Thick carpets, fancy medieval decorations and wonderful lighting really made it a fun place to stay. There is very little light pollution, and they have a great deck to stargaze from. We saw a shooting star! Bathrooms are well equipped, hot water does take a couple of minutes to warm up. They aLao have an outdoor Jacuzzi. Beautiful views, lovely time. All in all, an absolutely fabulous experience. "

If you are coming between the months of November and March we strongly recommended 4 wheel drive or all wheel drive. We do plow the road the road but it is a steep and slick.

- "What a perfect place to stay! My wife and I stayed for a quick weekend getaway and the silo didnt dissapoint. The picture's don't do it justice, it feels so much bigger inside with plenty of room to stretch out and relax. The outdoor covered gas fire pit was an unexpected surprise that made for some great late night relaxation. The views are exceptional and being only 5 minutes from Lava was perfect. We are already planning another return for the fall or winter."
