Jason checked us in and he was a wealth of helpful information. It is on 4th floor, so A LOT of stairs with your luggage and when you forget things like I always do. Make sure you get the fridge all the way closed, it gets stuck on counter. They should post something to the fridge to let you know because you think it is closed. We ate once in the room and had the dishes/pots pans we needed."

Cleanliness and safety are a top priority. We use only white freshly laundered linens including the duvets for all bedrooms & bathrooms. We regularly test the smoke alarms and carbon monoxide detectors. This home uses Nest protection smoke alarms so you know your family is safe.

Property is equipped with a large grill, newest X Box, ski racks in the garage, mudroom for boots, etc.

If you have small children they can be right outside riding bikes without worry. In addition, the property is one house down from a small pocket park where adults can be outside throwing the frisbee with the teenagers while the younger children swing on a small playground.

Another pocket park down the street serves as the arena for pond hockey in the winter. At the end of the street is a small private pathway that leads directly to the practice tee on the golf course. There is a path to walk to the first tee, practice range and pool.

The EagleVail Community has a variety of Nordic Trail Systems and are a great place to get out and enjoy some of that Colorado powder. Situated along the 18 hole golf course, the EagleVail Nordic Trail provides more than 8K of groomed and set track for cross-country skiers and snowshoers.

Summer Amenities:

This listing is located right in between Vail and Beaver Creek. The studio lock off apartment is on the lower level of a 3 story townhome . It has it's own separate entrance and all the amenities you need. There is a comfy king size bed, attached full bathroom, lots of storage space in a large walk in closet and your own washer and dryer. TV with basic cable and Roku. Wi-Fi also included. Gas fireplace for those snowy winter nights. Best of all, there is your own full kitchen so you have the choice of eating out at one of the many great restaurants in the valley or relaxing at home after a long day out in the mountains and cooking up a delicious meal. Your back door opens onto your own private shaded deck with a grassy, tree-lined lawn. Perfect to sit out on and enjoy a morning cup of coffee or an evening drink in the summer.
The apartment is located just 100 feet from the Eagle Vail golf clubhouse and 1st tee box and overlooks the driving range and putting greens. It is also a short 5 minute walk to the new community pool, pickleball and tennis courts for those hot summer days. It is located in a quiet neighborhood that backs onto national forest with access to a couple shady hikes up a creek and mountain bike trails. The Eagle river and Gore creek are close by with gold medal fly fishing. And of course for winter fun, Beaver Creek ski resort is just 5 minutes drive away and Vail 10 minutes in the other direction.

Drive to Beaver Creek’s base lots in approx. 3 minutes and up to Beaver Creek Village in 7-10 minutes. Drive to Vail in 15-20 minutes or Vail-Eagle Airport (EGE) in 30-40 minutes. Driving to/from Denver International Airport (DIA) takes about 2-2½ hours with ideal road and traffic conditions; but please note that snow, ice and skier traffic make wintertime-driving planning a must and it often takes well longer than 2½ hours during peak seasonal times.
