The snow is great in the Sawtooth Mountains for Winter Adventures - and people are beginning to book their spring and summer now. The Music House is great stay for one or two couples or a family of 5 like ours. This 2 BD/2 BA townhome sleeps 5. We have high speed internet and access to all that Hailey, Ketchum and Sun Valley has to offer. The Music House is a great experience (please read our reviews). Guests will have access to the entire home and grounds, with parking for up to 8 cars. The barn on the property is home to our yard supplies and we ask guests not to go in there for their own safety.

There is a wood pile behind the barn that should also be avoided as there are nails in some of the boards.

I will be readily available by phone/message from 6am to 10pm. Unfortunately I don't live in the Hailey area, but should you need anything, I have a lot of people to call on.

The home is located 3-minutes south of Hailey on the historic Broadford Rd that dates back to the 1880's and was used to service the needs of mines in the area. Bike paths, cottonwood trees and river access (fishing spots) line the road as it follows the river, ranches and hillside towards Bellevue.

Home to about 9,000 full-time residents, there are plenty of shops, grocery stores and restaurants right around the corner for all your needs.

There is parking for up to 8 vehicles on the grounds as well as 1 covered carport.

Hailey is a 3-minute drive North and Ketchum is 20 min. Bellevue is a 9-min drive South.

-Pool is heated by passive solar energy in the summer and a gas heater in the winter.

-It is tempting, but please no diving into the pool. It is only 4'-4.5' deep. -There are also sharp corners in the pool room, so for your own safety, we ask that there is no running or horse play in and around the pool.

Access to the park area and outdoor pool are located within steps from your front door. There is no access to the interior clubhouse and only includes the exterior pool and park area. Charming, rustic (built in 1920!) 525 square foot 2 bedroom, (each bedroom has a smart TV connected to wifi and a queen bed) one bath cabin right on the lake. Completely furnished with all of the amenities to spend a weekend on the water. Boat ramp and docks just steps away. Washer and dryer, cozy fireplace, above the fireplace we have a sticker wall, feel free to add to it, as long as they're PG13! Well-equipped kitchen (pans, skillets, ninja air fryer, crockpot, baking dishes, utensils) great outdoor space complete with patio furniture, Traeger grill, propane fire pit, hot tub and outdoor television with wifi.

- "Good trip, fun location" - "The property served its purpose. Location was great for me because it was right across the street from my sons home. Front bedroom is noisy due to the traffic on that road - back bedroom is quiet. Needs a light over the garage door. Neither bedroom tv was working. You have to go up a large flight of stairs to get to the main floor, then another to get to the bedrooms AND bathrooms. No half-bath on main floor. When I asked to have the TV’s repaired, they sent someone into the house without notice- he was there when I arrived home, which was a bit unnerving, and would have been even worse if I had been there sleeping or in the shower. AND, the bedroom TVs still didn’t work. When I suggested they should have confirmed a time with me before anyone entered the property, they did not apologize, and said someone would be sent the next day. Four-five days later, still no one has come to do the repairs, and I heard nothing else about it. Hopefully the bedroom TVs will work before the next people arrive. In the check out instructions, it suggests to start the dishwasher, which I tried to do, but there was no dishwasher detergent. Also no hand soap in the kitchen, and that’s the only sink on that floor….. There is a nice little porch in the front and back."

The amenities inside the clubhouse, the gym and the conference room do require an orientation with the onsite HOA manager with a $75 fee at time of orientation by cash or Venmo. This is not included with the rental. The hot tub and heated pool do not require an orientation to use but please be advised there is NOT a lifeguard on duty and you use these amenities at your own risk. All children under 16 must be attended by an adult. Open hours are 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
