That was a disappointment but I had not read the reviews so I am leaving this so others know. There was also a bird's nest right outside the front door and the bird flew in and we had to get it out. The owner has no control over the situation with the pool so they do not deserve a bad review for that and the bird well, it was a comical moment after a stressful day and is a great story to tell. Our basement apartment has 2 bedrooms, one bathroom, and a couch in the living room that will convert to a futon bed. The master bedroom has a queen bed with a washer and dryer in one of the closets. The spare bedroom has a full bed. The futon bed is a twin size when laid down.

The bathroom has all of the essentials including towels, toilet paper, makeup towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some toiletries and feminine products. The body wash is a baby shampoo/body wash so it is tear-free and safe for kids and babies to use as well as adults.

There is a full-size kitchen with an oven, stove, fridge, freezer, and dishwasher. You will also find cups, plates, bowls, pots, pans, baking sheets, coffee machine, blender, utensils, can opener, bottle opener, cooking utensils, toaster, and more! If there is something you need and aren’t sure if we have, just ask! We might have it or could get it for you.
Please keep in mind that there is a family with young kids that stay in the upstairs portion of the house. Rarely, if ever, do they make noise during the night but they may be noisy during the day. Please feel free to reach out if it is disruptive to you during your stay and we will do our best to mitigate to the best of our abilities!

Make yourself at home in this 2-bedroom North Ogden retreat. See the beautiful mountains as you pull into the driveway. This adorable basement apartment offers everything you need for a terrific stay. All of the windows are above ground so it is nice and bright. The bedrooms feature a comfortable high-up queen bed, a luxurious low king bed, and even a pack-n'play crib for our littlest guests, and a twin inflatable mattress. Equipped with WiFi, iron and ironing board, heating, AC, hair dryer, and a washer and dryer, you'll have all the conveniences of home. Plus, there's an additional living room space with a cozy sofa bed. It's easy to see why you'll be able to unwind at our place.

We are close by 3 different ski resorts which makes us a great home base for skiiers, as well as Willard Bay and Pineview Reservoir to have fun in the water in the summer. Just 50 minutes north of the SLC airport, and 40 minutes to Lagoon Amusement Park. We are also only an hour and a half away from Park City!

North Ogden is a wonderful City with a bunch to offer! Lots of parks, trails and hikes, restaurants and grocery stores. We have salons, gas stations, car washes, and emergency clinics all close by! We also have the RUSH Funplex, Northshore Aquatic Center and Walker Cinemas Movie Theatre.

Tesla / Electric vehicles welcome! For a small fee, you may charge your electric vehicle overnight at Madison Place. If you prefer a rapid charge, there are charging stations at the Library which is adjacent to Lester Park and only a block away from Madison Place.

Double pane windows and 13 inch thick walls provide a substantial barrier to the sounds of the surrounding urban neighborhood.

Uber and Lyft offer very competitive rates and they both have a good presence within the area. Madison Place is also within walking distance to historic 25th street and public transit lines are abundant in the area. The front runner train is also a very convenient way to get to Salt Lake City. There is free parking for guests located behind the building and a gate across the entrance to the parking area.

Firstly, please note that we do not allow any illegal drugs or smoking on the premises. Additionally, we ask that all guests respect quiet hours from 9 PM to 7 AM and refrain from hosting any parties.

We are pet-friendly and welcome furry friends at no extra charge. However, we do expect our guests to keep their pets attended and on a leash at all times, clean up after them, and ensure that there is no evidence of their stay when they leave.

For your safety, we have security cameras around the perimeter of the property, in the main entryway, and lobby, all of which are shared spaces with the owner and other guests. Please note that this is an apartment building owned by a separate company. The lobby, yard, and all shared spaces are owned by a separate company. While you have been granted access to these areas, the area that you are renting under the terms of your agreement is limited to your apartment. Your apartment is completely private, and we respect your right to privacy.

