The Neighborhood:
This beautiful home sits on the last street in the neighborhood with the backyard facing the Wyoming line. A beautiful red rock razorback rock formation sits in the centerpiece of the rear yard view and a view of the lake off the front porch.

Getting Around:
The neighborhood is surrounded in stunning views, Parking is easy with a huge driveway with plenty of room for you and your guests, as well as your boat, the properties on either side of the home are included for use for parking. Bring your 4 wheelers, there is 1/2 acre on each side of the home.
4 wheelers or side by side are legal in the area, there are many roads for you to ride if you would like, you are welcome to drive them as long as they are street legal and you follow local laws.

Other Things to Note:
Bring your friends there is plenty of parking for your extra vehicles or boats on the adjacent lots on each side of the home, there is 1/2 acre on each side to give you a buffer from the neighbors!

- An additional $100 fee may apply for excessive mud, deep cleaning, or any necessary reassembly of the home, inside or out.

- Avoid placing hot pots or plates on the counter; use protective padding underneath. It will leave a burn mark on the counter.

PET POLICY
- We only allow hypoallergenic dogs inside the home. (Message Lexie for notable exceptions. Ie: service animals)
- An additional $300 fine will be applied if non-hypoallergenic dogs are brought into the residence.

The property is rural and it is recommended that you have your own personal vehicle to access the property. Ride shares, such as Uber and Lyft are not available in this area.
4 Wheel Drive is strongly recommended in the winter months, as there could be snow and slick roads in the area.

There are no grocery stores nearby. A few essentials can be picked up at several convenience stores in the area.

We had a group of six adults and there was more than enough elbow room, the place was clean, communication was clear and thorough, the kitchen is amazing and has everything you'll need to prepare excellent meals, beds and bedrooms are comfortable. Parking our vehicles and boats in the driveway was slick - more than enough room for 3 vehicles and 2 boats. In the Winter there are no animals on the property. So guests can go hiking and sledding. Sleds are on the property also!

There are no fire works allowed because we are in the mountains.

2006 Tip-out camper in Manila RV park. Located in near Ashley National Forest, and the Flaming Gorge. The camper has two bedrooms, a front and a back bedroom. It is stocked with all the necessities. Towels, bedding, cookware.

2024 Keystone Hideout camper. Sleeps five, Can be picked up and taken to location of your choice in Flaming Gorge area. I will also deliver to location if needed (added fee). Lightweight, easy pull. I also have generators for rent.

This is a 2004 Coachman camper sleeps 6. I have stocked it with towels, linens, all bedding, dishes and cookware. Can be picked up, or I will deliver to location in Flaming Gorge area. I also have generators I can rent if needed.
