- "This is our third year in a row spending a summer week in Evanston. I rented this place while my children attended the PACK/ MAT camp, and we fell in love with this adorable cabin. The photos do not do it justice! This place is wayyyy cuter, and we found the cabin to be clean and in an excellent location near everything we needed (downtown restaurants, the high school, a couple of shops, etc). You cannot go wrong staying here!" - "Stay was good. Stairs were a bit steep to get to bedroom so not advised for those with mobility issues."

We just finished renovating this adorable guesthouse at the back of a centrally-located farmhouse originally built in the early 1900’s. Main bedroom (king, armoire, chair, TV), second bedroom (two twins, armoire, desk), living/kitchen/dining area and large bathroom with double sinks and walk in shower. The space
This unit is located between Front St. and Main St., the two primary streets through Evanston.

The laundry room is in the main building through the back porch entry about 20 feet from your front door. It is for your private use at any time. We will be adding beadboard paneling and painting the walls, but please be understanding if it is not finished during your stay. We may not get to it until the fall :(
