There is a boat launch before you turn onto Fishermans Drive from the Highway. If you take a right off of the Highway onto Fishermans Drive on your way to the cabin, there are a couple of public, wide open spots for fishing, floating, etc. If you go past the cabin and continue on Fishermans Drive, you will drive down a steep hill and continue along the river to another boat launch.

The attention to detail regarding the needs of guests is unprecedented. Because the cabin is pretty remote this is very important. Everything one could need in the kitchen is there and labeled so no searching required. The owners spared not a penny on the bedding to ensure the best rest. Both soft and firm pillows are provided. A wrap to keep you warm downstairs if needed. A fan in the sleeping loft! (Only my best girlfriends would think of that!) PLENTY of towels. A nice little firepit outside as well as the handy propane grill and chairs out front. We had no trouble getting the TV to work. No trouble with the thermostat. About the property itself. Husband was a home inspector for about 20 years. He raved at the fine workmanship and creativity. Top notch materials all around as well as the safety concern coverage at the indoor stairs. The hot tub was ready for us (we only used once) -- hot and bubbly and no trouble at all. Great decorative touches so that we would feel at home very much appreciated. (So many properties cover only functional needs.) We do plan to separate our property to rent out vacation space and I absolutely will use this property as my guide. In closing, I would recommend this cabin to anyone. We probably won't get out there again, but if we could, I would make the CABIN our destination. Go visit Mesa Falls! They're beautiful! - "We were expecting a house and when we drove up and found it was a prefab/trailer with questionable neighbors we considered leaving. Then we went inside. It was lovely, well equipped, comfy beds, great master bath! The host is very detail-minded leaving coffee pods, etc. for guests. The furniture was mostly comfortable and the space pleasingly esthetic. We l liked the keyless entry. We were pleased that the neighbor (with dogs and motorcycles) was quiet at night. The neighborhood is about a block off the main highway and very quiet. We loved the flowering crabapple. This was the first time I had smelled lilacs in many decades! If we are paying a cleaning fee we do not expect to have to strip the beds, load the washing machine and take out the trash. We would stay here again. Very nice accommodation. About an 65-70 minutes to the West Yellowstone entrance."

This unique place has a style all its own. And we have tried to be eco conscious and use biodegradable/earth friendly products. Let us know if you will need it. Its a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom handicap accessible cabin. It has a spacious back yard. Circle driveway with enough parking to bring your drift boat. There is no AC in this unit. However, there is this thing called “mountain air conditioning.” It is a beautiful thing. The average lows at night in the hottest part of the summer is in the 50s. If you leave the windows open at night the cool air gets in and then in the morning before the sun gets too high, close the windows and this will keep the cabin cool all day. This is how most people here live. You will have access to the whole cabin and yard. It is not shared. However, there is a cabin on the same property. The yards are separated by a fence as you will see in some of the pictures. The circle driveway is shared so please be considerate and don't block it. You can even rent the little cabin "Grandpas Rustic Cabin" for more of a family/group trip. We like to give our guests the space they need to enjoy their trip, but we are available if need thru the app. We are located 1.5 miles west of Ashton, ID in a rural area. Close enough to go to the market or grab a bite to eat. Rustic Trail is on a rural road. But still conveniently close to town. (1.5 miles) "Rails to Trails" accessibility 1/3 mile away. The Ashton-Tetonia Trail is a 29.6 mile trail that follows the abandoned railroad grade of the Teton Valley Branch of the Union Pacific Railroad from Ashton to Tetonia. There you can do some biking, bird watching, hiking, horseback riding. And in the winter you can do some cross country skiing or snowshoeing. - "My sister and husband and my Aunt and her daughter stayed in this cabin. They loved it. The only problem my sister had was getting into the high bed in the master bedroom. She managed but she is 78 years old and short. Other than that they enjoyed everything including the turkey. The owners were SO easy to talk to and helpful. It was a very good experience."

Cozy studio apartment. Dogs are allowed with a pet fee. About 1 hour south of Yellowstone National Park. And about 1.5 hours west of Teton National Park and Jackson Hole Wyoming. You will have access to the river below with great fishing. Truly an anglers paradise. If you want a quiet getaway this is it for you! You will have use of everything in the apartment. There is deck access off to the side of the house with great views of the river and beyond. With a short walk there is also access to the river below where there is great fishing. We like to give our guests their space but we will always be available when you need us. There is plentiful parking on the property but no public transportation available. EV charger available upon request. For anglers, there are local shuttle companies close by. There is no stove/oven. This is a hot plate for cooking There is no smoking in the apartments. Smoking is allowed in designated areas outside. Please park in designated parking spots unless loading or unloading. Pets will be allowed but there is a pet fee. Let us know if you will be in need of pet accommodations. Dogs are the only pets allowed. NOTE: aggressive animals will not be allowed to stay on the property for the safety of other guests. There is a ring camera floodlight on the outside of the building to assist with late arrivals in the unloading zone. There are no cameras inside the unit.

- "Only an hour from West Yellowstone entrance and 1.5 hours from Grand Teton! Great clean little studio in quiet area. My husband caught at least 10 trout out of the river out back, some measuring over 20”. Kevin was great to communicate quickly. Apartment has everything you need and pics don’t do it justice. Bed was comfortable. I brought my own pillow because I’m picky about pillows. "

The Henrys Fork of the Snake River wraps around the property, making this family lodge perfect from getting away from crazy, everyday life. Enjoy world class fishing or just some relaxin seclusion. The barndominium is also conveniently located to access West Yellowstone and Grand Teton National Parks. This is a small one room cabin with a bathroom and a kitchenette. There is also a EV charger available on the property but will need to let us know if you plan on needing to use it during your stay.

There is no stove/oven. There is a hot plate for cooking.

There is no smoking in the cabin. Smoking is allowed in designated areas outside.