Guest property remains the responsibility of the Guest, and any property left behind may be disposed of at our sole discretion. If you have lost something, please let us know, and we will do our best to recover it for you.

We send a rental agreement upon booking, which must be signed. Preview below. We may also require you to update your information with Airbnb if it is out of date or upload a copy of your driver's license (front and back) to prevent fraud.

We understand that longer-term guests may have mail delivery needs, and we are happy to offer helpful alternative suggestions.

All guests staying on the Hosts' property must be listed in the booking, and any additional guests are subject to trespassing at our discretion. Registered guests have a reasonable right to privacy during their stay, which only extends to private areas of the property, and does not include any shared spaces or the perimeter of the property.

Lastly, check-out time is at 11:00 AM. Please be sure to check all drawers and under the bed for personal belongings, lock up when you leave, and let us know with a quick text. In case of an emergency, contact us right away, and if it's a life-threatening emergency, call 911.

SHORT-TERM RENTAL AGREEMENT

THE PARTIES. This Short-Term Rental Agreement (“Agreement”) made on {{checkin_date_year}} between the following:

THE PREMISES. The Host agrees to lease the described property below to the Guest, and the Guest agrees to rent from the Host:

The Guest must pay the Security Deposit upon the execution of this Agreement. The Security Deposit shall be returned to the Guest within the State's requirements after the end of the Lease Term, less any itemized deductions. This Security Deposit shall not be credited towards any Rent unless the Host gives their written consent.

PETS. The Host does allow pets: The Host does not charge any additional pet fees unless there is damage or excessive pet fur left behind. Excessive pet fur makes it very hard for our cleaning team. Excessive pet fur will result in a $100.00 fee, and any pet damage will be charged in the amount of the damage. As we are pet-friendly, there may be more than one pet on the property at the same time. For this reason, we ask that our guests keep their pets on a leash and attend to their pet(s) at all times. We do expect our guests to pick up their dog poops in the yard and the neighborhood.

SMOKING POLICY. Smoking and or Vaping of any kind anywhere on the premises is prohibited.

The Guest shall leave the Premises in a ready-to-rent condition at the expiration of this Agreement, defined by the Host as being immediately habitable by the next Guest. The Guest shall pay for maintenance and repairs should the Premises be left in a lesser condition.

This historic brick store was built back in the 1930s, nestled on 26th Street (right next to historic 25th Street). There is a little Mexican market within walking distance, just in case you need anything during your stay. It has a history of being a boutique, a hardware store, and a beloved toy shop but has now been renovated into a modern, yet original living space. The original brick and beams have been preserved in order to keep its historic charm but it has also been updated enough to provide a modern and cozy stay. Big, frosted windows provide photo studio lighting -- making for a good photo session or a fantastic selfie while providing total privacy! Come see what living in a storefront is like!

The apartment is spacious and spotless and the big kitchen was easy to work in. The beds are very comfortable, with cozy covers and good pillows. We'd stay again but wish the living room furniture was different - more seating, softer seating. The instructions for parking and door entry were a little inaccurate but we've addressed that with the owner."

She was very communicative and checked in daily to see if we needed anything. When we got there, in addition to a bottle of wine, there were fresh eggs and gluten free bread in the refrigerator. She had also stocked the pantry with some gluten free items for my husband. The kitchen was very well organized and had everything we needed. Really loved the Keurig and the purified water. Our dog absolutely loved running around the large fenced yard and watching the chickens. Judy made sure her dogs met mine upon arrival. It is the perfect place for someone traveling with their dog. My dog learned how to use the doggie door and had the freedom to come and go as she pleased. She and Elliot were very easy to be around and also respected our privacy. Everything in the space is new, and updated, and kept super clean for our guests. In the summer months, guests are welcome to make use of the pool in the back yard as well.

We have a disabled son who is really sensitive to the sounds of very small children and babies, so we ask that child guests meet the age request. Thank you for your consideration.
