- "This was a great location for everything we had going on. A lot of space and bathrooms! Nice. Thank you." - "The location is great and within walking distance of restaurants and entertainment, etc. There was a bag of trash in the garage, food crumbs in the refrigerator and a few minor maintenance issues that could easily elevate the feel of this property - pencil marks on walls where shelves or art might have been hung at one point, bathroom hook that had been pulled out of the drywall at some point and not patched or replaced, etc. The listing specifically states that guests are not to send or receive packages from the property, which I found to be odd, but wasn't planning to send/receive packages, so booked anyway. A package arrived for "Maria" and I put the package inside, messaged the host and left. The host initially acted concerned, said they would reach out to their team, but I had to request follow up and communication was slow and lacked urgency. At some point "Maria" showed up to the unit and collected the package from my teens who were downstairs in the game room, which made me extremely uncomfortable. The host brushed my concerns off and stated that he permits housekeepers to have things mailed there. The next day another package arrived, which I left outside and was gone a couple hours later. It might be innocent and just extremely inconsiderate, but felt that it could be dodgy/dangerous and that the host brushed off our safety concerns."

The unit has a Smart Television that can be used to stream your favorite companies, eg, Roku, Netflix, Hulu, Disney etc plus there is an antenna installed to allow tenants to watch local channels. The internet is already connected. 1 Gig Fiber Optic, so it's suitable for working remotely if needed.

Free parking is available for up to two cars on the driveway, plus you have the option to park one car in the shared three car garage if you would prefer.

This tiny home has a queen bed in loft and a sectional couch that can be used as a bed for two smaller people that are 5 feet 8 inches tall or less. It has a microwave, oven and cooktop, large sink and refrigerator. There is a TV in themain living area that drops down via remote control. The tiny home is temperature controlled by a mini-split that both cools and heats the unit year round. It also has a sound system that operates blue tooth and//or connects to TV. There is available a fold out table and chairs for dining and use for laptop.

Each Tiny home has its own picnic table and we are isolated by the lake so the setting each evening is very serene and peaceful. When we arrived, the inside was SO HOT. It took us awhile to get the remote for the air conditioning to register changes, according to the posted instructions. We left for a couple hours for an appt and dinner, hoping it would cool off while we were out. When we got home, there was absolutely no difference... still hot (98 degrees outside, hotter inside). My husband stood on the couch and reached up to manually turn on the AC... it took forever to cool off, but never did in the bedroom because it's entirely blocked from the AC by a wall. We sweated all night. Also, fan in the bathroom doesn't work."

Family-friendly neighborhood. This place is amazing, it has huge green areas for common use, a playground for children around the corner, very close access to a lake for a great hiking, communal pool, gym, club house. You will really love this place!

Our GPS took us through the industrial park, and it didn't seem like a very nice area, but there are a couple of nice places to walk near the lake, one of which has a lot of water birds to see and eventually leads down to the water. We are located just 10 minutes west of Utah Valley University (UVU), Brigham Young University (BYU), an the Missionary Training Center (MTC). The grand mountains trails, sites, and hiking are just minutes away to the east. Salt Lake City is a 35 minute ride and the Frontrunner train will get you there with no traffic. There is shopping and dining along University avenue, which includes the University Mall. Utah lake is 5 minutes to the West and the IMAX theatre is close by for entertainment.

You will enjoy a pleasant stay in a large home basement apartment which boasts 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The place is completely furnished with two Queen size beds, sofa and love seat, computer desk, a 65 inch UHD TV, small refrigerator, microwave, toaster, and eating untesils and plates. - "Not as advertised. There was no access or key fob left for the Jacuzzi. There was not one single glass to drink out of. Not one coffee cup. You advertise it sleeps five yet there were three plates and three bowls. No cooking utensils nothing to cut food or prepare food that I had purchased to eat at the condo. Clearly there was a second climate control in the master suite that was locked, and the heat would not turn off. sadly, I will never stay here again, and I’m here often for work. The neighbors upstairs were so loud I could hear the toilet flushing. The fact that I could not watch basic news channel was frustrating, especially when I couldn’t get my next my Netflix password inputted correctly. The fact when I did my initial search and had picked Jacuzzi/pool in the filter system, this property popped up. The fact that I was not given access to the gym, nor the Jacuzzi was such a disappointment, not to mention with the amount of money that I paid, I could not stay in a master suite. i’m giving this to two only because it was clean. However, both the loveseats were stained and again, not comfortable to sit there and lounge and watch TV at the end of my workday, even if there was basic cable or news channels that I could watch. The fact alone that the master was locked off was nothing short of creepy as a single woman. I actually had trouble sleeping and thinking somebody was in the master because the heat would not turn off.Terrible I’m so bummed. I’m so disappointed,"

Please note that the patio furniture is not regularly cleaned, and you may need to spray them down with a hose or brush them off before use!

Garage:
There is a 2-car garage attached to the home. It is clean and available for use during your stay. Please note that if you do store items in the garage, it is not temperature regulated and cannot be guaranteed to be water tight. We cannot be held responsible for any damages to items stored inside of the garage.

It is important to note that in the winter months the driveway can get slick and we recommend that you do any loading/unloading in the garage space to prevent slipping. We want everybody to have a safe and enjoyable time while staying in Vineyard!

Guest access
You'll have access to the entire home! The only thing we wish to mention is that we do have 1 locked closet that is for our owner supplies. This makes it easier for us to restock in between guests!
