Live like a local in our cozy little cottage! We renovated a garage which is located by our house on 10 acres of land and recently put in a seating area with Pergola.
Our land is south facing on a mesa with a beautiful view of the mountains. We grow 5 acres of medicinal herbs, vegetables and berries. Lots of coming and going on the farm so hopefully you like people and be prepared for a lot of activity. Looking forward to hosting you:)

We have a fun little cottage with small details like stain glass mosaics and a little western feel to it. There is a king sized bed that lifts the upper part electronically.There are also lots of big windows for lots of light and views.

There are two rooms that are rented to guests and two rooms that are private. There is a 3/4 bathroom upstairs that is shared and has extra toiletries, towels, shampoo etc.
There is a 1/2 bath downstairs, through the laundry room that is shared and there is a door connecting through to the full bedroom.
Each room has a mini-fridge for your use, and you may also use the kitchen and fridge if you would like. I would appreciate you letting me know if you need fridge space ahead of time so I can clear a spot!
There will be coffee and tea each morning that you can help yourself to.

The queen room is up the stairs and to the left as well as a shared bathroom directly across from this room. The other two rooms are private spaces - owners' bedroom and a storage room.

The double bed room is directly in front of the entrance door. It has a 1/2 bath that is shared by the owner and other guests. We ask that you don't lock this door when not in use.

There are motion lights leading up to the upstairs as well as a light switch at the bottom and top of the stairs.

Other things to note
I have a Australian shepherd dog named Sophie. I try to never leave her alone in the house if guest are coming. If you do hear her bark, just say her name and she will stop and probably bring you her Frisbee or just want a pet.

There is also a cat named Fred who comes in to eat.
She has recently been spoiled and thinks the whole house is hers but feel free to lock her out of your room if she is bothersome. I try to keep all doors closed so she isn't laying on the bedding at any time.

The main house space includes three rooms guest can feel free to use: a kitchen, bath and an open studio great for artistic pursuits or leisurely activity!

The premises has a private feel with an earthen "Art Wall" surrounding the yard, and the building is only a few short minutes away from all the best places Paonia has to offer (such as the flying Fork right next door).

IMPORTANT
*The Gingerbread House sleeping arrangements is in loft with A nice wood VERTICAL LADDER so you will need to be comfortable climbing up and down. Yes, there is a railing so when your sleeping you can rest comfortably and not worry!

Our guest house was built in 2009 to accommodate the touring Tibetan monks who visit us most summers. It features high ceilings, lots of windows, a comfortable queen bed, and nooks inside and out for reading, dozing, and relaxing. "Much bigger than expected!" our guests say. Steps to hiking paths and mountain bike trails on public land. Loaner bikes for guests! One mile from downtown P-town. We use unscented cleaning supplies and hang sheets and towels to dry outside in the Colorado sunshine. Good internet, a huge library, but no phone or TV.

Private cottage farm-stay, gorgeous views and easy access to wineries, hiking, rafting, & organic farms. Located between Hotchkiss & Paonia. 700 sqft, full kitchen w/granite counters, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker (incl. coffee/tea). Dining area + breakfast bar. TV/DVD player, high-speed wifi. The space
Our views are remarkable! Situated on a Sunshine Mesa about 500 feet above the North Fork Valley, you can see the West Elk Mountains, North Fork Valley, Needlerock, and even the Black Canyon of the Gunnison in the distance.

Relax on the wooden deck and enjoy the BBQ grill. We also have a little cabana set up on the deck to enjoy our abundant sunshine. We also have a lovely, private outdoor shower off the west side of the guest house.

The interior of the place is clean and well kept, and has a great kitchen setup with everything you need. We do not have cable, but you can stream from your own accounts (Netflix etc) and we have a DVD player with a large selection of movies.

We have a 50 amp (level 2) hookup where you can charge your EV. Rates are about 12-16MPH. You will need to bring your travel adaptor. The charging station parking is located about 100' from the guest house.

We are a working farm so might have "farm things" happening like moving small equipment, feed deliveries, cutting hay, small building projects, etc., but we always respect quiet hours. Our poultry make typical noises like clucking, crowing, and gobbling, but our guest house is well insulated from sound and we've never had a complaint about the noise or any farm smells.

Cottage is located about 100 feet from main house, and has its own private parking area. We offer easy self check-in so you can arrive late with no worries.

We have an 11' pond/pool directly in front of the guest house. This means it’s not a good setup for toddlers and young children.

We are not a good setup for hunters. Our master bedroom is close to the guest house parking, and the very early mornings wake up us and our dogs.

Our Airbnb can accommodate max 3 adults or 2 adults with 2 children. If you have 2 kids just select 3 guests and let us know. Thanks!

There are amazing sunrises and sunsets visible from the front yard. Plenty of parking is available in front of the guest home. Gorgeous mountain views and easy, quick access to downtown.

Located on the outskirts of the quaint town of Cedaredge, on the southern slope of the Grand Mesa, Maison de Terre is a unique artisan-built adobe house constructed by the owners of natural and local materials. Our listing is for 2 guest sharing one room. For additional fees, we can accommodate up to four adult guests in two separate rooms. If you wish to rent the extra room with only 2 quests, please notify us using the "Contact Host" button. We welcome all quests and their pets.

The space
Breakfast is provide with your reservation. It will be served in your room or on the adjacent patio (weather providing). Do to Covid-19 restrictions, we are not offered self service use of our kitchen or laundry. If you need us to heat something up for you or wash a few of your clothes, let us know, and we can help.

During your stay
Our guests are our first priority. Situated at 7000 feet, panoramic views from the house include three mountain ranges, the mesa, and with dark night skies, an unlimited galaxy. We offer the green room for our guests. It features a sandstone floor, plastered adobe and stone walls, an attached bathroom, and ceiling logs reclaimed from a local log cabin. The south wall, mostly windows opens with French doors to a private patio. Expect to start your day with a superb home-cooked breakfast which is included in the cost of the room. We usually serve breakfast in the library which is a shared space full of a wide array of books, a television, a small refrigerator, a self service coffee machine, comfortable chairs and sofa for lounging, and of course tables for eating! If you prefer you can take breakfast on the patio or in your room.

SouthMont Blue Cottage features a quiet private home on the end of a property. The shared driveway provides direct access to S. Highway 550, 4 miles from Montrose, 7 miles from downtown Montrose, 19 miles from the Black Canyon Nation Park, 29 miles from Ouray (the

- No cooking is allowed in our bed & breakfast but a continental breakfast will be served each morning from 7:30am until 9:30am. We are restricted by the county as to how much water we are allowed to use in our facility. Thank you for your understanding.

As of September 1st, a light brunch will be available at Tasting Room on Saturday and Sunday from Noon to 3 P.M. (Not included in price of stay.)

Other things to note
We love pets, but we cannot accommodate them at our B&B.

However, dogs are welcome in the outdoors space of the Tasting Room area while guests are sampling our wines.
