This is the basement apartment of a home in a quiet, central forget how close you are to everything you came to visit in Utah Valley. In the first bedroom is a queen bed & in the second bedroom is a set of a bunk beds with a full size mattress that pulls out to sleep five comfortably in the bedrooms. The kitchen is full size and includes everything you need when you get tired of restaurant food: full size oven, microwave, toaster, mixer, crockpot, electric fry pan. Utensils, plates and dishes are also provided.

We doubt you'll want to spend much time laying around watching TV but when you do there is a 40" TV and a DVD player. The TV includes Roku which will give you access to your Netflix, Hulu and other accounts. Fast wifi is also available.

You have off-street, designated parking for the apartment . The entrance is on the right side when facing the home. Please do not park in front of neighbors homes, enjoy your private space off the street. There is also a fenced backyard with a slate stone patio and plenty of grass. Though the neighborhood is next to University Place Mall, there is no vehicle access from the neighborhood to the mall so there is limited traffic and noise. A pedestrian path to the mall makes walking access quick and safe.

❖ No disturbances to other residents. This includes loud music, loud noises, or any other type of disturbances. As per local ordinances quiet hours are from 10 pm until 8 am. As a courtesy, the host will reach out only ONCE to inform guests of any loud noises/disturbances (as we monitor noise levels) in order for guest to correct the issue. If there is another incident, guests will be asked to vacate the unit immediately.

❖ NO packages of ANY kind are allowed to be shipped to this address.

❖ Due to the good neighbor initiative we do monitor noise levels. Conversations are NOT recorded only a loudness(decibels) readings are monitored by our security team during every stay. Located in living room.

❖ Our home has a Ring security system which has a doorbell camera on the front and back door of the unit for the safety and security of our guests and the property. ANY tampering with the camera equipment will result in a $99 replacement fee.

❖ We cannot be responsible for any items left behind. There will be a shipping and handling fee for returning requested items to you.

❖ Please help keep our towels white by not using them for makeup or cleaning. Dark colored towels specifically labeled for Makeup have been provided.

❖ In an effort to maintain an allergen free environment, please leave your furry friends at home. A fine of $250 will be assessed for any instance of pets entering our unit.

❖ When your stay is complete, please leave the key fob on the counter before you leave. If the key is lost you could be charged $50 for a replacement as well as $50 for the parking pass.

❖ There is free uncovered parking available.

There is a comfortable open space area, including a living room and kitchen and one bedroom. The bathroom is spacious. The bed is very comfortable and big and there is carpet in the bedroom. The rest of the house has hardwood floor. There are some problems with this property though. It is located on the third floor, so there are tenants above and below the property and the noice insulation is very limited. The common areas were not very clean. There were some issues with the plumbing of the building, Highlight of the day included a Keurig coffee machine with complimentary Pods ."

This studio is quite large compared to many other studio apartments, it is set in a lovely quiet neighborhood, in a triplex Style home. Each unit is completely private with its own front door.

Monthly reservations are required to meet city requirements.

There is a good internet connection and a dedicated work space if you need to work during your stay.

Free parking is available on the driveway.

If your looking for a place to call home for a month or more this would be a great choice.

Tiny Home lodging at Lindon Marina. Spectacular lake/mountain views. Renters can access our entire marina, Boat ramps, lots of parking and areas for campfires. Lake shore walking and biking trails, picnic tables and sand beaches-30 second walk to sand beach.

Please be aware we are located at a marina near water, bugs will be present.

You won’t forget the peaceful surroundings of this rustic destination.
The space.

This Tiny Home has a queen size bed in the loft and full size sofa couch on the main floor. There is a TV in main living area with HDMI cable for laptop/computer. There is a microwave/convection oven, cooktop, and refrigerator. A small dining table with two chairs. The home is heated and cooled with a mini-split.

Lots of general parking at marina in addition to own parking space by tiny home.

Other things to note:
Each Tiny home has its own picnic table and we are isolated by the lake so the setting each evening is very serene and peaceful. From March through November our water rentals are accessible until the lake freezes over and sailing opportunities every month except December thru mid Feb. Beaches and bike trails, Two boat ramps, grass picnic area and a sand beach.
