My room -115 - had wooden floors and n I dust anywhere. r had lots of pressure and max hot water was hotter than i wanted . Plenty of cold water to make temp perfect for me. King bed and 3 pillows all were wonderfully sleep inducing. Must mention though, in fairness to you. There were six steps to get from lobby to first floor. Attendant took my suitcase doen for aged me. "

The facilities were not those pictured and describe on the Expedia page. It was in much worse shape and the amenities were much more limited than described. The hotel's page amounts to fail advertising which is far below the Expedia standard. The man working the front desk cussed me out multiple times when I complained about the situation. Finally, he did cancel my two reservations. I hope Expedia will refund my money. The man working the front desk should be fired immediately and this hotel should be removed from Expedia."
