As mentioned, the place is on the 3rd floor of the building. Walking up was not a difficulty for us, except maybe after a long day of skiing. The hot tub was open, but we never tried it out. It was extremely cold outside, so we would have to drive over. We never bothered. Seems like the pool area would be a short walk, in better weather though. The tub in the apartment is large and was a nice substitute for the hot tub. Bill was easy to communicate with, and happy to help when we asked for something we needed. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone thinking about staying in the area."

Your get-away property is truly a gem, offering a fantastic yard with a pool, hot tub, and a sports court for basketball or pickleball. There is no extra charges to use the pool, but please note that it’s shared with our family and Swimply guests, so scheduling is required. If your only reason for booking is for the pool you might consider just using Swimply to book the pool. In the summer the pool and yard does get booked often. In the winter, we don’t heat the pool but rather use the pool for cold therapy (Ice Baths) and you’re more than welcome to use it. Our routine typically involves 3-10 minutes in the cold water, followed by a relaxing soak in the hot tub, repeating as needed to heal and reduce inflammation.

Our house is conveniently located near numerous restaurants and shopping options, yet it’s nestled in a peaceful neighborhood away from the hustle and bustle of traffic. Please be aware that our family lives on-site at the Gracie May Resort House. We don’t allow parties and we really try to keep good relations with our neighbors . We do have an additional separate entrance bedroom above the pool house available for an additional $100 per night if you need more space.

This large basement apartment has a separate entrance for your privacy. With a full kitchen, living room, dining area, 3 bedrooms, one bathroom, and lots of storage you will have plenty of space to spread out and unwind. It is the perfect place for a long weekend get-away or a longer-term stay in the Salt Lake area.

Only 20 minutes from SLC Airport, 30 minutes from ski resorts and 5 minutes to two major highways. Quiet neighborhood, close to shopping and entertainment.

The separate entrance to the property is on the south side of our home through the gate and down the stairs. The space has several windows and is bright and comfortable. The open concept floor plan allows for enjoying others’ company while watching a show or cooking in the kitchen. The apartment is well-stocked with linens. We have a TV for your convenience, so you can cozy up with a blanket, your favorite show and some popcorn in front of the fire. A large dining table is sure to accommodate your group for meals and games.

Each bedroom has a queen bed, dresser, and large closet. We have a pack-n-play, toddler mattress, baby bedding, and a highchair available. The bathroom has 2 shower heads, shampoo, body wash, hairdryer, and plenty of towels. Children’s toys and games for all ages are found in the family room along with a collection of DVDs and a player.

You will have access to one parking spot on our driveway and parking for another car on the street.

There was crud stuck to the floor and cabinets. The red utensils in the cup were grimy feeling, I didn’t even want to use them to cook with. I pulled out the pots and pans to use. They were filthy. Somebody just put them in dirty, but back to the floor. I had to sweep the floor and I had to mop it. At least there were the supplies there that I needed. The refrigerator was just emptied out and basically not even wiped out. It looks like somebody had meat in there and the blood leaked in the cracks of the glass shelves. When we opened the door, the house was filled with bad odor. The host did offered another location for one night but we didn't take it as we have to move back in = lose one day of our vacation. It was on 12/26 and hard to find an accommodation for 4 people for 10 days. Ended up staying at the hotel in downtown which brought us an unexpected extra expense. Also it should say 2 adults and 2 children vs 4 people. The bunkbed wasn't big enough for adults."

The property was spacious, mostly clean and the beds were comfortable. Some basic amenities were overlooked. These items have been communicated to the host. One selling point for us was the theatre room with a large screen/projector for watching movies. It was not in working order (though it was listed in the pictures of the property). After contacting the host, we were told this wasn’t listed in the amenities which makes no sense. We were then told this would be taken under consideration for future guests. To the hosts, “Every guest is your most important guest.” Unfortunately, our experience was lacking overall and we won’t be booking this property in the future."
