This Bridgepoint condominium is situated in a quiet neighborhood just 5 blocks from the center of Ketchum and 1/4 mile from the Bald Mountain River Run lifts and gondola. It is very close to the Big Wood River trail system that in the summer is used for walking/biking and in winter for cross country skiing or snow shoeing. Ketchum's free Kart bus stops only feet away from this complex taking you to the ski lifts and town on a frequent schedule. The year round hot tub is great after a long day of skiing, hiking or biking.

The condo was fully remodeled in 2022 and 2023. It is very comfortable and furnished with a new 55" smart TV, cozy, clean furniture, new appliances, and a fully remodeled kitchen. Both bathrooms received new granite countertops, new sinks and faucets. We also installed new high grade carpet and pad throughout the living room and both bedrooms. The mattresses are high quality and nearly new, as are the linens and pillows. Master bedroom includes mission style bed, HD television, DVD and Play Station. Master bath has large shower, tub and double sinks. Guest bedroom has unique queen over queen log bunks. Guest bath has large shower and tub. Plush towels in both. Fully equipped modern kitchen. New LVP floors. High ceilings. Living room has large sectional, down cushioned chairs, ample lighting and a gas-ignited river rock fireplace. Large windows boast views to the east, west and north including Sun Valley's own Bald Mountain. Small private deck and fenced yard include chairs and BBQ.

Our condo has been meticulously cared for, kept tidy and clean and is much more comfortable and modern than most two bedroom units. Welcome to our lovely Central Park condo in West Ketchum where you’re only a seven-minute scenic walk from River Run Lodge and a block from the Wood River Trail bike path. Downtown Ketchum is just a half mile away.
We have installed A/C to keep you comfortable in the summer.
The west-facing, open-plan living area is on the main level and gets amazing light from midmorning onward thanks to cathedral ceilings and many windows. When it’s chilly outside you can cosy up to the gas log fireplace and relax in the two rocking armchairs.
The well-equipped kitchen has lots of counter space and features a gas stove. The drawers and cupboards contain all the gadgets you might need for cooking and baking. Choose from a selection of teas, along with powdered creamer and sweetener. You can also use the sugar, flour, spices, and condiments in the cupboard and fridge.
The roomy and tranquil master suite is on the main level and has a nice view of the Baldy Cliffs. The master bathroom has a double vanity and a separate toilet. There’s plenty of room for your clothes and luggage in the walk-in closet.
The guest bedroom on the second floor has two twin XL beds and also a view of the Baldy Cliffs. Also on the second floor is a separate bathroom, and the washer and dryer.
Beneath our condo is our garage, which is a boon during the winter!
During ski season there is a free bus shuttle that picks you up just down the road and goes to downtown, all the ski lodges, Sun Valley Village, and Elkhorn Resort.

Kitchen and Living Room are on the second floor to provide a bright living space. The open concept kitchen is fully stocked with all the tools needed for your culinary creations. Cook with the five burner gas stove and enjoy a glass of wine, margarita, or martini - stemware provided. If grilling is more your style, it is on the deck off the living room. The gas fireplace provides a great place to read a book, watch TV (premium TV services included w/DVR & DVD) or check email. Heated floors in the kitchen and bathroom. In summer, we've got the right fan to keep you cool and the air moving. There is also a convenient half bath, laundry and pantry on the main floor.

On the first floor, Bedroom #1 has a queen bed with a full ensuite bathroom. The room includes a 55" TV (premium TV services included w/DVR & DVD), walkout patio and very large master closet. Bedroom #2 has a queen bed with large closet and it's own full bathroom across the hall. All tile floors on the first level are heated - bathrooms and hallway.

Lot's of space, which ended up being perfect because our friends had to bring their small children last minute when they lost their childcare. There was enough room in the master bedroom for two pack n plays. Communication was outstanding with the owner. One minor downside, we arrived on one of the hottest days of the summer, and it took a while to get the unit cooled down. (Air conditioning is not standard in Ketchum). The large ceiling fan was adequate for cooling the upstairs and just having the windows open at night was sufficient for the downstairs bedrooms. Box fans were also provided to place near the windows upstairs. Would rent again!"

Escape to Sun Valley and this soul pad retreat with character. Nestled away near a park so it's quiet (birds sing even in the winter!), yet walking distance to town. Beautiful (relatively) new maple hardwood floors, granite counter tops, accented with art and treasures from over 20 years of globetrotting.

There is nothing better than your own private hot tub on the upper deck, right off the master bedroom. Your white robes are waiting. You can see the milky way and the Sun Valley firework shows from the hot tub. When was the last time you slept in a waterbed? This ain't your college waterbed, though, as this has waveless baffles and a support floatation mattress on top, and soft bamboo sheets. Warm and snuggly in the winter, and so comfortable, you won't be able to get out in the morning.

Perhaps, though, for a hot tub and morning coffee? There is grass cloth on the ceiling to give the feeling of being in a tropical jungle treehouse. The walk to the bus near the condo is way less than the walk from the River Run parking lot to the River Run lifts!

Sorry, no pets. There has been so much damage from "well behaved pets", that I can no longer absorb all the damage, and can't handle the stress of worry with the new leather furniture.

There is strict cancellation policy. This is not a hotel with multiple rooms. If you book it, it's blocked off on the calendar, and thus I'm turning multiple people away. Thanks for understanding. If there is a chance that you might have to cancel, then it's best not to block it out on the calendar, because then I'm left high and dry.
