: children's dishes and utensils, baking dishes and pans (cake and cupcake pans, bread loaf pan, casserole dishes, cookie sheets, etc.), crock pot, rice maker, electric hand mixer, blender, electric griddle, 10 cup coffee maker with complimentary coffee and hot coco, cooking oil, salt/pepper, and a few additional supplies.

PARKING
1 garage spot as well as additional overflow parking for cars, boats, and trailers.

THINGS TO NOTE:
Please remember to BRING YOUR OWN LIFE JACKETS as we do not provide life jackets with the kayaks. You can also rent lifejackets from multiple rental shops in Garden City. You must be able to safely haul the kayaks to and from the Lake. We do have a few tie downs available but you may want to bring a few of your own also.

The space
Welcome to Cisco at The Seasons (Unit E)! We have completely updated this gorgeous two bedroom, two and a half bathroom condo and are excited to host you and your family in Bear Lake! This condo has two levels. The main level features a fully stocked kitchen, living room, and half bathroom, and an upstairs where both bedrooms are located. The large common area on the main level offers seating for 10-12 for dinner and/or watching your favorite movie on the large wall-mounted flat screen TV. It also has a fireplace for added warmth and a cozy feel. Jump out on the deck for for a barbecue on the propane grill with tables and chairs and a great view of the lake! Enjoy the evenings in the large grassy backyard while playing yard games or gathering as a family! The laundry is located in the hallway with a stackable washer/dryer provided for guest use. A very comfy "Perfect Sleeper" sofa sleeper on the main level and multiple air mattresses enable you to maximize the space in this beautiful location. (In total, 10 in beds, not including the air mattresses).

For your convenience in planning, here is the arrangement of each of the bedrooms (both located on 2nd floor):

Parking is not a problem at The Seasons like it is at so many places in Bear Lake! The vacant unpaved lot to the west as well as the unconnected street are available for guests of The Seasons to use for parking boat trailers or other large vehicles.

Perfectly located in the heart of Garden City, this unit will fit all of your vacation needs, whether spending the weekend for a quick getaway, or a week of relaxing away from the stress of working in the city. Located directly west of LaBeau's and Merlin's Drive Inn, the grocery store/Shell gas station, and all the shops in downtown Garden City. Summit Pizza is 1 block south of Cisco. The Bear Lake Marina is less than a mile to the north of Cisco for launching your boat. Great golf courses are available in either direction, north or south! For winter visitors, you're only 15 minutes away from the best skiing to be found anywhere at Beaver Mountain Ski Area! And the amazing terrain for snowmobiling in Tony Grove or Franklin Basin attract visitors from around the the country!

We rent the entire townhome, 2,100 square feet of relaxing space for you and your family. Only one small closet is locked and used as a housekeeper utility closet. Everything else is accessible and available to use and make your trip more relaxing, fun, and convenient!

Whether you're looking to kayak or paddle board at the lake (right across the street), hike, or relax with the pool and hot tub (which is steps away!) this unit can comfortably fit you and your family as there is a queen bed in the master, and a fun bunk bed with a pull out trundle in the second bedroom! The sofa in the living room is also a pull out.

Other things to note
Before you book, we wanted to share a couple of property quirks to make sure we’re the right fit for you:

The two bedrooms upstairs are conjoined. It works perfectly for families/friends who don't mind sharing space.

Our space is cooled by an evaporative cooler (aka - swamp cooler). It operates differently than central A/C, but is just as effective at keeping you cool.

Also, the two twin mattresses are XL sizes to help accommodate taller adults.

We have a blink security camera that overlooks our drive and doubles as a flood light for late night check-ins.
