That was a disappointment but I had not read the reviews so I am leaving this so others know. There was also a bird's nest right outside the front door and the bird flew in and we had to get it out. Our basement apartment has 2 bedrooms, one bathroom, and a couch in the living room that will convert to a futon bed. The master bedroom has a queen bed with a washer and dryer in one of the closets. The spare bedroom has a full bed. The futon bed is a twin size when laid down.

The bathroom has all of the essentials including towels, toilet paper, makeup towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some toiletries and feminine products. The body wash is a baby shampoo/body wash so it is tear-free and safe for kids and babies to use as well as adults.

There is a full-size kitchen with an oven, stove, fridge, freezer, and dishwasher. You will also find cups, plates, bowls, pots, pans, baking sheets, coffee machine, blender, utensils, can opener, bottle opener, cooking utensils, toaster, and more! If there is something you need and aren’t sure if we have, just ask! We might have it or could get it for you.
Please keep in mind that there is a family with young kids that stay in the upstairs portion of the house. Rarely, if ever, do they make noise during the night but they may be noisy during the day. Please feel free to reach out if it is disruptive to you during your stay and we will do our best to mitigate to the best of our abilities!

Large Covered Bar B Cue area, fire pit, East Side of property out of the sun for comfort and enjoyment. Large bathroom with large walk in shower / separated toilet. Kitchen is well stocked. Small Peach orchard adjacent to property with seasonal product for sale. Nothing as good as an off the tree peach in season. Outdoor yard toys available for use Croquet, Bocchi ball etc .. 2 kayaks, one pictured and available to rent on property daily, range of life vests as well. Great venue for a wedding reception (50 people outdoors), family gathering, birthday. Laundry available onsite by arrangement. Quiet. Owner has 2 well behaved dogs on property that are strictly separated from guests and children at all times, unless of course you are in need of some comfort therapy by your choice - and can use some doggie love and affection ( no charge for the loves) just want to let people know who may have allergies - they happen! just want you to know in advance. Relative to animals... Your pet 900 lb gorilla won't work out but ask us first about your pets we want your stay to be peaceful, good resting and comfortable our pets are part of us and added fees will apply Television has free basic Amazon Prime and Peacock services and too many free channels to describe. The home is occupied by my husband and me, plus our cat, Mew. We live on the main level and the guest room is in the basement. We love meeting our guests, but we also totally understand if guests want time to be on their own and decompress.

Please note that this bedroom is in the basement, which can get chilly. There is an in-room heater for your convenience.

We have 2 small Yorkie dogs who are in crate when inside. We have 7 chickens and 1 rooster. Chickens are free range so if you have a dog, please take it out in front yard.

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Nearby things you might like: running/biking trail. Mountains east and west for skiing, snow shoeing, hiking, biking & exploring. Multiple ski resorts within 20 - 60 minutes. Shopping center 3 miles away, amusement park 2 miles away. Downtown Salt Lake is only 20 minutes away.

This room is located in the upper level of our house. It is very quiet and you have a large shared bathroom. It has a new king mattress and a spacious closet. The door has a secure lock. Full access to the kitchen and all appliances. Access to internet, television and washer and dryer. Lovely Sunset View from your bedroom window and Mountain View from the main level deck. Feel free to use the bbq and enjoy the view. We love it when our guests interact but respect your privacy if you prefer.

I go to work most weekdays, otherwise I can be found working in the office or living room or hiking with my dog. I frequently cook and am happy to share meals with guests. I spend a few nights a week at my partner's house and he typically stays over at least once a week here.

I have a very friendly dog, Freya (German Shepherd/Malamute), and three sociable indoor-outdoor cats (Albus, Aloysius, Bonus).

Located right off of Highway-89, take a landing in The Doolittle Dormer. This aviation-inspired room is a peaceful abode that is complete with a bed, closet, and desk for your needs. In the hallway is a shared guest bathroom. Our home is close to grocery and shopping outlets fit for all your needs.
