- "Hot tub didn't work " - "Location and amenities were unmatched. We got a great price on the room. It was our first time to keystone and we enjoyed every day of it. Resort food is a little pricey as you should expect, but we didn’t get anything bad while we were there. Pizza, burgers, soup, ramen, tacos, and beer of course. Construction wasn’t far from us and didn’t bother us one bit. The previous hottub complaints confused me too, as they have 2 other hottubs available and we used one each night. - "Will come back!" - "Unit is super close to lifts and restaurants. Underground parking near elevator. Small balcony overlooking square is nice" - "It was a very nice place, close to everything. The management was always available. " - "I booked this hotel at 4 pm on the day of my stay. I arrived at the condo, not hotel as advertised, to find it locked with no access to the unit. After finding a phone number for The property manager they told me I have to drive to another town to pick up keys for the unit, this was an unreasonable request. The location was in the Rocky Mountains and driving a half hour through the mountains to pick up keys is not acceptable. Not to mention the directions had over ten turns and the office with the keys was closed. Result was no keys, no room. I had to stay at another hotel. If you go to Rocky Mountains own website they do not accept reservations less than 2 days in advance so they have time to arrange for keys and access to the unit. Yet with hotels.com they take same day reservations with no way of getting keys to the customer. This boarders on fraud, they refused my refund stating that I was past their cancellation time, of course I was, I booked it just hours before my arrival yet they knowingly had no way of getting me access to the room they sold me. One of the worst companies I have ever had the displeasure of meeting. "

(in a good way) They gave me the wrong door code to get it which led to me waiting on the porch for a call back with the correct code for 10 minutes...but again...these are all very small things...and my stay was wonderful...quiet and beautiful."

- "When stayed here for ine night and the furst night whilenin the balcony my son almost fell through a broken grate. We were on the 3rd floor but thank God my daughter caught him before he could fall. Tried to email the management company, call and contact them on the website. None of my emails would go through. On top of this the main toilet was clogged so my husband had to plunge it and we found old dirty socks on the back belcony. We got home sunday and the management company finally emailed me but it was about a carpet stain. When i told him about my son he asked for my attempted emails and then was rudely told that it is my problem the emails didnt go through not theirs. Since then we have not heard back from them. I am so grateful that my little boy did not fall the 3 floors down. I am extremely dumbfounded that this company does not seem to care at all that he could have been seriously injured or died due to their over look on safety. If you stay here please be very careful.
