This home is great for small or large groups and is in a great central location in Idaho Falls. Located in a very quiet and friendly neighborhood, with a great view of Idaho farmland in the backyard. You feel like you're in the country but just minutes from the Zoo, Downtown, the LDS Temple, the freeway, the Idaho Falls, the airport, and Malaleuca headquarters. Also close to several grocery stores, movie theaters, restaurants, everything Idaho Falls has to offer!

Very comfortable with 2 king and 4 queen beds plus several play pens and toddler cots. Also modern and very child and family friendly. Come relax on one of the front porches, take a relaxing soak in the deep slipper claw foot tub, enjoy a movie or a game of foosball in the very large downstairs family room, cook a large meal, while the kids play in the play room or out on the play set outside.

The outside is another paradise for tons of things to do for the whole family. There is a diving board, water slide, canoe, peddle boat and other fun water items to enjoy the crystal clear water that flows through it via a stream above that comes out of the mountain and runs through a pipe to the property! There is a NINE HOLE FRISBEE GOLF course on the property. Wolverine Creek, that runs through the property, has fun to catch small trout in it as well as large trout about 3 miles away in the beautiful Blackfoot River with lots of great fishing! There are two Skeet Shooters as well as small caliber target for "gun fun"! There is a full sized beach volley ball court. There is an abundance of ATV trails in the area as well as plenty of snowmobiling, cross country skiing, and snow sledding in the wintertime. There is mountain climbing including '40 Horse Cave' about 3 miles away up the Wolverine canyon. All of this is within about 30 minutes from Idaho Falls with all of the needs that a city has to offer if you need to run to town for anything! Perfect one of a kind get-a-way in Eastern Idaho. We swam in the small lake, zip lined, used the hot tub, played ping pong, played air hockey, used the frizbee golf lawn, played volley ball, used the fryer, played with the kids in the play room and watched a movie. So much fun and a little relaxation. Loved the peaceful quiet of the lake and just took some time to sit and relax. Something for everyone. We would love to do this again."

- "Scott and his wife were very welcoming and their house was perfect for my mom and me for Thanksgiving. There was plenty of room for others if we'd needed it! Check-in was easier than expected (Scott sent us a key code to access an electronic lock on the front door), the heat was on for us, everything was clean, and the rooms looked fresh (most looked updated/painted within the past few years). We only had one or two questions for him while we were there and he was quick to respond via text (my preference!) It snowed while we were staying at the house and this was the only time I saw Scott in person - he came over with a shovel to make a path from the door to the parking and generally make sure we both were okay. At some point the home owner did reach out to me and claimed that he had never seen the request. I find this hard to believe considering that I made the request in advance and that he had accepted the booking request. No effort was made by the homeowner to correct the situation and as such I cannot rate this experience as anything but the lowest score possible."

This newly constructed house is perfect for up to 5 guests. Just 5 miles from Idaho Falls, this one-bedroom tiny home is close to local restaurants, the Mountain America Event Center, the waterfall on the Snake River, and several recreational activities. If your plans include visiting Yellowstone National Park, Grand Teton National Park, Island Park, Heise Hot Springs, or Lava Hot Springs, we are close enough for a day trip.

THE SPACE
Nestled into it's own acre of land, this home is tiny but mighty! As you enter the front door, the small living room is furnished with a couch facing a 42” flatscreen TV to relax and enjoy time with family or friends. The kitchen is nearby with a small dining table, bench, and chairs. The one bathroom is just off the kitchen with a full bath and vanity. The stairs near the front entrance lead to a queen bed to the right, which faces a 42” flatscreen TV. There are two twin beds to the left and a small sleeping nook above the stairs that we call the “dog house”. Please keep in mind it’s a tiny house. While there is plenty of room outside, the interior space is small. If space and privacy are important to you, this may not be the best fit.

The only thing that we couldn’t fit into our tiny house is a dishwasher.

Window unit air conditioners, silverware, stock pot, glasses, plates, bowls, mini casserole pan, tiny cookie sheet, kitchen knives, cutting board, serving spoons, manual can opener, kitchen utensils, measuring cups, mugs, coffee pot, mini toaster and mini waffle maker. Kitchen towels, dishcloths, hair blow dryer, bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap and small bath soap. Oh, and did we mention that we just added a hot tub to the back patio?

If WIFI is important to you, this is the place you want to stay. The tiny house is equipped with FiberOne internet with super-fast speeds.

GUEST ACCESS
You’ll have access to the entire home including a back patio. The garage is for storage and host use only. In an effort to maintain a secure premises, the tiny home is equipped with a doorbell camera. The one camera is only on the exterior and there are no cameras on the inside of the house.

Escape to this historic caboose outside Blackfoot, Idaho. Western Pacific No. 434 is a 1955 built bay window caboose that was used on the Feather River route between Salt Lake City, Utah and Oakland, California before being retired. It has been updated to be a cozy tiny home while retaining much of the original layout. This includes original cabinets, closets, ceiling rails, and bathroom.

434 is located on a quiet country road conveniently located 3 miles from Blackfoot and I-15. On nearly an acre of ground, there is plenty of space to relax and unwind. Enjoy our custom firepit, perfect for roasting a few marshmallows or watching the stars come out. A variety of wildlife frequents the area, including deer, fox, heron, ibis, sandhill cranes, and numerous songbirds.

The interior has been retrofitted with all the necessities for a comfortable stay. As you enter the caboose, you will find a set of bunk beds built in next to the original torpedo and fusee box. Train theme books and toys are stocked by the bunkbeds for kids. Opposite the bunk beds is a built-in bar with seating for four. The kitchen has all the basics necessary for cooking including an induction cooktop, pots and pans, utensils, oil and spices. In the center of the caboose, a living room area with a love seat and chairs is tucked into the bay windows. The original restroom has been converted into a small wet bath. Finally, at the far end of the caboose a bedroom area is outfitted with a comfortable full size bed. Games, a smart TV, and high speed internet are provided for your entertainment.

Outside, a patio with chairs and a dining table expands the available space. Make use of the propane grill or fire pit for outdoor cooking.

While the caboose has all the necessities, there are some inconveniences that are inherent with a tiny home and maintaining the original caboose features.

This is brand new home, in a very safe community. This home is very clean! It is a very open layout making it very easy to relax with the whole family at this peaceful modern getaway. Sink into the clouds as you rest your head on our insanely comfortable king beds making you feel like you are at a luxurious hotel. The home comes with blackout curtains to ensure a restful night of sleep. Fully stocked with board games, puzzles and 4K TV’s this will make for a memorable and enjoyable stay!
The space
We have three bedrooms and two full bathrooms.

The large master bedroom has a very comfortable king mattress as well as a 55” curved 4K TV, perfect for movie and tv lovers!

In bedroom number two we have a crib for an infant or toddler a comfortable recliner and a brand new 20” queen air mattress that very comfortably sleeps two adults.

Bedroom number three has another very comfortable king mattress with a television as well for winding down and watching movies!

The living room has two brand new couches that convert to futons to sleep additional guests. Best for two children each or two small adults. At the very least one adult can sleep on each futon!

In addition to the couches we have a 65” curved 4K tv perfect for a movie night or watching tv as you prepare a meal!

We have exceptional fiber internet at 250 Mbps. We have Netflix, Disney+, & HBO Max.
You are more than welcome to log into your favorite streaming services as well if those three don’t suffice.

We have a well kept front and backyard (not fenced) great for kids to play with two massive windows looking into the backyard to keep a close eye on the littles!
