We drank champagne on the outside patio (with a random 50 degree day in December) while watching the sunset when several deer came out from the woods and were feeding right in front of us. My charming farmhouse has beautiful hardwood floors and saltillo tile. The home sits on 1.5 acres. Over the years, the city grew around it. Yet, the rural atmosphere remains right out the door. Our water source is a well with Clearly Filtered Water Filtration Pitchers so you can have the best tasting water! Don't forget to fill your water bottles at the house before you go out for the day.

If you enjoy cooking, you'll love the large country style kitchen stocked with all the cookware, appliances, utensils and essential supplies such as organic flour, sugar and spices. And the organic coffee station and fine black and herbal tea collection will keep you perked up in the morning and relaxed at night.

My sister Jena Reno resides on the property in the home next door to the house. She is the reason the home and property looks so nice. Jena oversees the day to day operations of both the homes as well as the fully operable Organic Garden(aptly named OrganX-MT) located in the pasture area. (sorry folks the garden area is off limits for general use as we want to maintain its organic status:) If you happen to be staying with us during harvest time you may very well be able to sample some of our produce. Did I mention Jena is an accomplished chef who specializes in cooking Organic and gluten free meals? Jena has 20+ years of concierge and property management experience in the valley and on the mountain at Big Sky. Don't be surprised to find a freshly baked goodie greeting you upon your arrival!

Be advised that occupancy is based on two persons. Addition guests are charged a nominal fee.

As you are aware, very few vacation rentals allow you the privilege of being able to travel with your dog(s). If you are bringing a dog(s), you must communicate that in advance of your arrival. There is a $100 dog cleaning fee. We extend this privilege to our guests because we are pet owners and lovers ourselves. And as such, we have placed necessary limitations for guests which are not meant to be over restrictive, but rather to maintain the safety, beauty and integrity of our property. These limitations are non-negotiable. While we understand that accidents can happen, willful non compliance of these restrictions may subject you to a forfeiture of your deposit. Dogs are forbidden on furniture, and beds, or bedding, and are not allowed to be left unattended without prior approval which Jena will outline at orientation.
1. If you are bringing a Service Animal please bring your State Certifications of necessity.
2. Leashes are mandatory to and from car, kennel, and home.
3. There is only one dedicated pet potty spot on the property. It is a large fenced kennel at the rear of the garage. Kennel cleanup is provided for you. You are also free to walk your dogs off property. There are several large dog parks within minutes of the home. Please do not allow your dog to stop and pee on lawns, trees or shrubbery on the way to the kennel, car, or home.

If you are not familiar with Bozeman and the Gallatin Valley you are in for a treat. As I mentioned before my home used to be rural but now lies very centrally located within in Bozeman. All of your basic needs and amenities are only a few minutes away as are the numerous activities the area has to offer.

Bozeman is also centrally located for many of your outdoor hobbies. We are located within 50 miles of 5 major blue ribbon trout streams. The Madison, Gallatin and Jefferson rivers which make the Missouri River and of course the Yellowstone river. Additionally there are several spring creeks and streams, 2 ski areas, underground caverns, lakes and miles of trails for hiking and biking, snowmobiling, etc. We have museums and art and shopping galore.
The home also comes with a guest pass that will admit two for free to Montana Grizzly Encounter. Located just three miles East of Bozeman off Interstate 90. Get up close and personal with Grizzly Bears.

Western/Montana style rental close to everything Southwestern Montana has to offer. 7 minutes from Yellowstone Airport. This is a large gated property with plenty of space and privacy. Great for families, and fishing, hunting or skiing groups.

This is a 3 floor house including finished basement space for a total of 5600sq ft. The upper floor has a on suite (Shower) bedroom with a king bed, 2 other bedrooms, one with a queen bed and one with a full. There is also an open bunk room with 2 twin bunk beds and one queen bunk bed. There is a shared bath (Shower) for these rooms.

The main floor has a master on suite (Shower, tub) with a king bed, great room, kitchen, dining room and laundry.

The finished basement includes 2 additional bedrooms with king size beds, a shared bath (Shower, tub) and a family/game room.

This rental is in a mixed use area. There are pastures for a neighboring vet clinic and views of the Bridger Mountains behind the house.
The house is completely gated/fenced off from the surrounding businesses.

We are on site often and are available for any questions you have in person or by phone after hours.

