Inside luxury king bed, excellent cooking utensils, leather sofas, big screen TV, outside a great wrap around deck with abundant wildlife.

15 acres of open space in the backyard to view the wonderful Teton National Park/Forest, a peek at the famous Grande Teton and from the front of the house the Big Hole Range.

DETAILS
We hope that you will find our space inviting, quiet, and simply a great get away. The home is approx 800 sq ft. It is located just .4 miles off of Ski Hill road and 1.9 mi from the main stop light in Driggs. There is great access to hiking, biking, and skiing from the home without getting into your car. Our home is a new adventure for us and we hope you will enjoy the changes we make along the way. We have new art and new window blinds just in place 3/2014, new deck summer 2015, and a new Ekonnes leather chair in the bedroom fall 2015. New full size washer & dryer 2/2017, and a new shower summer 2017.

The home does have a 2 car garage which may be available upon request for a small extra fee and some extra requirements.

Interaction with Guests
We are not on site full time but are happy to respond to questions, concerns and anything that will make your stay in the Tetons one that will bring you back! Our Home is attached to the apartment but totally separate. Each living quarter is separated from one another by a 2 car garage. Both have full private and separate decks as well as separate entrances. The driveway is a large circular drive that is plowed in the winter and you will find no parking issues.

The Neighborhood
Cobblecrest Rd. is a small subdivision off of Ski Hill Rd with approximately 12 homes. All of the homes and area are well kept. The roads and driveways are plowed following storms. Ski Hill Rd has a wonderful bike trail along the side and there is also a great trail through the back roads to the center of Driggs. The Teton Valley has a variety of restaurants all with outstanding food.

EXTRA DETAILS
During ski season there are many x-country ski areas simply from out the front door. You can find great set track at the nearby high school, the Alta school, and Teton Springs Golf Course and of course at Grand Targhee Resort.

House Rules
We are hoping you will treat our home with great respect. We would like to know immediately if there is anything which is unsatisfactory/broken/ and or needed. We would appreciate if the dishes were done when you leave and the sheets removed from the bed and placed in the washer. If you feel that another guest may enjoy spices or condiments that you have left over feel free to leave them marking a purchase date on the outside of the container. All perishables should be removed from the kitchen. We do not allow pets at this time and we absolutely DO NOT allow smoking.

The charming town of Driggs offers yummy restaurants and great grocery stores. Jackson Hole Resort is 45 minutes away. The town of Jackson, Wyoming is one hour away. Enjoy huge views of the Teton peaks and Targhee National Forest. There is a lot of open space in the neighborhood with walking paths and creeks to enjoy. Within 15 minutes in all directions you have access to World Class--mountain biking, downhill skiing, nordic skiing, fishing, river rafting, hiking, hunting, dirt biking, motorcycle riding, all the adventure you could want!
If you are hoping to access the National Parks like Grand Teton and Yellowstone the home is located on the western slope of the Teton Mountain Range. It takes just over an hour and a half to get to Yellowstone National Park. You can enter through the South Entrance (Jackson) or the West Entrance (West Yellowstone, Montana). It's brilliant to make a loop out of your Yellowstone visit with this house as your home base.

We also enjoyed close proximity to Victor, ID, which had tons of amenities. Then a short drive further through the Teton Pass/Targhee National Forest you can enjoy Jackson Hole, WY. Getting Around:

Parking on the Teton Creek Resort premises allows for two cars per reservation.

The shuttle to Grand Targhee Resort is available just steps away from this condo, and is available during both the summer and winter.

For the snowboarders & skiers: The 8:15am shuttle gets you to the mountain at 8:35am for first chair!

Our stop is TCR (Teton Creek Resort).

Loved the unit's layout and quick access to the hot tubs, which are communal but we had the place to ourselves. The river was dried out, but was still a great spot for morning coffee session. This unique home used to be a granary! It has been converted to a beautiful, spacious and comfortable home by artists (us), with lots of interesting details, and you are also welcome to visit our glassblowing studio only a few steps away down the adjacent driveway.
There are abundant South facing windows meaning good views and sunny warmth any time of year. Everything is included: washer and dryer and large TV, full kitchen, etc.
The house is located only five blocks from Main Street, and two blocks from the Targhee Shuttle stop.
The upstairs has the master bedroom and a half bath, along with a very large common room with TV and walk in closet. Plenty of open space for stretching out after a long day! The couch can be folded down for another bed if needed.
There is a separate bedroom downstairs and a full bath with tub/shower, as well as the kitchen, dining room, and sitting room.
The dining room looks south and east to the Grand Tetons and is a wonderful place to be anytime of day.
The kitchen has a two person bar for relaxing while watching your friends cook for you.
We think you'll love it here! The common space is warm and inviting and the bedrooms are cozy and private. Lots of interesting art and unique history and architecture make it a really fun place to stay for a night or a month or more. (30 years for us.) The location 5 blocks from Main Street means you can walk to everything, but still feel relaxed and safe in your own house with beautiful mountain views. And, of course, you are only a few steps from the glass shop which you can tour too.

