Nightstands with charging stations and lamp. Nice comfy couch with chase in living room and cozy glider rock chair with foot stool. The kitchen table is also arranged cozily in the living room. Also, some boardgames/card games are available.

Our home is in a great neighborhood with quiet peaceful neighbors. Full disclosure, one neighbor raises rare and exotic birds, the backyard has sounds of a beautiful rain forest! It's quite peaceful if you ask me.
We are centrally located to many amenities, which include a grocery store, a gas station, many fast-food places, locally owned and chains.
Our property is 1 mile away from the entrance of a scenic byway which is a beautiful drive. There are many biking trails located up this canyon, which include Forebay, Bennie Creek, Jones Ranch, Black Hawk. Visit www.Trailforks.com for more detailed area trail information. If you have further biking needs, there is a wonderful locally owned bike shop downtown. (Ride N Bikes 801-465-8881) There are also a few parks located up the canyon, where you can have cook outs, hike and play Frisbee golf. Also, lakes for fishing and other activities. (about 8-9 miles) There is also a closer public lake in Springlake 3.6 miles away which is great for fishing, walking, biking, kayaking, paddleboarding, and swimming. There is also a fish hatchery.
The I-15 freeway entrance is 1 mile away. Walmart is 2.7 miles and there many fast-food places which include, Chubbys Cafe, Taco Bell, Costa Vida, Cafe Rio, Popeyes, Don Chuey's, Crumble cookie, KFC, Menchies frozen yogurt, Sip N Spot, Fat Jacks Pizza (The best pizza), and many others.
The LDS Temple is 2.7 miles away. There is a nice 18-hole golf course (Gladstan) only 4.5 miles away nestled within the mountains, it is so beautiful!
We have a historic downtown, with small shops and activities. Many Hallmark and Lifetime type movies have been filmed here. There is also a local historic museum with different exhibits all the time, 1 block away. (Peteetneet Museum). We have a big beautiful city park, (Memorial Park) with nice basketball courts, very nice pickleball courts, and a shaded playland for kids, just a few blocks away.
Sundance Resort is 45 mins. Salt Lake City is 50 min away. Park City is 59 miles away.

- "It was a very clean apartment, easy check in and out process. It would have been nice if there had been hangers in the closets to hang clothing. I recommend that an iron and ironing board be added to the apartment. We were in town for a wedding and our clothing was very wrinkled. We used the dryer but... I also recommend re-positing the toilet if possible. I'm 5'10 and my knees were hitting the wall. It also would have been nice to have fans in the rooms since air is controlled by the upstairs."

Sleep comfortably in 12 beds in 7 rooms focused on comfort with memory foam mattresses or toppers. The space includes a king in the master bedroom, 2 rooms with queen beds, 2 rooms with a twin/full bunk bed, one bedroom with 3 twins, and the last room has a full bed and 2 twins that sleeps 4. Extra floor mattresses can also be used if needed for additional sleeping.

Our home comes with a fully equipped kitchen, access to additional tables and folding chairs to seat more people. There is a beautiful deck with phenomenal views out the kitchen door. There is room for 2 cars in the driveway, and street parking both in front of the house and across the street.

You will have access to two floors of the house, except the garage and a few closets that are being used for storage. There is also a basement apartment that sleeps 8 with a full kitchen, theater room, and loft that can be reserved as well if more accommodations are needed. The proximity to the Payson Temple, known for its serene surroundings, makes this house an ideal choice for events such as weddings when lots of friends or family are coming into town.

Another VRBO property cancelled 5 days before my son's wedding and this owner took our last minute reservation. The house was clean and well stocked. Spacious kitchen. Comfortable house We did have several surprises not all of them great. We had difficulties getting the televisions to work. The property is equipped with older Apple TVs. We finally got the code to take off the child lock only to find only streaming available. There were no network channels and our group was unable to watch any football. BRING YOUR PASSWORDS. We had some downtime and were disappointing to miss football games and news. We would have brought HDMI cables and passwords had we known. The property description on VRBO makes no mention of it either in the description or the rules but this house wants no alcohol on site which was a surprise. Two levels to the rental. We shared the house with another group. Surprise but not a problem. Owners were traveling, property manager seems like a good guy. We had some early problems reaching him mostly because we reached out late in the day. Ultimately we were grateful that we had a clean safe place to stay. "
