While we didn’t need to talk to the owner, it was comforting knowing that she would be there with just a phone call if we needed anything. Getting here and gaining access couldn’t have been any easier. Everything you need to know was in a folder on the kitchen counter. The basement was extremely clean and was big enough to spread out and feel really spacious. You’d forget there were people upstairs save for the rare sound of footsteps as it was such a peaceful stay. Having access to a kitchen and laundry room wasn’t necessary for us, but it was a welcome option. The house is located near a grocery store and is just a few miles from many restaurants and eateries. We were in town for a soccer tournament, and we’ll likely be back next year should we play again. I couldn’t recommend it more if you need a clean, quiet place to relax."

A newly remodeled old home that looks old but isn't. It was remodeled to represent the era in which it was built. It is a charming and comfortable space that feels just like home, or maybe your classy grandmas house because of the charm. It has remained in our family for years and years and we are happy to share it. Sleeps 9 in beds, 2 on a sofa sleeper, and 2 on air mattresses. Sparkling clean and high quality luxurious linens and bedding. Pack and Play in the closet if needed. Highchair available upon request. BBQ Grill with utensils(Spring & Summer), outside table and chairs in warm weather. You'll find ingredients to make waffles for breakfast. Coffee and Coca also provided as well as basic spices and condiments. All the comforts of home.

Did we mention tons of board and card games and books are provided along with toys for the little tots.

Reminder: No Pets or Smoking of any kind inside or outside or on the property. This is not a party house.

This beautiful home is situated on the East bench of North Logan with spectacular views of Cache Valley. Our walkout basement doesn’t feel like a basement. Lots of windows and light. There are 2 bedrooms with one queen bed in each room. The main couch is very comfortable for sleeping for most adults. We also have two queen air beds and one twin air bed that can be used in the common areas. You may also use our infrared sauna. The outdoor space has a table and 6 chairs. We also have 2 lounge chairs. There is a gas grill on the patio.

The kitchen has a fridge, microwave, chest freezer, coffee maker, blender/food processor, toaster, waffle maker, toaster oven, 2 induction burners, griddle/panini maker and small crockpot. We just installed a dishwasher, disposal and washer/dryer. There are extra pillows, blankets, sheets sets and towels. There are some toys and games. We have network TV, Netflix, Prime Video, Disney+ and Hulu. . We have one window air conditioning unit in the kitchen area. The apartment stays cool even on the hottest days. There are ceiling fans in the living room and bedrooms.

Next to our two other rentals if you need more space. Close to USU, Eccles Ice Arena, Soccer Fields, Golf, Logan and Smithfield Temples. Near lots of restaurants and shopping. Quiet neighborhood. You will love staying in a fancy barn.

Everything from check-in to check-out went smoothly. The condo is upstairs, so one needs to be able to negotiate stairs, but that is clear on the site description. The air-conditioning worked very well, which is very important in the hot Utah summers. All units in the kitchen and bathroom worked well. The decor is neutral and cute. There is room to park two cars in the driveway and an outdoor patio set and barbecue, which we definitely used. I was pleased that, when I complained that there was no coffee pot, the owner went out and bought one. That was nice of her and also makes sense as a Keurig doesn't work for a family or a major coffee drinker like me. I also would suggest that she leave specific instructions on how to pair the television with the renter's Netflix, Prime Video, or other subscriptions as this process can vary and be difficult with the differing systems owners have. But, overall, it was really nice and we hope to stay there next summer!"

There is room to park 3 vehicles if one is parked in the garage. Please only park in front of this unit's garage and/or the parking space in front of the front entrance so that you don't block the neighbors garage or parking spaces.

Pictures show this space accurately. Two bedrooms upstairs with the bathroom in between. Owner suite is roomy and has a king bed and direct access to the bathroom. The second bedroom has a bunkbed with a full on the bottom and a twin on top and access the bathroom from the hall. The main level consists of the living/kitchen areas with a laundry room in between the kitchen and the single car garage.

Cache County provides a free bus system for all. There is a bus stop just across the street from this subdivision. Uber is hit or miss in this valley but may be worth looking into as it grows.
