The Aspen will check the primary guest's driver's license to ensure that your first and last name match the guest booking.

Upon arrival, The Aspen requires a credit card for incidentals and room charges. They will charge a resort fee of $40.00/night and a one-time cleaning fee of $60.00 that will be applied at check-out. These fees ARE included in the Airbnb price under the Cleaning Fee. We will credit back the resort fee and cleaning fee ($180) prior to your check-out.

If you have a car, parking is offered for a nightly fee of $40 per night. These fees are not included in the Airbnb listing. The Aspen offers complementary transportation to/from Snowmass Ski Resort and around town. The Aspen Mtn. Residences not only offers beautiful Mountain and town Views but is centrally located between the Little Nell & St. Regis Hotels, nestled in at the base of Aspen Mtn. It is one of the premier locations in Aspen, less than a 2 minute walk to the gondola at Aspen Mtn. as well as restaurants, bars, shopping & food market. The Food & Wine Classic is literally 1 block away from and in front of The Aspen.

Unit 45 is on the top (4th) floor, has 2 private hot tubs off 2 of the 6 balconies, considered the best unit in the building.
Please be aware that there is a $40/day resort fee which covers daily housekeeping service, use of a fully equipped gym, 2 hot tubs, heated outdoor swimming pool, valet & concierge service at your disposal.
Additionally, if you have a car, there is also a $40/day 24hr valet parking fee. Another much less costly option would be to use the municipal parking garage by the John Denver Sanctuary (7 minute walk) for $12/day.
Lastly, there is a strict no dog policy at The Aspen. Service dogs are the exception.
