Quality of bedding and towels was sub-standard and need replacing. Toilet has flap problem and ran ofetn, Hook on bathroom wall had clearly fallen off multiple times."

- "The condo itself was beautiful with all amentities you could want. The problem is the property management company. You have to go offsite to get the keys, then the gates were not working and when I called twice they told me nothing wrong with gates and we ended up parking outside in Keystone parking lot and having to walk and carry our stuff I saw a handyman and he said gates were not working so they ended up sending someone to just leave gate open all weekend. Then a day after check out I received a picture of broken king bed and they said I did it. I am a single lady that slept on opposite side of broken bed and never even messed bedding on that side. They charged $300 to my credit card. My guess is they told me new are rugs were being layed day of arrival and when they moved bed probably broke it and then charged me as a guest. I never thought to check headboard before I slep in it! I had to call them on arrival because ceiling fan was hanging in master bath and all the stuff to fix it was laying on bathroom sink, they did send someone to fix it ( didn't speak english non of staff does besides Jeff who you talk to on phone) Live and learn but I really feel ripped off because I know I didn't break bed frame. They also left a thermostat laying on kitchen island, so handyman isn't very responsible for his stuff apparently. Keystone is beautiful with many other properties guess they make up stuff to make up their fees that are a little cheaper then everyone else. BEWARE "

Indoor Heated Swimming Pool – The Club House is located directly in front of the parking lot between the Homestead and Lodgepole condo buildings, and is shared between the two properties. Available for your use are both an indoor pool and hot tub. Towels are provided, but please be sure to return them to the Club House before your departure! Men’s and women’s restrooms are available, as well as a rinsing shower just outside the restrooms. Shampoo, conditioner, and soap are provided.

A separate lounging area features leather sofas, chairs, office space and fireplace. Comfortably get ready for the pool and hot tub in the private shower and changing area. Take advantage of this excellent amenity during your Colorado mountain vacation but this luxury Clubhouse is only for guests who rent Settlers Creek Townhomes so book your vacation today!

Located just outside the Clubhouse are the Settlers Creek pool and hot tubs. Unwind after a day of Keystone skiing in the heated pool, with snow-covered mountains and bright evening stars as your backdrop. There is even an outdoor fireplace here at the Settlers Creek clubhouse. Feel free to use the clubhouse’s large gas grill, propane is provided. Plenty of seating and tables are provided as well.

Expedition Station Features

Heated Underground Parking – You’ll never have to scrape ice or snow when you rent a condo in Expedition Station! Access the underground heated free parking with your common area key and take the elevator up to your condo with a gear cart to haul your things. Park your car and leave it as you can walk to everything including the ski slopes, restaurants, and shops in River Run Village during your Keystone Vacation!

Outdoor Heated Pool and Hot Tub – Stroll on the snow-cleared, heated patio on your way to the heated pool and hot tub. In the warmer months, the courtyard features a climbing rock and small play area, along with an outdoor common grill for hosting a cookout on a warm summer day in Keystone, Colorado.

Cozy Lobby and Lounge – In the Expedition Station lobby, a large stone fireplace and chimney extend into the 2nd floor. Do your morning reading with a cup of coffee or just nestle in the cushions with your favorite book on the sofa. A large flat-screen TV and pool table are also located in the lobby to watch the game or have some fun during your Keystone Colorado vacation.

Expedition Station Eucalyptus Steam Room – The aroma of Eucalyptus fills the 1st floor and lobby from the large steam room, and you’ll immediately feel like you are in a luxurious day spa! Located between the outside pool and Expedition Stations' main lobby, you can enjoy the overlook of the outdoor pool and hot tub as you steam away in this luxurious spot. The steam room also features a large window with views of the great outdoors. Changing rooms are located next to the steam room.
