Close to Salt Lake City, shopping, Trax, and the Olympic Oval. It is a little farther away (45 Minutes) from the Ski resorts but well worth the commute.

This rental is a new fully finished 3350sf of the basement. It has a private entry, free WiFi and free parking, huge back deck with granite counter top, BBQ stove and mini refrigerator. You can enjoy our 0.25 ac beautiful garden with fish pond, fire pit. . and tasting our organic vegetable, fruits in the different seasons. Everything are new, nice, clean and very comfortable. My wife and I are still living on the main floor. We can speak English and Mandarin (Chinese), and we will love to help you to get anything or any information to enjoy your vacation.

This 3 bedrooms with shared restroom of the rental is only allowed 7 people to stay at night and total up to 12 people free to use our BBQ grill in the backyard. All of the visitors need to leave before 12:00 am, because our security system and quiet time are started 12-7:00 am.
If you want to set up an (up to 50 people) party to use our backyard space from 5:00 pm to 11:30 pm (Friday or Saturday), weekday is till 10:30PM, that it has fee from $250.00 ( weekday) $300.00 ( weekend) up extra charge for just renting our backyard. Private room with a cozy twin over full bunk bed! Conveniently has a dining table, microwave, mini fridge, toaster, snacks and water included in your room! Also has a smart TV and board games for great entertainment! Store your clothes in the blue dresser or hang them up in the closet. Extra bar stool, small table, and fan for use in the closet. Free parking in any spot that isn’t covered. Enjoy your private bathroom with free bathroom toiletries and a nice hot shower!

Bonuses: You are welcome to use the balcony for some fresh air and we coordinate if you want to use the gym at the clubhouse and the pool in the summer months!

The apartment is located in the homeowner's basement. Homeowners have 3 well-behaved dogs that have access to the backyard where the entrance to the apartment is located.
This is a non-smoking unit. Use of cigarettes, e-cigarettes, cannabis, or incense is not permitted and will result in a heavy fine and immediate eviction.
Parking is available on the west side of the home. Please refrain from parking in front of the garage. Street parking is permitted by the city for 24 hours at a time. Parking on the street for more than 24 hours can result in a ticket from Taylorsville City.

Upon departure, please collect all trash and place in the garage bin located in the kitchen. Place all dirty dishes in the dishwasher. Excessive mess or damage beyond reason for your stay will result in fines.
