You're renting a garden-level single-family guest house attached to the main house with a separate entrance accessed from the backyard. It's very private because of the layout. Other people live in the house so you might hear them (like an apartment) but you likely won’t see anyone unless we're landscaping or guests are hanging out in their designated area.

The Meadow Hills neighborhood is a peaceful location that is close to everything in metro Colorado. So you'll be away from the hustle and bustle yet very close when you want it. People are walking their dogs and walking in general in the neighborhood all day, it has a high walk score for Colorado. The neighborhood is wooded with mature trees. We know all the neighbors and most are homeowners. It is a gem of a location that is very safe.

Long stays are encouraged. We get a lot of travel nurses and people relocating, send a message with any questions.

*Please bring appropriate clothing and footwear if visiting Colorado during the winter. While it doesn't snow much (most snow is west in the mountains more than an hour away), when it does, it can be several feet and it accumulates quick. The sun melts most of it within a day or two. Because the sun takes care of the snow, a lot of areas are not shoveled (no one shovels while snow is still falling either) like yards but if you are leaving your room, you will encounter snow in driveway and yard. We get a lot of visitors that are not familiar with snow and are not prepared (from the south and California). You will need a snow removal tool for your car, Amazon sells them cheap. You could be grocery shopping for a few minutes and your car ends up covered in snow.
