New House on the Snake River with a private dock! You can boat, canoe, wake board water ski, or play in the water. No crowds! This is seriously a hidden river/lake location, once you come, you will want to come back. Walk across the lawn and right down to the water and boat dock for super easy access! There is no ramp to launch your boat from here, but there is one just 2 miles away at the Burley Marina. From there it is less than a mile back across the river and a little upstream to our property.

Nothing like you’ve ever experienced, no neighbors, five deer, five hoot owls, coyotes, and endless amounts of birds, and occasional tractor and occasional train. 30 minutes from town. You can just sit and enjoy the peace and quiet or if you like to ride side-by-side’s or four wheeler’s, or just drive in the desert. 10 minutes from Lake Walcott, fishing, boating, frisbee golf, picnicking, our place is truly a get away from it all.

Luckily the property next door was not occupied fully the entire time it would have made our stay a little uncomfortable. The Wifi must be in the main house because it does not reach the TV in the living room. The host/property manager did respond quickly when asked questions. For the money it should have been easier to arrive, better stocked and the Wifi should have worked around the entire property."

The tiny home has two rooms and one bathroom. It has a queen bed, a twin-lx built-in bunk bed, and a pull-out couch with a full-sized bed. The private bathroom has a shower and a kitchenette in the Livingroom area. Everything comes with bedding and towels. There are also tables and chairs, along with unique chairs that are great for your family. Each tiny home has a spectacular view of Lucky Lake 208.

- "This place had great proximity to the interstate and was a really cute community. The residence was advertised as a tiny home, but it is basically a hotel room. There is no way to cook food. If I think I’m getting a tiny “home” I would assume that there would be a way to cook food (hot plate or something with a couple pots, utensils, cutlery. We were gone most of the day and when we returned, the house was freezing, despite the wall heaters being set at 72•. When we went to leave, we couldn’t get the door to lock, we ended up having to call to have the manager come down to lock the door. Also, there was no hair dryer or plug ins with USB ports like there would be at any other hotel room. Overall, you can tell they put a lot of work into these sites. Staff were warm and receptive, I just think there needs to be some fine tuning to maximize comfort and meet expectations- especially if a listing is advertised as a tiny “home”. "

The country club of golf course is located directly across the street as well as the Rupert Elks Lodge.
