There is one off street parking space out front and ample on street parking, all free for guests. The laundry is accessible for guests and is off the kitchen. Laundry room is separated by a door in kitchen and door to backyard. It is a shared space with occupant of studio. Backyard is shared with studio, single occupant unit which is in back of property with its own, separate entrance off the backyard gate.

Other things to note
Guests can walk to Colorado Mesa University from the unit. Local restaurants, breweries, coffee shops and grocery store are also walking distance or a short drive. There is a nice grocery store half a mile away to stock up for your stay.
River trails just over one mile and easily accessible from I-70 or US Hwy 50. St. Mary's hospital is one mile and downtown is bike able or a short drive. Lunch loop bike trails are less than 4 miles and only a 10 minute drive. This space is spacious, comfortable and plenty of privacy. You can relax inside or outside.
