Our condo has two king sized beds, each fitted with a foam mattress topper for added comfort. We also have two sleeper sofas for the kids (or any body else that's tagging along for the fun). The kitchen is full size and fully stocked with all the cooking equipment you’ll need. We've installed a flat panel TV in each bedroom and a 50" 4K TV in the living room over the fireplace. We provide you with a collection of Blu-ray DVDs and board games to keep you entertained on the frosty evenings. Our soft leather couch, bench seating at the dining room table, and warm extra blankets keep everyone happy sharing this space with friends and family.

We’ve outfitted this condo for the winter sports enthusiast. You get two large ski lockers on the main floor of the lodge to stow all your heavy gear. In the condo we have a brand new wall mounted Rocker Ski Rack designed to hold your rocker skis and preserve their important parabolic shape. We’ve put up more hooks to hang your wet stuff than any other unit. You’ll find an electric boot dryer and glove warmer, and our personal favorite is to just throw it all in the dryer and warm it up while you eat lunch.

This condo also has a lock out feature which means that the condo can be divided into two completely separate living quarters by closing and locking a set of double doors. Section "A" keeps the living room and large kitchen, while section "B" still has it's own small dining table, mini fridge & kitchenette. Both sides are accessible with their own private entrance. Or, leave the double doors wide open and enjoy one large multi-bedroom condo suite.

VIEWS: this is one of only three ski hill facing condos on the top (5th) floor of the Powderhorn Lodge. This top floor condo has inspiring views from the bedrooms, family room, and deck. The bedroom suite has 7 foot high windows with magnificent mountain views!

QUIET: Our unit faces the peaceful Powderhorn courtyard as well as the ski hill. This shields us from highway noise as well as the potentially noisy village courtyard. We are on the top floor so there is no one above us, and we are next to the fire escape stairway, so there is only one neighbor.

The family room has a cozy gas fireplace and a 46 inch HDTV with netflix and prime included. Free high speed broadband wired and wireless internet as well as free long distance telephone service to the continental united states are provided.

The private bedroom has a king bed that looks out upon the peak where Powderhorn Lift ends. The second bedroom suite contains a queen-size bed, private bathroom, a sofa that can be converted to a sleeper, and magnificent mountain views. Each of the bedrooms has a TV a DVD/VCR. The family room also contains a sofa sleeper.

A full kitchen with dishes and cooking amenities is provided if you do not want to dine in the village restaurants or at nearby Silver Fork Lodge. Since we are a two minute walk to the lift, this is a great place to come back to warm your toes, or enjoy lunch in the sun on the private deck.

Private underground parking is provided with the unit as well as ski lockers just inside the entryway and garage. The shared washer and drier are conveniently located just down the hall on our floor.

- "Solitude delivered again with epic conditions … and the Powderhorn delivered with all the convenience of Solitude Village. A perfect combination!" - "We found the condo very comfortable for our family of four with everything we needed plus extra touches like shampoo and body wash in the shower. The condo is in a great location near the lifts - a short walk; almost ski in/ski out. Access to the Solitude Club was also nice. Barry is very responsive and helpful and provided a helpful summary in advance of our arrival with information about the resort, places to eat, transportation options, etc. The one thing I would caution renters about is if you are not going to have a car (we took a private transport shuttle recommended by the owner, which was also great) and arrive early, there is no place to store your luggage before checking in. The front desk areas at the resort would not hold our luggage. Not a big deal for us - one person sat in the lobby with our bags for a couple hours while the others hit the slopes, but something to be aware of. If you drive yourself, you can leave luggage in your car in the parking garage. Overall, a great place though."

The unit is located at the base of Solitude Ski Resort in the Eagle Springs East Building (the best of the prestigious Intrawest buildings) and has fabulous amenities including a pool, hot tub, movie theatre room, exercise room, billiard room, washers and dryers, a ski locker room and underground parking. The skiing is great for beginners, intermediate and expert skiers and boarders. Also, there is great snowshoeing and cross country skiing trails so there is no reason to leave. Yet, if you desire, you can also access Brighton Ski Resort, with no car required to get there. Also, it is just a 30 minute drive to Snowbird and Alta, or you can take the bus. Alta can also be accessed via chairlift and some out-bounds back country skiing. Park City, the Canyons and Deer Valley are just a slightly longer car drive away.

Mountain bikers will love this resort in the summer months with limitless trails with easy access to Park City and Deer Valley resorts.

