Are you visiting family and need a little extra space? Road trip? High school sporting event? Moving to BYU-I? Relocating and looking for a home? Business travel and need excellent internet? We are the perfect spot! Easy day trips to West Yellowstone, Grand Targhee, Island Park and surrounding areas. We are centrally located with easy access to US20, US26, I-15 and the airport. Colonial Theater & downtown/greenbelt areas are approx 1 mile and we are 2 blocks from the IFHS Civic Auditorium.

Our family has owned and managed this small apartment complex -17 total units-for the past 20 years. We personally take care of the property and know all of our full-time residents. Some of our tenants have been with us for nearly 15 years. There are several short-term rentals mixed among our permanent resident apartments.

Our AirBnB unit is dedicated to AirBnB guests only. This is the top floor unit of 2-story apt building. This is small complex with 9 apts on a busy street. This apt complex does not have alot of curb-appeal on the outside but I'm confident guests will be happy with the inside. Fresh paint, and all new furnishings, new fridge and quality linens are awaiting our guests. There are black-out blinds and drapes in the bedroom and privacy blinds in the large LR window.

The neighboring business has a bright sign which you will notice at night in the bedroom. but we provide excellent blackout blinds and curtains in the bedroom window which block that light.

- "2nd floor unit located on a busy road. While it was conveniently located, it was very loud until around 9 pm. It seemed to get quieter after that other than the occasional revving of a diesel truck (no shortage in this region). While a Smart TV is provided, there were no live/local channels available so i bought a cheap OTA antenna to get the local stations. Unit was comfortable enough for my needs and would definitely stay again. I am currently in a different unit in the same complex! Manager responded quickly to any questions I had."

This is a cute and cozy (very small) attic apartment that looks like a rustic treehouse with rough-cut wood trim. The deck outside completes the treehouse feel. It is on the upper floor and is surrounded by pine trees.

Inside is a child-size "bird house" with toys to play in.
Full kitchen stocked with everything you need.
Washer and dryer.
Three queen beds and a full/twin bunk bed.
Smart TV with Netflix and Hulu.
You have to go through the large bedroom to get to the small bedroom.
We have had a lot of fun remodeling this apartment to look like a treehouse and are just finishing the decorations.

The best part was the beds were actually comfortable! And it was so nice to have 3 bathrooms (2 showers/tubs). It's a condo so you do share walls with other units but we never heard our neighbors. The listing advertised an office space with a twin bed in it, but there was no such space. I contacted the owner and she apologized stating she didn't know how that got on there. However the listing also states it sleeps 8... but it absolutely only sleeps 6 with 3 queen beds. There's an extra queen mattress in the closet but there is literally no where to put that extra mattress. If you're traveling with a baby, the closet in the room with 2 queens would fit a porta crib. And the closet in the room with one bed wouldn't fit a crib, but would fit a small child on the floor. The bathrooms with nicely stocked with many beauty products.We initially thought we were lacking pillows - but the host said the decorative pillows were for sleeping on and that she washes those cases between guests. My only complaint was the cleaners forgot to clean both tubs and when we opened them to shower, there were black curly hairs everywhere. I immediately contacted the host (who was very responsive) and she apologized. But that was the extent. I had to clean up the black hairs before we showered. Yucky. Overall I would stay here again - in hopes the showers get cleaned better. But just know it only sleeps 6!"

- "My husband and I wanted a place centrally located to Yellowstone and Grand Teton national Parks. We chose this location for that reason. As we pulled up to the location it was nestled among some off the beaten path businesses near a railroad track. We were a little skeptical at first. As we entered the rental (VRBO) we were surprised at its interior decor! Nice beams and exposed brick on the interior! There are 2 air-conditioning units that cool the rental, one in each bedroom. We are used to central heat and air and these air conditioners are fairly loud! However, they did keep the rental cool! Overall the place was clean with the exception of the blinds in the living room were very dusty (not a huge deal breaker but picky people with allergies would mind)! There was a few pieces of food particles near the garage can left over from previous tenants. The host was quick to answer my questions and provided good recommendations on restaurants and the best way to access Yellowstone from where we were staying. This rental is an unexpected gem in a not so desirable location (your view out the living room window is of a gravel parking lot and railroad tracks) but is reasonably priced, and centrally located for visiting national parks in the area! Also, there is a washer and dryer on the property which is a real plus to not have all the dirty clothes when you get back home, tired from a vacation! Overall, pleased and would stay there again!"

