Our quiet, charming 1+ bedroom condo with a great mid valley location was completely remodeled in 2011. Only 15 minutes from the airport, downtown Salt Lake, and the ski resorts of Alta and Snowbird, the condo is quickly accessed from the freeway. This space has a beautiful, modern, full kitchen, a dining/ living room, a master bedroom (with queen bed), a TV/den with convertible queen sleeper sofa and two bathrooms with Euro style showers. A stacking washer/dryer is located at the end of the kitchen. All housewares and utensils are provided for cooking and eating in the condo. The condo includes a shared pool and hot tub, and recently upgraded tennis courts. Underground parking and a convenient storage area nearby make secure, short work of storing ski gear in the winter.

Salt Lake City and the surrounding area provide an excellent mix of city and sporting activities. The Wasatch Mountains and their varied playgrounds stack up behind city venues like the Hogle Zoo, Temple Square, and the recently opened Museum of Natural History on University of Utah campus. A short drive takes you to the Great Salt Lake, and two national parks, Arches and Capitol Reef, are easily reached and returned from in a one day excursion. Hedonistic Park City and various 2002 Olympic venues are just a half hour away. Many golf courses, restaurants, and excellent shopping including Fashion Place Mall are just minutes away.

Our Quaint guesthouse is in the much desirable area of Holladay. It has great views of Mt. Olympus, Big and Little Cottonwood Canyon. They are known for their tasty meats, quality produce and the best fresh salsa in town. Located adjacent to I-215. There are 2 sides to the guesthouse with a laundry room that separates each unit.

The Canyon Racquet condo community is very unique. We are one of the only communities within walking distance to many amenities, the condos are situated to allow privacy from neighbors. No hot tub or deck is close to another, and many are not visible to other units in the community. Location, location, location! This cozy two-bedroom unit (Apt #1) is part of a small (7 unit) apartment complex. It is fully decked out for your ski (or other) vacation! The location can't be beat- it is just off of I-215 and is only 2 minutes by car (1.1 miles) to the mouth of Big Cottonwood Canyon. If Little Cottonwood is your destination, you are only 5 miles from the mouth of the canyon. Park City is easily accessible by hopping on I-215. A parking space is available for your use. Don't have a car? The UTA ski bus to Big Cottonwood Canyon (Solitude and Brighton) literally stops outside your door.

This apartment is recently renovated with beautiful finishes and a full kitchen. Much thought has gone into providing everything you will need for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Everything is clean and new. Two bedrooms with comfortable queen beds will help you rest up for your next day's adventure. If you need a crib, the unit is stocked with a Graco Pack n' Play. The living room has a comfortable sectional with a TV setup with Roku for your entertainment, as does the main level bedroom. There is high-speed Wifi included for your technology needs. If you would like to cook your own meals, we have a fully set-up kitchen for you with oven, dishwasher, full-sized fridge/freezer and microwave as well as all the miscellaneous kitchen tools you will need. We have a Keurig coffee maker with an assortment of coffees and cocoa. If you prefer to eat out, there are many excellent restaurants nearby (Porcupine Pub and Grill is one of our favorites)!

Cable TV is not available, but each of the 55" TVs is setup with Roku Guest access which will allow you to sign into your personal streaming accounts (including Netflix, Amazon video, Hulu, Youtube TV, etc) and will automatically log you out the day you leave.

You will stay comfortable with a thermostat you control- air conditioning in the summer and heat in the winter. Staying a while and need to wash your clothes? We have you covered- this apartment has a full-sized washer and dryer for your use, as well as an ironing board with iron.

Welcome to our updated, cozy 2 bed 2 bath basement suite with a private entrance. You'll have the entire basement to yourself. We've done everything we can to make it a place we'd love to stay. We hope you love staying in it too! Entrance is through the gate and around behind the left of the garage.

You can't find a better location to stay when visiting the greater Salt Lake Area. We're right between the two Cottonwood canyons within 28 min or less from 4 world class ski resorts, back country skiing, rock climbing, biking, and many more activities up the canyons. You're near the 3 major freeways (I-15, I-80, and I-215) which means you can get anywhere you want in Utah. Even if you need to go beyond the Salt Lake Valley the freeway access makes it easy to get on the way.

We offer a fully functional and stocked home and kitchen. We try to offer everything you'd need to live here while staying here. The kitchen includes all the needed cookware and appliances to make a great home cooked meal (e.g. spice rack, oven/range, blender, microwave, keurig and drip coffee makers, air fryer, instapot, crock pot, rice cooker, sugar, flour, butter, knife set, serving utensils, etc). All bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and bath soap. Linens and towels are provided. There's a smart TV, high chair, toys and games for all ages, a dedicated work space, and more.

You'll have access to dedicated off street parking. You're welcome to park 1-2 cars on the far left of the driveway when facing the house. Please make sure the cars are not blocking access to the garage or pull through driveway. If you have more vehicles than fit on the left of the driveway you're welcome to park on the street.

While the apartment is updated and nice, we do live upstairs with a 2 year old Bernedoodle and 2 older cats. The home is 30 years old with good bones but you might hear foot noise from us and/or the animals. We've added noise proofing in the ceiling above the bedrooms to help with this. We'll do everything we can to be accommodating. We want you to enjoy our home and its location as much as we do. If you need us to be a little quieter, the temperature adjusted, or anything else please message us right away.

We're both active outdoor recreational-ists. We're often starting our day with a quick morning backcountry ski tour or the gym. If you'd like to chat about the local spots we're happy to share what we know and try to give some pointers.

Likewise, the kitchen is stocked with every appliance and utensil you could possibly want. The single hitch that we came across is that the hot water in the shower takes a bit to actually get hot. Probably due to a long run from the heater to the shower head. But once there, it’s HOT and with plenty of pressure. The location itself is great. Mere minutes to Little Cottonwood Canyon as well as easy access to the rest of SLC. Communication with the host was timely and informative and the check-in process could not have been easier. The entire rental experience was frictionless - easily one of the best I’ve had. The host has clearly put a lot of thought and effort into making this a great place to stay and we’ll certainly be back the next time we’re in SLC."

This is a very walkable neighborhood. Quiet and beautiful. Neighbors are always out walking their dogs or just getting some fresh air. We have a gully just 2 blocks away with walking trails, a park and a creek. The mountain views are amazing!! You are just 10 minutes from the mouth of either canyon and in just 20 minutes you could be skiing, hiking, climbing, biking, whatever your heart desires!

There is a ski bus just a 0.9 miles away that will take you where you want to go without needing a transfer. There is a parking space for your car if you rent one. Whole foods and Dans grocery are 1.2 miles away. There are plenty of restaurants and shopping to choose from as well.

Hot tub maintenance personal will be servicing the hot tubs daily between the hours of 9 am-3 pm.
