Other people live in the house so you might hear them (like an apartment) but you likely won’t see anyone unless we're landscaping or guests are hanging out in their designated area.

The Meadow Hills neighborhood is a peaceful location that is close to everything in metro Colorado. So you'll be away from the hustle and bustle yet very close when you want it. People are walking their dogs and walking in general in the neighborhood all day, it has a high walk score for Colorado. The neighborhood is wooded with mature trees. We know all the neighbors and most are homeowners. It is a gem of a location that is very safe.

Long stays are encouraged. We get a lot of travel nurses and people relocating, send a message with any questions.

*Please bring appropriate clothing and footwear if visiting Colorado during the winter. While it doesn't snow much (most snow is west in the mountains more than an hour away), when it does, it can be several feet and it accumulates quick. The sun melts most of it within a day or two. Because the sun takes care of the snow, a lot of areas are not shoveled (no one shovels while snow is still falling either) like yards but if you are leaving your room, you will encounter snow in driveway and yard. We get a lot of visitors that are not familiar with snow and are not prepared (from the south and California). You will need a snow removal tool for your car, Amazon sells them cheap. You could be grocery shopping for a few minutes and your car ends up covered in snow.

The owner a local Realtor lives onsite but is often traveling (please reach out directly for dates). Every room in the house has its own television and is equipped you tube tv... 2 ride share bikes are included for use to check out the bike trail or head to local bars and restaurants! Huge washer and dryer can be used for no additional charge. Hardwood flooring throughout home and carpet in the bedroom. The garage does have an EV charger and can be used if the owner isn't using. Transportation from airport can be arranged for a fee and with notice to owner. Smoking is allowed outside of residence 420 and cigarettes but no smoking inside- Owner does abide by the cancelation policy... Please cancel within the cancellation window. The space
Great location, I have a trail across the street with a beautiful pond for a good nature jog/walk. 20 min walk to the light rail. Walking distance to bars/ restaurants.

Guest access
Everything is open and divided in half (kitchen cabinets, refrigerator) for sharing the space. Lovely fire place for cold winter nights.

Our home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood very close to the Anschutz Medical Campus. Free Parking is available in front of the property. All utilities, including WiFi, lawn care, and snow removal are included. Washer/Dryer are available for your use. Furnished Kitchen, dining area with 4-seat table and chairs, two living areas complete with couches and loungers and an 80" smartTV are also available for your comfort. Shared furnished patio and spacious fenced backyard.

The space
You will have up to three roommates at a time. 2 full time tenants live on premise, while your room and another will be rented on monthly terms. We also operate a short term rental in an attached but private guest suite. Interaction with the short term guests is unnecessary because they do not share any common areas.

Your room will share a full size bathroom (shower) with guest. The other 2 long-term tenants have their own bathrooms.

Guest access
Furnished Kitchen, dining area with 4-seat table and chairs, two living areas complete with couches and loungers and an 80" smartTV are also available for your comfort. Shared furnished patio and spacious fenced backyard. Please do not enter the side of the home that is reserved for our short term guests. Our live in property manager will provide you a tour at check-in so you understand the layout of the home and the common areas available to you listed above. A key to the front door will also be provided by the property manager at check-in.

During your stay
The property manager lives on premise. He is 23yrs old, very friendly and respectful, and will take your lead on interaction. Message us through the airbnb app if you need anything during your stay. We monitor airbnb messaging from 7am-10pm.

We expect a clean environment from all tenants so that all guests have a clean place to stay. Any issues that arise will be addressed with the guests. Cooperation is mandatory and extreme issues may result in an excessive cleaning fee of $300 or a shortened stay.

We ask that all guests respect our Quiet hours policy which is 10pm-7am. Please keep noise to a minimum as to not disturb the other guests.

Other things to note
We reserve the driveway parking for our short term guests. Parking for our monthly guests is available for free on the street in front of the property.

There are two dogs living on premise. They are friendly and stay in their rooms most of the time, but if pets are an issue, we recommend not selecting this home as your place to stay. Thank you for your understanding.

The tenants are 2 males in their early 20s. They are 420 friendly.

Shopping center with groceries and eating places is under 2 mi. Walk to the local Sports Bar, which has a decent (sports bar) menu.
