It offers daily rates with weights, swimming, basket ball courts, or an array of other activities within a mile.

The space
Beautiful view, private peaceful, clean and quiet. Secluded but close to in town businesses. Just 3-5 minutes from golf course and hospital. Laundry and Dish service available. There's such a beautiful sunset view from this barn-dominium style home studio.

Tenants share the washer, dryer and kitchen with me. My use is minimal. Guests have their own bedroom, living room, bathroom and places Outdoors to hang out and enjoy. I said before also welcome to use the main living room if you would like

This accommodation is just blocks away from the hospital which is in walking distance and sits adjacent to the golf course. only 5 to 10 minutes away from every convenience Roosevelt has to offer, yet has a has a quality of isolation with no through traffic as it's not in a shared neighborhood but in a nice private little Nook of about 1 acre. there is a queen bed, a sofa sleeper, a double berkelounger, and a separate twin bed. The separate twin bed and sofa sleeper can be moved out if tenant requests.

We do have animals on our little farm including horses, goats, chickens, cats, bunny and two dogs. Dogs are fenced. Guests will have private walk and entrance with parking.

Please do not use fire pit as we are often in fire restrictions. There is dry grass on the property and do not want a fire to start. Also smoking is not allowed on the property for the same reason and due to family members with asthma.

Outdoor pavilion with fire pit. The back yard and gardens are gorgeous. As long as there is not a wedding booked at the time you wish to use it, suite guests are welcome to it. Close to city center, short distance too lakes, walking trails, hiking trails, parks, and museums. Soul Haven Healing Center is a day spa that is in the same building as the suite. They offer float tank therapy, oxygen bar, massage, esthetician services, as well as reiki. Please call ahead to book any treatments that you may be interested in. Please note we are also an event center. In the summer there are often weddings at the property on the weekends. We do have reserved parking spaces for our overnight guests. We also require weddings and events to be completed outside in the gardens by 9-930 pm.

There is one full bath upstairs and a half bath downstairs. There is a comfortable full size living room with couches, end tables, coffee tables and a tv. There is a fully equipped kitchen stocked with pretty much everything that you would need. We have coffee pod makers with coffee and hot chocolate pods included. Seasonings abound. Fully stocked with dishes and cookware. Games in the cupboards and small selection of books as well.
