Guest access
The parking area is off of the alley adjacent to the suite. Enter this alley off of W. Pabor Ave. between Fruita Canyon Dental and the Fruita Seventh-Day Adventist Church. Drive south down the alley and look for a white garage on your right (it is the third house on your right). The rental unit is in that building.

You can park in the spot where the "Guest Parking" sign is (compact cars only) or next to the garage/parallel to the alley, just please don’t block the alley or garage door. See pictures and map in listing.

Enter through the gate where the "Guest Parking" sign is by pulling the rope. The door to the suite will be immediately to your right.

A keypad access code to unlock the unit door will be sent to you prior to your check in time.

You will find fully stocked amenities during your stay. They are all non-toxic and filled from our own local Zero Waste shop. This shop is a small business, and we take pride in including as many small businesses as possible in the space. In the spirit of Airbnb, this space is a guest house at our primary residence. Welcome to Happy Tails animal sanctuary we are a nonprofit animal rescue in palisade wine country. 10 acre animal sanctuary w alpaca, goats, pigs, dogs, chickens peacocks even a emu that all free range. Fish, kayak, paddleboard, canoe on our 2 acre fully stocked fishing lake. Float the Colorado river from Riverbend park in Palisade to our private beach.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. You will have your own space on our 1 acre BnB property. There is a full sized bunk bed and another California twin bunk bed for you and your friends. You have a large bathroom with Double sinks, shower and private toilet. This is in the country so if spiders and snakes freak you out, we don’t like them either ,but they do show up from time to time. Note: Price covers Two guests with an additional fee for extra people and pets.

The space
The bunk room is one big room with a partial wall divider. There is a table and 4 chairs as well as a picnic table outside. You are away from the main BnB so you can have privacy and stay up late having fun if you’d like. You may bring well behaved dogs (2 max) for $50 per stay per pet and they must be crated if left alone.

Guest access
You do not have access to the main House but are welcome to join on the patio or around the fire pit if there is one going. These areas are not for use without owner presence. Only registered guests are allowed on the property.

Other things to note
We have two very well behaved dogs but they are farm dogs so roam free on the property. Be sure to let us know if they are in your way. You will see bugs at certain times of the year but hopefully they are “was bugs”. Please let us know if you see any.