This beautiful house right on the Idaho Wyoming border (up Ski Hill Rd) has amazing natural light, gorgeous finished wood and granite interior and a sun room to die for. With a seasonal stream just off the back deck, this is an amazing place to relax year round. Views of Targhee & the Tetons out back, and the Big Hole Range out the front (also covered porch). In the winter, you can't get any closer to Targhee in Idaho and there is a shuttle up the mountain just across the road.

The Space:
Located just 8 miles from Grand Targhee you can unwind after skiing, biking, hiking or whatever you choose to be your adventure! Also centrally located for exploring Yellowstone and Grand Teton National Parks, world class fly fishing, river rafting, and horseback riding.

Each bedroom suite a queen bed and a private bathroom. There is also a queen sleeper sofa in living room. The beautiful fully equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances including microwave and dishwasher, toaster, and coffee pot. Whether you are traveling for a few nights in the Grand Tetons, or looking for an extended stay in the Teton Valley, this trendy spot is the perfect compliment to your unforgettable Grand Teton vacation.

You will have full access to the home, it's built for guest accommodation. We don't leave any personal belongings, other than some maintenance items at the house.

When we built the cabin, we were insistent on a downtown Driggs location, but building sites are scarce. We settled on a location about 1.5 blocks from Little Ave, and 5 blocks from Main St. It's a larger lot which allowed for ample space and lots of landscape. We put most of the windows to the interior of the lot, and planted some large Spruce trees to provide privacy to the nearest neighbor. Downtown Driggs is like a large neighborhood with a mix of older homes, and newer, modern, sometimes eclectic homes. Because it's not a "subdivision" you get a lot of diversity, which is what we love about the downtown area, along with walkability of course. We do ask for respect to the nearby neighbors in terms of quiet hours and friendliness.

The home can accommodate 2 vehicles in the drive, we ask that street parking is temporary only as a City of Driggs requirement.

The bedroom is private, and the bathroom has a pocket door to separate the vanity area and the shower/toilet as to help accommodate slightly larger groups. It does have a full size water heater. The loft is open, but does have a remote controlled shade that drops with for extra privacy. The kitchen is fully stocked, and towels & linens are provided. An information book with contact info is on-site.

We will refund in full for any cancellations prior to 14 days before check in. If you cancel with 7 days of your check in date, we will charge $100 and refund 50%.

- "This is a very nice updated home close to Grand Targhee ski resort, perfect for our family. We got a ton of snow the week we stayed. One night, it snowed 12 inches overnight and had continued snowing throughout the day. When we got back to the house after skiing for the day, the walk and driveway had been cleared. The roads back home ended up closing and we were stuck without a way home, and Jim made it very easy to extend our stay an additional day."

Targhee Creekside Condo is a newly renovated 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo located in the highly sought after Teton Creek Resort. Our corner unit sits on the second (top) floor overlooking the Teton Creek where you'll enjoy the relaxing sound of the flowing water during the summertime and the peacefulness of snow covered trees just outside your window in the winter. Just 15 mins to Grand Targhee, 1 hour to Grand Teton National Park and Jackson Hole, and 1 hour and 45 mins to West Yellowstone!
Aside from being is such a prime location for your "home base", the resort offers a community hot tub and fitness center for our guests to enjoy along with free parking, speedy Wi-Fi, and all the comforts of home. Teton Valley Bus Service also stops directly in front of the property for easy winter transport to Targhee!

Our privately owned condo has a gorgeous fully equipped kitchen with barstool seating, a central dining area and a roomy and comfortable living room with large screen TV and fireplace. Each of the bedrooms also have large TVs.
Aside from the comfy beds and immaculate cleanliness of the space, my favorite part of the condo is the outdoor space where you can enjoy your morning coffee with a beautiful view from one of the two patios overlooking the creek.

This clean, quiet unit that sleeps 6 is located in the newest building and offers beautiful treed views and the sounds of Teton Creek! The high quality king bed in the master and full beds in the guest room + queen sleeper sofa allow many options for a good nights rest. A new dining room table, range, and washer/dryer add to the quality of this unit and make it feel comfortable and up to date. Enjoy all the recreation and amenities that Driggs has to offer. If you venture beyond Driggs, Jackson Hole is a 50 minute drive, The Moose/Wilson entrance to Grand Teton National Park is under an hour. The West Entrance to Yellowstone is about 1 hr. and 40 minutes away. Teton Canyon hiking trails are a short 15 minutes from the condo. In the winter, Teton Creek Resort is about as close as you can get to Grand Targhee without staying on the mountain itself. Teton Creek Resort is a Grand Targhee shuttle stop, so just hop on the shuttle and get dropped off right in front for quick and easy access to the lifts! The condo features high speed wireless internet for your business and entertainment needs. There is no cable or satellite tv however, there is a smart tv. 3 large community hot tubs offer a relaxing soak after days of skiing or hiking. The condo is well stocked with dishes, utensils, pots and pans, and small appliances for all your cooking ideas.

Each room had fans running non-stop, but the LR and one BR never got below 77 degrees. The window fan in the other BR worked better. On the other hand, it was great to be able to do laundry on-site for no charge - that worked out perfectly. Never used the hot tub."
