This privately owned Bed and Breakfast offers a separate entrance, 2 bedrooms and 1 full bath. This unit is Ideal for 2 people but can accommodate up to 4 guests. Private patio and shaded firepit are wonderful additions to this unit.

No pets allowed.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. You will have your own space on our 1 acre BnB property. There is a full sized bunk bed and another California twin bunk bed for you and your friends. You have a large bathroom with Double sinks, shower and private toilet. This is in the country so if spiders and snakes freak you out, we don’t like them either ,but they do show up from time to time. Note: Price covers Two guests with an additional fee for extra people and pets.

The space
The bunk room is one big room with a partial wall divider. There is a table and 4 chairs as well as a picnic table outside. You are away from the main BnB so you can have privacy and stay up late having fun if you’d like. You may bring well behaved dogs (2 max) for $50 per stay per pet and they must be crated if left alone.

Guest access
You do not have access to the main House but are welcome to join on the patio or around the fire pit if there is one going. These areas are not for use without owner presence. Only registered guests are allowed on the property.

Other things to note
We have two very well behaved dogs but they are farm dogs so roam free on the property. Be sure to let us know if they are in your way. You will see bugs at certain times of the year but hopefully they are “was bugs”. Please let us know if you see any.

The space
45 minutes from Powderhorn and Grand Mesa; GJT Regional Airport 20 minutes. Casual...nothing too fancy but very homey. This room is upstairs where the main living space is located. If you are happy to interact with your hosts, this is the best room. We have two rooms rented separately in the house, in case you need more space. Common areas of the house in the upstairs are the living room, dining room, upper deck and breakfast bar. Common areas in the downstairs are the exercise space, family room with tv, and movie room.
We don't accept guests with pets, but we are not pet free, as our daughter has a dog that visits occasionally.

We have a fun movie room to enjoy an evening of low key entertainment, we might even join you!
Our exercise space is available for your fitness needs. We have free weights and a tv with many videos to keep you in shape during your stay.
There are plenty of outdoor spaces for you to enjoy while you are here. We have a covered deck with lots of space, a covered patio, outdoor fire pit, and there are miles of country roads to enjoy by walking or biking at your leisure.

During your stay
Two professionals (and empty nesters) are excited to meet new people and are willing to visit with you and suggest activities. Of course if you are more of the solitary type, just let us know and we will be happy to give you space.
We work full-time and are active in many things so we might also be too busy to visit at times.

4. Shoes off please, since we are in the country dirt is tracked inside easily. We have geothermal, so during hot & cold months the windows must remain closed.
5. Bathrooms: Septic system here, so nothing in toilets but body fluids and TP-no tampons etc. Squeege water off shower doors.
6. Kitchen: We don't offer the use of the kitchen/laundry. There will be some space for you to add cold items to the fridge or freezer. You can use ice for drinks but not for coolers; if needed, McDonalds 4 miles away has 10 lbs ice for $1. We have 2 fire pits that are great for roasting. You are welcome to use plates, cups, and silverware.
7. No smoking indoors and pick up your butts when smoking outdoors.
8. Drug-free and if you bring marijuana please keep it in your vehicle so it won't leave odors for the next guest.
9. Unregistered guests by prior request only please.
10. Quiet hours after 11pm.

The space
This is a great way to check out our lodging and the area at a discounted price. This room typically rents for an average of $225 per night. The published rate is for 2 guests and there is a $20 per night fee for a third guest.
Please let the owners know if you pan to bring your dog and there will be an additional $50 fee per pet (2 dog max) Note: dogs must be in a crate when left alone and are not allowed on furniture.

Guest access
This booking is for the private suite only. Owners live onsite and other guests may be staying in the main part of the home. Only registered guests are allowed on the property.
The fire table, fire pit and grill are off limits unless you have advance permission from the owners.

Welcome to our guest house at Peach Orchard Yoga. This newly built one bedroom guest home has stunning views of the Grand Mesa and is surrounded by Palisade’s Peach Orchards. While staying here you’ll have the opportunity to meet our Alpine goats Peter and Harry, enjoy fresh eggs and have easy access multiple winery’s that are in walking and biking distance. If you enjoy yoga, Peach Orchard Yoga is located on the property offering weekly group classes or private classes.

