I'm a quick 20-25 minutes from the airport on a quiet cul-de-sac. There's space to park in my driveway or on the street. This bedroom is in my basement has a full size bed, dresser and nightstand. This is a recently built addition and there's no window in this room. There is a full bathroom in the basement shared with my older son. You have access to the kitchen, front and back patio areas and a living room with a tv with ROKU. Smoking is only allowed on the back patio. I am 420 friendly.

Please do not lock the bottom lock on the front door. Nobody has a key for it.

After taking a shower please turn on the fan and leave the door open.
Please put the toilet lid down so my cat won't get into it.
My cat Pumpkin is friendly and is allowed to go outside.
The light switch for the kitchen is behind the fridge.
Please only use the dimmer light switch in the room. The other switch is for the hallway but it gets stuck, so use other light for the hall by the stairs.
The dishwasher is where I keep my lids. It doesn't work. Guests need to wash dishes by hand.
You may cook and use any kitchenware I only ask guests clean up after themselves.
There is a mini fridge in the room. If you need more room let me know and I can accommodate you. It's better to keep your food in your room. We share all of our food and don't keep track of who bought what so if your food is left in the kitchen it might get eaten. If you really need to keep anything in the kitchen let me know.
If you go out back please close the patio door.
Smoking is only permitted on the back patio.
In the summer, guests can use the grill.
We do recycle. The white recycle trashcan has a sign above it noting everything my trash company will take.
Please do not put food in the silver trashcan unless it is bones or something that won't go down the garbage disposal.
If you need to do laundry let me know ahead of time because the washer and dryer are in my son's room.
Please leave the bathroom doors open and the toilet seat down.
When checking out, please leave the key on the nightstand and the door to the room open.

Meet other travelers and enjoy the city! 20 20-minute drive to downtown, and 15 minutes to Red Rocks. Shopping is a short drive or bus ride away and public transport, bus 51 is 4-5 short blocks away! It’s just 2 miles to the light rail station which goes to the Convention Center Downtown accessible by bus 51.

There are several rooms rented in this SHARED home and other guests sometimes make messes. Please clean up after yourself, recycle, compost, and don't leave food in your room to attract bugs, Don't be "THAT GUY" who leaves the mess! We clean often, but if you are looking for a spotlessly clean place with only your own messes, this is not the place for you.

Xcel Energy recommends summer air conditioning settings to be 78-85 degrees in summer months and 65-70 degrees for winter months. Linda, the owner, stays mostly in the basement apartment. She is a busy person but friendly and helpful when needed. She will allow you your space but you can call, text, or visit her downstairs whenever you need anything. Linda's assistant, Felicia, can be very helpful as well. Other guests/roomates may be in the home as well.

The home is a hostel-style home with several other guests who are typically friendly, quiet and respectful. If your hours include early morning remember you will be sharing the upstairs bathroom with others. Please be considerate! With so many using 1 bathroom it may not be sparkling clean unless you help keep it that way! Cleaner and rags under the sink. Squeege in the shower stall, a large towel to wipe down the shower behind the door. Parking is in the street at your own risk.

Very nice and quiet room for you to enjoy. Large bed, 55 inch tv, fridge and free snacks. House is located in Reunion, Commerce City within 15 minutes drive from the airport. Within 10 min walking distance from the bus stop which can take you straight to the airport. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance as well. Come and enjoy your time.

You will be sharing the bathroom with others guests. This bedroom is located in the basement so can hear people above sometime

The space
Located in Reunion Commerce city within 15 minutes from DIA airport and 10 minutes walking distance from the bus stop which can take you straight to the airport. My house is very clean and quiet. I will always make sure you can enjoy your time peaceful. This is a quiet and nice neighborhood with a playground right across the house.

The room is also located in the basement so from time to time you may hear people walking above you if the room on the top floor is occupied or if anyone is coming in and out. You will be sharing the basement bathroom with others guests. The A/C unit is right outside the window so you can hear it when it is running but you get use to the noise as it is not that loud

Other things to note
Please make sure to read all the houses rules as well as all the descriptions about where exactly this room is located. It is right next by the front door and the stairs so you will definitely hear noises from time to time, but this is a very quiet place and I will make sure everyone keeps it that way.

While I do accept same day booking/Check-In, if you booked any reservation any days after 12pm asking to check-in that same day, you will need to give me at least 3 hours window to check and make sure the room is cleaned and ready as most of the time someone else may have checked out earlier. Do not come to the house right after making any reservation without getting a message confirmation from me first. Unfortunately making a same day reservation asking to check-in a few hours later can't be guarantee as I may not see your message on time so please wait for me to respond back to you and confirm the room is ready before heading to the property.
