This unit only sleeps 2 but can be booked with unit #3 which has a kitchen and sleeps 4 additional people. There is a party door between this unit and Unit 3 with bolt locks from both sides.

Our little town is a great place for a getaway. Ride a tube down the Portneuf River as it winds through town, enjoy the swimming pools and the speed slides, soak in the natural hot springs, hike, bike, fish, golf, ride your ATV... whatever. We invite you to relax, recharge and rejuvenate here in our quiet little river valley.

We love to meet all of our guests and do a brief personal check-in service to familiarize you with the features of the home. The person who rented the home will need to be present with a valid credit card and Driver's License per our rental agreement and security deposit policy. This is in addition to the security deposit with Airbnb. Read the rental agreement prior to booking.

If you are coming between the months of November and March we strongly recommended 4 wheel drive or all wheel drive. We do plow the road the road but it is a steep and slick.

Walk to the year round hot pools, restaurants, parks, library, and swim complex. Or in the summer float the Portneuf River, a quick, rapid-filled stretch warms as you go as 2.5 million gallons of water pour into the river each day that can be floated once or twice per hour from June through mid-September.
The home is filled with charm and character, with many accents of the era that are still in the home. The house has been updated with a new energy star washer and dryer, dishwasher, range & hood, refrigerator, internet, tile shower and comes fully furnished with 1 queen bed, twin bunk beds and a couch with a pull-out queen size bed. - "Wonderful little campground. Quiet and relaxing. I stayed in the 1950’s camper “Ruby”. Ruby has a fridge, microwave, and a/c. Although I prefer a more firm bed, it was soft and comfy, but it could use a little stronger support underneath. The campers are so quaint, nicely renovated and adorably decorated. It’s nice to have fully functioning bathrooms and showers that are kept nice and clean. The campground is close to town and there’s a trail to get there if you’re up for the hike."

Just outside of the commercial zone, where short stays are a no no, you're in a residential area where you are away from all of the hubbub, just outside the of reach of tourists, where you will have a much more tranquil stay.

The view from the deck is spectacular. With a porch swing, table and chairs, barbecue and fire table. When there is no snow, you may park around back to use the ramp and avoid stairs.

The space
Two Bedrooms, full kitchen, full bath, dining and living area and deck all to yourself. The wifi is pretty good, and the television has HDMI ports, so you may use your own device to stream, get some work done, and use all of your devices.

We live in the main house, which separates the Family Suite from the Fun Suite. Both Family & Fun Suite (which has a pool table) can be rented together. You are looking at the Family Suite. Note: The hot water issue is fixed!

The space
You will be 2 minutes drive or 10 minute walk from town and the pools, but have a quiet space to come back to. The one acre lot has badminton and volleyball, croquet, a gas barbecue, fire pit for your use. Roast marshmallows over the fire after a fun day at the water-park or soaking in the hot pools.

You will have a private entrance to the Family Suite and access to the shared outdoor space which includes lawn games, fire pit and gas barbecue.

Located in a beautiful country setting on 5 acres this is a 2-bedroom 1 full bath guest suite in walk in basement with living/dining area, and kitchenette (microwave, coffee pot and mini fridge only, NO oven, NO kitchen sink). We are located just 5 miles from Lava Hot Springs.

The space
Cabin is located on 5 acres and is in a rural country setting. There are dogs, cats and free range chickens on premises. Neighbors have horses, goats, ducks etc. The guest suite is located in our walk out basement. We do have a set of bunk bed cots that can be set up for additional children if needed. Must ask Host when reserving if you have more than 5 guests and would like to use the bunk bed cots.

You will have entire guest suite which is separated from main house by a locked door. Guest suite is a basement unit. There are no stairs into or in unit.

Welcome to Splash Hollow Retreat!. Located in a beautiful new neighbor less than a mile from the hot pools, this basement apartment in our new home, has excellent lighted windows, as well as a full kitchen and a washer and dryer. Enjoy the King bed as well as the queen pullout sofa. If you need a place for a couple more sleepers, just ask for cots to be available. We are excited to welcome and accommodate your needs for whatever your trip may include, as we share our lovely hometown with you!

The space
You will have your own separate entrance, and complete separate living space. Off street parking is also provided. The main bedroom is spacious with a King Bed and cozy chair. The Kitchen will have all the essentials, including a dishwasher , stove/oven and full fridge/freezer. The living room has a comfortable couch that pulls out into a Queen Bed. Inside the bathroom, you will find a large, two-headed shower, good storage, and plenty of towels. You even have your own washer and dryer to use at your convenience.

Our young family live above the apartment, so we are close if you need anything, but you may also faintly hear us “living”.