The space
One bedroom one bath, with a fully equipped kitchen(minus an oven, but has a stovetop and convection microwave). The living room has pull out double for kids or adults. Out back is patio with a privacy fence, fire pit, and seating with a view of the Grand Mesa.

Full access to the building except the garage.

If interested I run a yoga studio on the main property (Peach Orchard Yoga). I offer regularly scheduled classes and private classes in studio and in the orchard when weather permits. Please let me know upon booking if you’d like more details.

Your home is a luxury fifth wheel that sleeps 5 featuring an RV king in the master and a separate bunkhouse with 2 twin top bunk beds and 1 bottom bunk toddler bed. The living area contains a full kitchen, dinette, 2 heated electric recliners & a fireplace with full A/C and heat.

The space
10 acre peach orchard in the heart of Colorado peach and wine country located an equidistant 15-20 min from both the town of Palisade and the city of Grand Junction.

3 separate rooms + 1.5 baths: master (sleeps 2 in an RV king size bed); full bathroom (with shower) adjacent to master; bunkhouse (sleeps 2 adults + 1 child up to 4 years old) contains two twin sized top bunk beds, and 1 toddler twin sized bunk bed; half-bath self-contained inside bunkhouse. Full conventional refrigerator, microwave, stove and oven; outdoor kitchen and griddle.

Shared access with owner to heated pool, 8 person hot tub and patio (pool open from April - October; hot tub open year-round).

We have an additional 30a electric hookup for $100/night and can provide fresh water if you would like to bring your own RV.

The Cowgirl Cabin is a recently renovated, two bedroom, one bath guest home with full kitchen and cozy living room. Bedroom 1 features a king bed and bedroom 2 features a queen bed. Both bedrooms have ample storage and high-quality linens. Bathroom has a shower (no bathtub).

The covered outdoor patio is peaceful and spacious, featuring a seating area, gas grill, and outdoor dining table, and kiva fireplace.

This home is family friendly, with access to toys and books for children, as well as a pack-n-play, bassinet, and high-chair upon request.

Guests have access to the private guest apartment above the garage. Interior garage parking is not available, but parking is available on in front of the garage. Guests also have access to a very large, private covered outdoor patio.

We have a love for Palisade and everything about this amazing community. This house was renovated in 2022 in an effort to channel this passion into an amazing experience for us and others to enjoy. Brand new HVAC system added in August 2022.

Please keep in mind this is one unit of two in the house and offers it’s own private entrance and amenities. It’s likely there will be other guests staying on the other floor. Because this is the bottom floor of the house there could be some noise transfer if guests are staying upstairs and walking around.

We are a dog friendly listing but we there is a one time $50 pet fee when booking. We only allow one dog per stay, but please reach out if you have more than one dog and we may consider exceptions. We also professionally clean all surfaces and bedding between stays to limit residual dog hair and allergens.

LIVING ROOM: Relax and enjoy with a 55" inch smart TV , leisure seating, and high end sectional. Air mattress with additional bedding is available if needed.

DINING ROOM: Round table for up to 6 guests and all the needed utensils and wine glasses for an amazing meal in.

Located approx 1.5 miles due west of downtown Palisade on the Fruit and Wine Byway and exactly 36.3 miles from Utah. Leave your car here (private driveway) and ride your mountain bike to the Palisade Rim Trail, your road bike on the “Fruit Loop”, or your cruiser whatever direction you want for an adult beverage. One mile to Riverbend Park (gem), and Mt. Garfield trailhead. 1.5 miles to Palisade Brewery and Peach Street Distillers. 1/2 mile from Carboy, Red Fox, and Maison La Belle Vie Wineries, 4 miles to Palisade Rim Trail.

We are on a 1 acre lot at the foot of Mt. Garfield with a peach orchard across the street and agricultural fields out back.

The large upstairs bedroom sleeps two in a queen bed, the Crate and Barrel couch downstairs is a full/double pullout and there’s a double inflatable mattress.
