- "Best sleep in a clean and comfortable room." - "When we got to the property, we’re pretty happy because it was older, but it was clean and it actually smelled good. We spent over $300 for our weekend which was supposed to be a nice relaxing weekend. The problems we had were the TV was broken. We asked them to come in and fix it, they couldn’t get it fixed and they didn’t give us another TV nor another room so sad Friday night we just laid in our bed looking at our phones relaxing and watching TV. So then we thought they would fix it Saturday. Same thing happened Saturday night very boring after we came back to the room no TV to watch just sitting and looking at our phones again a very, very discouraging weekend , that was not good. The breakfast the breakfast is really not good. The eggs were cold. The sausage was cold. They had no yogurts. The breakfast was not good so we were needlessly to say very disappointed and the other things that did not work in the rooms were the lamp did not work and hardly any of the outlets on the lamps for charging your phone worked , but it was clean. People were pretty nice and the people were pretty nice. "

- "I literally don’t think I can do this property justice in this review, but I’ll try. This is without question, the cleanest place I have ever stayed. This includes hotels and other rental properties. I was so surprised that I started looking for dirt, dust, etc. I honestly didn’t find any. Every square inch of this property is spotless! Beautiful views, close proximity to everything in town, in fact we walked most places. Beds were comfortable, back yard was fully fenced and cared for. We visit Vernal at least a couple of times a year to visit family. This will be our go to. Every. Single. Time."

Our home is spacious and clean with decorated rooms to fit every style. It is comfortably furnished, and inviting! Our home has 2 large gathering spaces to accommodate our guests, 4 Bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a full-size kitchen with dining area, fridge, sink, stove, microwave, and dishwasher. There is a deck with views of surrounding Mountains, access to a laundry room with washer and dryer, High speed internet, flat screen television with Roku, and plenty of parking space.
Expect to find a supply of linens and toiletries in the bathrooms, and a basic supply of items in the kitchen cupboards.
There is an on demand hot water heater, a furnace to heat in the winter and central air conditioning to keep the space cool in the summer.

The master was spacious with a king bed and en suite bathroom with a soaking tub! The other bedrooms shared one bathroom, which worked fine for us. There’s a deck off the back door and we enjoyed beautiful sunsets. The area is quiet with a gas station/convenience store as you turn off the highway. There are others staying/living below, but that was not a bother to us at all. I thought the property only had 3 bedrooms but was pleasantly surprised to find four bedrooms upon arrival. We came in the spring a needed bug spray in the morning and at dusk, lots of mosquitoes so be aware of that. I would stay here again!"

Temple Place #1 is in the same parking lot as the Vernal Temple and shares an entrance with Smuin Dental and Chiropractor, but is a very quiet environment!
We have a fully stocked kitchen with coffee maker. We have a full bathroom upstairs with a deep soaker tub and a SMALL bathroom with a shower, toilet and small sink downstairs.

Let’s not forget the Utah Field House of Natural History State Park Museum which is what Vernal is known for, DINOSAURS!!
We are approximately 15-20 miles away from the Dinosaur National Monument.

We have JB’s restaurant (breakfast, lunch and dinner) and Betty’s Cafe (which serves breakfast and lunch only, (by the way their breakfast is delicious) both within walking distance. Davis is a grocery store within walking distance. Main Street is one block away!! B’s gas station is just a couple blocks away. We’re pretty close to almost everything!

Each bedroom features a theme from geography of the greater region. The master bedroom highlights the majestic high Uintah mountains over a moon rising. The second bedroom nestles into a theme of sunset canyonlands distinctive to Utah and the greater southwest; even the view out the window showcases canyon sandstone cliffs. The third bedroom features tributes to dinosaur country hyper-unique to the Uintah Basin. The den downstairs themes to the rustic rich history of the area that was fueled by the remains of dinosaur and fauna long ago.

Additionally, the main living room sports a delicate arch art wall that is iconic to Utah and the love for the great outdoors.

Two updated bathrooms are located near the bedrooms, both with updated facilities and a broad modern shower head that doubles as a mirror. Linens and shower essentials are provided.

Internet: The WiFi is fiber fast at 1Gbps download and 500Mbps upload speeds and dual frequency pairing. You'll be able to stream from all your devices at once and remotely work seamlessly.

The kitchen and dining room are open, warm spaces for gathering, eating, and planning out your day. The farmhouse dining table offers comfortably wide family style bench seating and easy access to kitchen counters and modern appliances.

The hosts were so helpful with suggestions for the family (we wish we could have stayed here the whole week!) I do not think we realized that the lower level was still in renovation, and the spiral staircase to that level required our creativity to move a cocktail table and block off our almost 2yr old grandson. The eat-in kitchen fit all of us for dining and card games. My husband appreciated the big TV for catching an Orioles game at the end of a busy day! - We would HIGHLY recommend this home for those considering a Vernal visit - and suggest staying at least for an extended weekend or weeklong visit to be sure to enjoy it even more thoroughly! Plenty of parking for our 7 vehicles/ATV trailers. The price of the 8 rooms also included access to a huge clubhouse/full kitchen (we had 16 people sitting around 1 large table playing cards and still used less than1/4 of the available space in the club house. We didn’t even use the second floor which is just as big as the main level!"
