My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers 21 and over. This is a private bedroom with attached private master bath (456 sq. ft. total space) and outside entrance (no entry through the main dwelling) has keyless code (self check-in) for access. We are located 9 minutes from the east entrance to Colorado National Monument, 1.5 hours from Moab, UT and Arches National Park, and 20 minutes from Fruita, CO (some of the best mountain biking in the country). Secure area for bikes. All that and we are still only 5-10 minutes from downtown, grocery stores, and restaurants. Very nice views from the property. Suite has a King bed with memory foam pad, love seat, table and 2 chairs, rocking chair. ice maker, coffee maker, microwave, iron, ironing board, and mini fridge. Master bath has a double sink vanity with walk-in shower. There is a deck off the suite with table, 4 chairs, and umbrella.

The Perch is located on our 100-acre private ranch, where guests have access to the trails across the main property, to the ponds, river and riverfront, and also the 1500 sq ft deck and screened gazebo down at the river (subject to availability) . The space is fresh and bright, providing a year-round, comfortable and relaxing environment. Stay, enjoy the company of friends and family, and unwind in a natural and tranquil setting. The Main Bedroom has a King that can be split into two Twin XLs and another door for direct access to the covered patio. The Bunk Room has two Bunks (Twin XLs, with reading lights and curtains for privacy) and includes a sofa and TV . The Bathroom has a walk-in shower, sink and WC. The open plan living area includes a full kitchen (with ice-maker fridge-freezer), comfortable lounge area and dining table for six.
