Our quiet, charming 1+ bedroom condo with a great mid valley location was completely remodeled in 2011. Only 15 minutes from the airport, downtown Salt Lake, and the ski resorts of Alta and Snowbird, the condo is quickly accessed from the freeway. This space has a beautiful, modern, full kitchen, a dining/ living room, a master bedroom (with queen bed), a TV/den with convertible queen sleeper sofa and two bathrooms with Euro style showers. A stacking washer/dryer is located at the end of the kitchen. All housewares and utensils are provided for cooking and eating in the condo. The condo includes a shared pool and hot tub, and recently upgraded tennis courts. Underground parking and a convenient storage area nearby make secure, short work of storing ski gear in the winter.

Salt Lake City and the surrounding area provide an excellent mix of city and sporting activities. The Wasatch Mountains and their varied playgrounds stack up behind city venues like the Hogle Zoo, Temple Square, and the recently opened Museum of Natural History on University of Utah campus. A short drive takes you to the Great Salt Lake, and two national parks, Arches and Capitol Reef, are easily reached and returned from in a one day excursion. Hedonistic Park City and various 2002 Olympic venues are just a half hour away. Many golf courses, restaurants, and excellent shopping including Fashion Place Mall are just minutes away.

They are known for their tasty meats, quality produce and the best fresh salsa in town. Located adjacent to I-215. There are 2 sides to the guesthouse with a laundry room that separates each unit.

The Canyon Racquet condo community is very unique. We are one of the only communities within walking distance to many amenities, the condos are situated to allow privacy from neighbors. Location, location, location! This cozy two-bedroom unit (Apt #1) is part of a small (7 unit) apartment complex. It is fully decked out for your ski (or other) vacation! The location can't be beat- it is just off of I-215 and is only 2 minutes by car (1.1 miles) to the mouth of Big Cottonwood Canyon. If Little Cottonwood is your destination, you are only 5 miles from the mouth of the canyon. Park City is easily accessible by hopping on I-215. A parking space is available for your use. Don't have a car? The UTA ski bus to Big Cottonwood Canyon (Solitude and Brighton) literally stops outside your door.

This apartment is recently renovated with beautiful finishes and a full kitchen. Much thought has gone into providing everything you will need for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Everything is clean and new. Two bedrooms with comfortable queen beds will help you rest up for your next day's adventure. If you need a crib, the unit is stocked with a Graco Pack n' Play. The living room has a comfortable sectional with a TV setup with Roku for your entertainment, as does the main level bedroom. There is high-speed Wifi included for your technology needs. If you would like to cook your own meals, we have a fully set-up kitchen for you with oven, dishwasher, full-sized fridge/freezer and microwave as well as all the miscellaneous kitchen tools you will need. We have a Keurig coffee maker with an assortment of coffees and cocoa. If you prefer to eat out, there are many excellent restaurants nearby (Porcupine Pub and Grill is one of our favorites)!

Cable TV is not available, but each of the 55" TVs is setup with Roku Guest access which will allow you to sign into your personal streaming accounts (including Netflix, Amazon video, Hulu, Youtube TV, etc) and will automatically log you out the day you leave.

You will stay comfortable with a thermostat you control- air conditioning in the summer and heat in the winter. Staying a while and need to wash your clothes? We have you covered- this apartment has a full-sized washer and dryer for your use, as well as an ironing board with iron.

Location, location, location! This cozy two-bedroom unit (Apt #5) is part of a small (7 unit) apartment complex. It is fully decked out for your ski (or other) vacation! The location can't be beat- it is just off of I-215 and is only 2 minutes by car (1.1 miles) to the mouth of Big Cottonwood Canyon. If Little Cottonwood is your destination, you are only 5 miles from the mouth of the canyon. Park City is easily accessible by hopping on I-215. A parking space is available for your use. Don't have a car? The UTA ski bus to Big Cottonwood Canyon (Solitude and Brighton) literally stops outside your door.

This second-floor apartment is brand new with beautiful finishes and a full kitchen. Much thought has gone into providing everything you will need for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Everything is clean and new. Two bedrooms with comfortable queen beds will help you rest up for your next day's adventure. If you need a crib, the unit is stocked with a Graco Pack n' Play. The living room has a comfortable sectional with a TV setup with Roku for your entertainment, as does the main level bedroom. There is high-speed Wifi included for your technology needs. If you would like to cook your own meals, we have a fully set-up kitchen for you with oven, dishwasher, full-sized fridge/freezer and microwave as well as all the miscellaneous kitchen tools you will need. We have a Keurig coffee maker with an assortment of coffees and cocoa. If you prefer to eat out, there are many excellent restaurants nearby (Porcupine Pub and Grill is one of our favorites)!

Cable TV is not available, but each of the 55" TVs is setup with Roku Guest access which will allow you to sign into your personal streaming accounts (including Netflix, Amazon video, Hulu, Youtube TV, etc) and will automatically log you out the day you leave.

Unlike most of the vacation rentals we have stayed in, the television here works great and is simple to operate. The washing machine is big enough to serve as another single bed. The front door lock is digital, secure, and easy to use; there is no key to lose. The location is superb. The Old Mill Golf Course (public) is a five-minute drive. Nearby restaurants are very accessible. I lived in this neighborhood for 25 years. I know it to be safe and friendly. Steiner Aquatic Center is 25 minutes north. The treats box was well stocked. Parking is easy. The day you return your rental you will be happy there is a gas station right next door. The owner, Jessica, is gracious, easy to work with, and very available.