- "This place is PERFECT! I don't really know where to begin. Eileen was amazing with all the information she gave me in advance about the lodging and amenities, skiing and other activities in the area. And she kept in contact and answered so many questions for me, as this was our first trip to Utah! I stayed with my husband and 2 kids. The bunk beds were awesome for them and gave them plenty of room! We had a separate bedroom and there is also a pullout couch that is cozy and roomy. The condo had plenty of "extras" that I wasn't expecting (things like paper towel, coffee, spices, condiments, shampoo, body wash, etc). It was really well appointed! The convenience of being on the first floor (close to FREE laundry and ski lockers) was awesome. The kids and adults all enjoyed Club Solitude, where we played pool, chess, air hockey and just enjoyed the extra space and the very knowledgable staff. The pool and hot tubs were also great! We were lucky to be in Big Cottonwood Canyon during an amazing season of snowfall - I believe they reached 800" by the time out trip ended. Getting to the lifts was a super easy walk. And getting to/from the Moonbeam area (day lodge, bar, etc) was a short shuttle bus away. The shuttles ran often and we never waited. Skiing at Solitude was beyond amazing!!! And we even made the trip up to Brighton (about 5mins) via UTA bus a few times and loved it! You can take the Solbright trail to/from Brighton, but we chose to take the bus. We also enjoyed a day of snowshoeing at the Nordic Center - hiked from there back to the Village where the condo is located about 2.5 miles (took approx 2hrs because of the depth of snow) and it was beautiful! I really can't say enough good things. Again, the owner is amazing and so friendly and helpful (she even called our last evening to make sure we had heard of the pending road closures so we didn't miss our flight). This is perfect location and I really can't wait to go back! Thanks Eileen!"

We have a recently updated two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo with ample space for a family. It is located in the Eagle Springs West building in Solitude village with easy access to “Club Solitude” and a short walk to the nearest ski lift. The club includes a heated pool (year around), hot tub, gymnasium, sauna, and game room. The unit is on an upper floor and offers views of Solitude village and the (awesome) outdoor pool. There is an additional hot tub located within our building. The unit offers the ability drop your skis in the ground floor locker room and head to the hot tub, sauna, or the condo where you can relax next to a warm fire on a large cozy leather sofa.

The entry to the condo offers coat racks and a bench to unload all your coats and shoes before heading towards the dining area and kitchen. To the left of the entrance you have the first of two en-suite bathrooms that connects to a large bedroom with a queen bed and twin bunk beds with a trundle. This room can sleep 5 and is setup with a Nintendo WII console and games. To the right of the entrance is a storage closet as well as a washer and dryer.

As you continue into the unit you will encounter a dining area with seating for six and a kitchen to the right that is fully stocked with appliances and dishware. The kitchen is immediately adjacent to the dining area for ease of serving and has a bar area with 3 stools for additional seating. The kitchen flows into the living area that boasts a large comfy leather sectional to curl up on and indulge in a good movie or book. There is also a game and blanket cabinet to find fun activities to pass the time with the family.
Off of the living area is the Master bedroom with a King size bed and the en-suite master bath has double vanities and a bath to pamper yourself in.

We are a kid friendly condo and you will also have use of a pack and play, highchair, toddler blow-up mattress, Beco baby carrier, and plastic plates, bowls, and cups.

With this unit you have a private underground parking spot and full access to Club Solitude at Eagle springs East. As mentioned above you are steps away from enjoying the year around heated outdoor pool with 2 hot tubs, slide, sauna, kids game room, billiard room, and theater. Eagle Springs West also has its own hot tub so you have access to 3 hot tubs.

You will also have access to a ski locker located on the first floor with the added convenience of outdoor access. Slip on your boots grab, your skis, and take a short walk outside to the Sunrise or Apex Express chair lifts.

If you decide to venture beyond Solitude there are several great offerings nearby. These include the Solitude Nordic Center, where there are offerings for classic and skate (freestyle) skiing as well ample trails for snow shoeing. Brighton ski resort is just a short drive up the road and offers additional ski and snowboard options.

Solitude Village has a little store, several restaurants, and bars to eat at if you don't feel like cooking. Salt Lake City is in close proximity should you choose to venture out and try some of the local cuisine.

Our 1 bedroom/1 bathroom condo with a comfortable sleeping den is perfect for families or friends looking to enjoy world class skiing. Located in the Powderhorn Lodge at Solitude village (ski-in/ski-out), you can enjoy first tracks as well as all of the amenities of Club Solitude (year-round heated pool, hot tubs, saunas, game room, movie theatre, etc.). Our top floor balcony provides beautiful east-facing views up Big Cottonwood Canyon.

The private bedroom is a retreat with a king-size bed, flat-screen TV, and east-facing windows. The large sleeping den can be partitioned off for guest privacy and is set-up with a twin day-bed and trundle that can easily convert into its own king-size bed. The living room's custom leather sectional sleeper-sofa accommodates two more people on a comfortable pull-out bed. The kitchen is fully-stocked with cookware, dishes, coffee maker, crockpot, etc. And the bathroom has ample counter space and a large soaking tub.

Guests have access to 1 covered parking spot as well as an on-site ski locker for convenient storage. Whether you curl up by the fireplace or enjoy a night out at the Thirsty Squirrel (located on the first floor of Powderhorn Lodge), we know that you will have a wonderful time . - "Our extended family stayed here for a long fall weekend. The home is beautiful, surrounded by trees, with incredible views. The ensuite bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. The indoor steam room, outdoor fireplace, jacuzzi and fire pit made our stay extra fun. We appreciated having robes in each room to give it an added "resort-like" feel. There were some issues with the property not being fully prepped before our arrival, but the management company took care of that as soon as well alerted them. Overall, I highly recommend it!"
