The snow is great in the Sawtooth Mountains for Winter Adventures - and people are beginning to book their spring and summer now. The Music House is great stay for one or two couples or a family of 5 like ours. This 2 BD/2 BA townhome sleeps 5. We have high speed internet and access to all that Hailey, Ketchum and Sun Valley has to offer. The Music House is a great experience (please read our reviews). Hailey, ID is such a cool mountain town with an Idaho local feel. Great restaurants, coffee, stores and outdoor adventures. Note: We are a pet-free property - thanks for understanding.

There is a wood pile behind the barn that should also be avoided as there are nails in some of the boards.

I will be readily available by phone/message from 6am to 10pm. Unfortunately I don't live in the Hailey area, but should you need anything, I have a lot of people to call on.

The home is located 3-minutes south of Hailey on the historic Broadford Rd that dates back to the 1880's and was used to service the needs of mines in the area. Bike paths, cottonwood trees and river access (fishing spots) line the road as it follows the river, ranches and hillside towards Bellevue.

Home to about 9,000 full-time residents, there are plenty of shops, grocery stores and restaurants right around the corner for all your needs.

There is parking for up to 8 vehicles on the grounds as well as 1 covered carport.

Hailey is a 3-minute drive North and Ketchum is 20 min. Bellevue is a 9-min drive South.

-Pool is heated by passive solar energy in the summer and a gas heater in the winter.

-It is tempting, but please no diving into the pool. It is only 4'-4.5' deep. -There are also sharp corners in the pool room, so for your own safety, we ask that there is no running or horse play in and around the pool.

The only downsides were its a bit away from the downtown so you would want to drive or bike (not walk) and the pillows and towels could be softer. Seeing as those are such small areas for growth would say obviously this place is a 10/10 for vacation rental. We really loved our stay and would gladly stay here again anytime."

The business center is located within the very large walk in pantry. The referenced work space is within the open space dining and community living area. This is a very large table and provides beautiful surroundings from all windows. There is not a dedicated office room within this listing. This home provides an attached garage catering to secure and easy loading and unloading during your stay. There is plenty of room for all of your sports related activities and toys. Access to the park area and outdoor pool are located within steps from your front door. There is no access to the interior clubhouse and only includes the exterior pool and park area. The outdoor pool is seasonally closed in the winter although open during the Christmas holidays. The hot tub is open year round. Start making memories in Sun Valley!

The home home very clean and had all the amenities that we needed. Ron, the property manager, was excellent! He welcomed us and made sure we had what we needed. He was quick to respond to any text!
