Consisting of two bedrooms on the main level, two bedrooms downstairs, two living areas and an office, you could gather around the table for a night of board games, play ping pong or spend a relaxing evening in the hot tub.

- "We truly loved this rental home and were very glad we stayed in it. The bedrooms were beautifully decorated and very comfortable. All the bathrooms were lovely and large, especially the Primary Bath and Walk-In Closet. The Living Room, Dining Room, and Kitchen were spacious; the gorgeous Kitchen was well-stocked with condiments, dishes, pots & pans, and a great Dishwasher. We would love to stay here again, as our siblings are only a few blocks away. We would give it a rating of 4.9 stars!----with the wishes that (1) we had access to an explanatory booklet that helped us understand how to use the thermostat (we are thin folk and felt cold at 72 degrees' Air Conditioning), and (2) we wish the huge jetted tub had grab bars, because its floor of course became slick with water and soap. But in contrast to ALL the wonderful amenities and pretty decor and furnishings in the home, these two issues were very tiny (and easily remedied)! All in all, we highly recommend this home. <3 Also, we were happy that its manager, Tyler, was a kind gentleman who showed us the entire home when we arrived. (We didn't feel cold until the final evening, when it was also colder outside----but we know Tyler would have quickly helped us if the problem with our not knowing how to adjust the modern/ high tech thermostat had occurred earlier in our stay, instead of during our last night there. Finally (on a related note), we were delighted with the thick comforter in the Primary Bedroom! :) <3 "

The basement has an entrance through the garage, but does not have access to the main house, (there is an entrance hall) with a door to the basement and another door to the main house. The house has 4 different floors, so you won't hear noise from the basement in the rooms of the main house. (Don't worry about the noise from opening/closing the garage door, it doesn't disturb the main house).

If you have one (bike/skis/stroller, etc.) you can use the garage if you want, to facilitate your access. Please inform us about this.

The house is a beautiful, lower-level duplex walk out basement. It has one of the best views in the area with its stunning panoramic views. It is very private. The guests enter at the back of the property and have an entire beautiful 1/2 acre to themselves while the owners enter up front and have their own separate 1/2 acre. We seldom cross paths except for some yard maintenance. The extra-large windows help you enjoy the fantastic view. Grab a cup of coffee or tea and watch your cares melt away as you absorb the wonderful mountain view. Mountain View Golf Course sits behind the house, which leaves the view wide open to enjoy the perfect view of the breathtaking Wasatch mountains.

The outdoor area is what makes this home stand out from all the rest. There is a huge private patio, secluded relaxing hot tub, gazebo, seasonal heated pool, propane fire pit, and outdoor heaters. There is a BBQ grill available for your use.

The pictures truly don’t give the experience justice. The Pool is heated seasonally which is generally open Memorial-Labor Day.

There is a Grocery store, Papa Murphy pizza, dry cleaner, Wells Fargo bank, hair/nail salon, Maverick convenience store, gas station, Beto's Mexican restaurant one block away and Starbucks it is only a 2-minute drive. There are several restaurants and great shopping five-minutes away. Some of the best snow in the US is less than 30 minutes away.

Our beautiful home can sleep up to 12 people. If needed we do also have an Air Mattress which can easily bring that number up to 14 people. We have nice back yard with big patio and a fire pit. The home has a lot of open space for family and friends together around. We also stock the Keurig Coffee and breakfast for your 1st day. That way you do not have to run out and get food right away. We are great for family reunions and get together's . Please note that I appreciate honesty on the amount of guests that you are bringing. If you plan on bringing more guests than originally intended, please notify me as soon as possible and I am more willing to work with you to accommodate all of your party. There will be an additional guest fee of $25 per person per night to assist with the extra linens and things needed to ensure everyone has a pleasant stay.

I highly recommend the place and will certainly look to stay again!"

This bright and Cozy basement suite is located in perfect spot of West Jordan. It is in walking distance to the grocery store, fast food, dinning & (Trax) the light rail public transit. Easy access to the major freeways and highways are also a plus.

It is only 24 minutes to the base of the canyons for skiing at Alta, Snowbird, Brighton, & Solitude.

Please not that even with the space being exclusively yours you may at times hear upstairs noise.

The space
Cozy and inviting our rooms furnished with televisions and comfortable beds. Our living room has a warm fireplace perfect for unwinding at the end of a perfect day.