Our family has owned and managed this small apartment complex -17 total units-for the past 20 years. We personally take care of the property and know all of our full-time residents. Some of our tenants have been with us for nearly 15 years. We have remodeled several apts on the property for short term renters.
This unit is dedicated to AirBnB guests only. It is the top floor unit of 2-story apt building. You will need to be able to walk 1 flight of stairs. This is a small complex with 9 apts on a busy street and 8 more in two 4 plexes on a corner property. This apt complex does not have alot of curb-appeal on the outside but I'm confident guests will be happy with the interior neutral and comfortable furnishings, full size fridge and quality linens.
Bedside tables with lamps, a power extension and full length mirror. Floor fan you can move around and ceiling fan in the bedroom. There are black-out blinds and drapes in the bedroom and privacy drapes in the large LR window.
Please note: this apt overlooks a busy street from the front LR window. Privacy shades and curtains are provided
The neighboring business has a bright sign which you will notice at night in the bedroom. There are blackout blinds and curtains in the bedroom window which block that light.

AC-We install a window air-conditioning unit in the living room window in the summer typically June 1 to Oct 1. Idaho evenings typically cool off significantly so opening windows and running fans are often sufficient to cool the space without use of the AC.

This unit can be noisy in the Living Room during commuting hours as the LR picture window looks right out onto the street so please be aware of this. We have installed privacy blinds and drapes. The bedroom is located at the back of the apt and is much quieter.

Idaho Falls is the gateway to so many beautiful places to visit. Your home away from home is located five minutes from the airport and less than two minutes from I-15, US HWY 20 & 26. A short five minute walk will also provide you a beautiful walking experience around the Snake River on the Idaho Falls Greenbelt.

If you are here for one night or several, you will love the spacious 1 bedroom, full bath, living room, and full kitchen. We love Idaho Falls and are excited to host you.

Other things to note
Our home is 100 years old with many unique features. It is still heated with a boiler and radiant heaters. As such there are pipes and doorways that are lower, please watch your head as you walk down the stairs, through doorways, in the kitchen and bedroom. Take this into consideration if you are a tall (6’ or taller) guest. Also, there is a small step up going from the entry way into the living room and a small step down going from the living room to the kitchen.
Our laundry room and a second refrigerator are at the bottom of the stairs. You may hear us doing laundry occasionally or getting something from the fridge, but we respect your privacy and are consciously quiet as we can be.

This space is the upstairs of our home that we remodeled, added a master bathroom, and created a haven for couples to relax and enjoy their time together.
You will enter through your private entrance on the back of our home and ascend the stairway that was originally tucked away in a closet, almost a hidden stairway to the upstairs.
The stairs are a little steep and ceilings are low so watch your step and your head.
There is no kitchen.

The space
This is the perfect place for a weekend getaway, stop over for a couple on their way to Yellowstone, here in Idaho Falls for a wedding, doctors appointment, etc.

There is a small refrigerator, microwave, and Keurig, but no plates or other items for eating or cooking. We provide pods for the Keurig along with hot drink condiments, insulated cups, lids, and spoons.

You have your own private access to the Haven. When you enter the back door you will see a door to your right that is locked with a deadbolt on both sides. You will have the entire upstairs to yourself.

Summer 2025 Pest Update
This summer, Idaho Falls is experiencing a larger-than-usual box elder bug and lawn gnat outbreak. While they are completely harmless, we know they can be a nuisance. At any homes affected, we have weekly pest control treatments in place, plus additional measures like essential oils and sticky strips at windows and doors to help keep them out.

You can help us by keeping doors and windows closed whenever possible, closing curtains at night, switching off lights when not needed (especially in bathrooms), and avoiding leaving food or drinks uncovered. Thank you for your understanding and for helping us keep the space comfortable for everyone. 🙂

The space
This is a one bedroom apartment and is completely updated with brand new paint, tile, flooring, AC, decorations and all furnishings. The kitchen has a stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishes, pots, pans etc. The Building is a gray brick apartment building with white fences around the patio’s for each apartment. There is a parking lot behind the building with access to it on the south side of the building. There is also very convenient street parking on the North side of the building.

Guest access
Each apartment has an electronic lock. The AirBnB App will give you the lock code up to three days before your check in. Last minute bookings take up to an hour for the computer to program the lock and send you the new lock code. It is self check-in. Just go to the door and use your lock code. When you enter the lock code you enter the numbers then push the check mark key at the bottom left of the key pad.
You’re welcome to explore any parts of the property, but your unit is really the highlight and I’m sure you’ll enjoy your time inside just relaxing or exploring our city. Washer and Dryer are available in our building laundry room on the second floor of the main entrance.

In the kitchen there is a Keurig coffee maker with a canister of K-cups of coffee. We keep the kitchen stocked with hot chocolate and other essentials. We want your stay to be as pleasant as it can be.
