If you are traveling with children, this is a wonderful place for them to run and play while you relax and keep watch from the deck or the comfortable Adirondack chairs on the patio. The backyard features a lifetime play set and a built in fire pit.

This property features 3 living areas, a fireplace, dining room, and a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar. As you wait for dinner, sit back and relax on the full grain leather recliner couch and enjoy the 55 inch smart flatscreen TV. The newly installed central A/C will keep you cool when you return from a hot day hiking or playing at the beach.

When you're ready for bed, retreat to the master bedroom and climb into the king sized bed to fall fast asleep with plush pillows. This room features deck access, an en-suite bathroom and a 43 inch tv with Roku. You will feel like you are at a spa with a jetted tub, double vanities and separate shower with double shower heads. This room also features a relaxing sitting area. The master closet was so big we converted it to a bedroom! You have to walk through it to get to the master bath, but it makes a great “family wing” in the home. It has two twin beds (bunk) and a crib with an extra toddler sized floor mattress. There is also an extra pack n' play available for use. This room also has some toys for small children and children’s books for nightly story time.

There are three other bedrooms with KING size beds that are beautifully styled and extremely functional. Each located close to one of the three bathrooms in the house. Keep towels, linens, and swimsuits clean throughout your stay with the washer and dryer located just off of the kitchen in the spacious pantry. The pantry is stocked with board games and puzzles for hours of fun.

There is a bunk room downstairs with 3 sets of bunks(sleeps 6) just off of the garage/play room where your group can enjoy games of air hockey, ping pong, fooseball or mini basketball game.

Each living area can accommodate 2-3 people for sleeping with pull out couches and/or floor mattresses.

There is an extra fridge/freezer in the garage for your use

The Neighborhood:

Located just 1.5 miles from the closest public beach and about 10 minutes from Rendezvous beach.

The hiker/snowmobiler/ATVer will love the close proximity to the Hodges Canyon Trailhead. No need to even get in your car. You can hike/snowmobile/ATV right from the house. The road to the Hodges Canyon trailhead is just a few hundred yards from the driveway. The city has also recently opened up the trailhead parking lot for overnight overflow parking for our neighborhood!

The golfers of the group will be pleased with the short 6 minute drive to Bear Lake golf course, which is only 1 out of the 3 golf courses in the area. Book a tee time and show off your putting skills to your family and friends.

Hit the slopes at Beaver Mountain Ski Resort which is a short 24 minute drive away, or if your new to winter sports check out the local tubing spots for some family shenanigans! Also enjoy the Beaver Mountain music festival in mid August for a taste of the local music scene.

This log cabin has 6 bedrooms, 2 large lofts (kids love the upper loft), and a game room in the basement. Completely remodeled in July 2013, including all new high-end finishes (granite counter tops, travertine flooring, all new stainless appliances, extra plush carpet, etc).

One of the best parts about our cabin is that it includes access to Ideal Beach, which has swimming pools, tennis & basketball courts, & tons of huge open grassy areas. If you know Bear Lake, you know that Ideal Beach is where everybody wants to be. Perfect for large family reunions!

The view from the deck was wonderful. The kitchen set up was roomy and lots of room for lots of people to eat. The front stairs were steep with no railing but there is a ramp up on to the back deck that makes it easy to get inside. The grill was dirty so I suggest bringing your own camp chef or grill to cook on outside. Overall it was a perfect spot for a multi-generational family event! The host was easy to communicate with and friendly."

There was a coffee pot, but no filters or coffee. It’s not a hotel but it is inconvenient to have to shop for soap and coffee for only two nights. Other than that it was great! Great location and comfortable bed. I will go back with fingers crossed in hope of some TLC for the cabins."

Two families can comfortably stay here with two bedrooms and two bathrooms on the main floor and two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a family room in the lower level. The primary bedroom on the main floor as a dedicated bathroom, walk-in closet, and king sized bed. The second bedroom has private access a bathroom and features a queen size bed, and a desk for catching up on work if needed. The lower level features a bedroom that can sleep two in a queen bed, and three in a full sized plus twin bunk bed. The second bedroom has a queen sized bed and three additional twin mattresses that can be pulled out if needed (in addition to the total number the house can sleep). The family room has a hideaway bed in the couch, tv, and Xbox. A full size bathroom in the lower level.
