Nestled amid a dense evergreen palm tree vegetation, this 4 bedroom villa offers privacy and seclusion. When entering the high-ceilinged foyer, you have an ample view of all nooks and an outlook to both wings of La Cana H5. From the main entrance, you access the fully equipped kitchen next to a large living and dining room for 10 commensals.
When it comes to cool off and enjoy the outdoor life, this villa was offer a pool in the middle of the garden accompanied on sides by galleries offering shelter from the sun and hosting a large alfresco dining to enjoy local dishes.
Last, but not least, on the second floor you will find the master bedroom with a king size bed and the second one with another king size bed. Both have ensuite bathrooms with shower and walk-in closet. The two remaining bedrooms are on the ground floor with two queen beds, ensuite bathroom with shower and walk-in closet on each.
Beach is another essential part and thus this villa is within walking distance to the La Cana Beach Club, free of use.
