Our rooms are simple, ultra-clean, and comfortable. We might have a modest exterior (call it minimalism!), but our luxury beds will lull you to sleep, our stylish and functional spaces will inspire you, and you’ll have everything you need to enjoy an adventurous stay. (Unless you describe yourself as “high maintenance”—this might not be the place for you if you like bellboys, full-service concierge, and someone to fan you with a palm frond while feeding you grapes.)

The Hotel Melrose is a modern boutique hotel offering a perfect blend of contemporary elegance and historic charm. Located in a beautifully restored 1908 building in downtown, the hotel features 16 stylish guest room suites. Guests can relax in our chic cocktail lounge, spend an evening by the fire pits, or easily explore the vibrant local scene, all within walking distance!

Guest access
Guests are invited to fully indulge in the hotel’s many amenities! Relax in your designer suite, unwind in the shared lounge, savor a craft cocktail at Melrose Spirit Co., or gather around the cozy fire pits on our back patio

Other things to note
The check-in process at The Hotel Melrose is fully digital! Just keep your phone charged to receive texts with easy check-in instructions and access to your digital room key. If you have any troubles, just scan the QR code on the front entrance to reach your concierge!

Stay adjacent to Powderhorn Ski Resort in this classic Colorado ski hotel room. The room features double bed and bunk beds, private bathroom and storage area for your equipment. Food options and free parking are available on site. Walk to the ski lift within 1 minute of your room!

Perfect room for a family, a bunch of dudes on a bike trip, a girls’ weekend getaway, or anyone who wants extra space.

The Suite is outfitted with 2 Queen beds and a Queen Sleeper sofa and 1 Skinny twin bed is located in adjacent room (perfect for sleeping children.) Room features a mini-fridge and spacious bathroom with stall shower.

All rooms feature wifi, cable with HDTVs.

For weekend reservations, we often require Saturday nights to be booked together with either Friday or Sunday nights. Holidays and holiday weekends may require additional nights. Contract us for additional details.

The Homestead is a super cozy, unique, freshly renovated Inn in Palisade, Colorado- minutes from the Palisade Plunge and The Rim Trail. We are surrounded by wineries and orchards and sunshine! Come and visit!