Our goal is to make this a beautiful and comfortable rental. We have a strict NO PETS and no smoking policy. Please don't bring a pet and attempt to conceal it; we have had guests try this unsuccessfully in the past. You'll find a Mr. Coffee maker, toaster, blender, electric kettle, pots and pans, silverware, dishes, glasses, wine glasses, cutting boards, and even kid-friendly tableware. Explore the walk-in pantry for additional kitchen items and discover a treasure trove of board games for all ages.

Dining Area: The large dining table comfortably seats 6, and we also provide a high chair so even the youngest be included.

Living Room: Relax in the comfortable sectional and chairs while enjoying the Smart TV with access to Hulu, Prime, and Netflix. There's also a ceiling fan to keep you cool during warmer days. For added comfort, we have forced air heating and a gas fireplace (no wood needed), which can be controlled by thermostat or remote. Please note that there is no air conditioning, but we provide ceiling fans and floor fans for your comfort.

Primary Suite: The primary suite features a King bed, ceiling fan, walk-in closet, and a full bath with a tub/shower combination.

We provide bath towel, hand towel, wash cloth and for each person noted on reservation and shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in each bathroom.

We have 2 comfortable rooms for rent. The rooms are located on the lower level, and has its own entrance.
This is a spacious room with a tv, couch and a desk.
It has lots of closet space, and drawers.
The shared great room has a big screen tv, a couch and a recliner. It’s next to the kitchenette, with a dinette set, that has a refrigerator, 2 burner induction stove, microwave, coffee / hot water maker, toaster, and everything you need to make or warm up your meals.

The space
Our house is located 13 miles west of Bozeman, and about 5 miles to Belgrade.
We’re in a country setting, but close to the main roads to Belgrade or Bozeman. They are usually plowed when it snows. We have our own driveway with lots of room, and we are across from public land.

Guest access
Our guests have their own separate entrance. From our driveway, walk towards the house. Turn left before the porch, and go around the house, using the walkway. There’s a door on your right, that enters our home. As you enter ,our guests walk into our home with a stairwell going down. You’re room will be on your left as you come downstairs.
You will enjoy our great room downstairs, which is comfortable and has a big screen TVs to relax after a busy day.
The kitchenette has everything you may need to make or warm up your meals. There’s books and games as well.
You are welcome to use the washer / dryer upstairs if you give us a days notice, so we can make sure it’s available to you.
Our property is about 1.2 acres, and you are welcome to explore our yard, the vegetable garden, and the greenhouse. There’s a fire pit close to the creek, a horseshoe area, and lounge chairs for you to enjoy. Say hello to our chickens. This is a place to relax, have fun, and to savor Montana’s countryside.

During your stay
Lynn and Martina are your hosts. They are a retired couple who love to engage their guests in conversation, when possible.
Martina was raised in Holland, and lived there for 30 years. Lynn is an American, and was an engineer for 35 years. They lived together in Holland, Canada and California. They are pretty new to montana, but are wel traveled, and enjoy talking to their guests, and learning about their experiences and travels. However, everyone’s privacy is always respected. Their guests can find them usually on the property.
Martina loves to cook, and you can find her often in the kitchen. Lynn is the handyman and landscaper. He is mostly outside and in the garden, when possible.

Other things to note
We have housekeeping clean the downstairs every 2 weeks, but we ask you to keep things cleaned and picked up. Especially food items.
There’s a cleaning closet downstairs, and a linen closet with extra sheets and towels if you need them.

The space
River Rock Townhouse is a 3 bed, 2 bath home in a quiet residential area. Guest will have private master bedroom with queen-size bed and workspace. The full kitchen, laundry area, full bathroom, living room, driveway, and outdoor space will be shared.

Guest access
Guests have unlimited access to the house, including the main living area, private master bedroom, bathroom, laundry area, outdoor space, and storage. River Rock Drive is ten minutes from the nearest freeway entrance. Grocery stores, gyms, restaurants, and retail stores are all within a few minutes’ drive. Bozeman is about a fifteen minute drive on I-90.

During your stay
Guests will share the main living area, outdoor space, bathroom, laundry, and driveway. There are two other other male roommates that will be sharing the main living areas. The owner is a well-mannered, clean male in his late twenties. He works full-time during normal business house, Monday- Friday, and is often away during weekends. He has a nine-year-old dachshund named Butter. Butter can be snobby to some people but tolerates everyone. He doesn't do well with other pets.

Other things to note
River Rock Townhouse is an excellent option for corporate/ transitional housing. Basic utilities are provided at no additional charge: garbage pickup, water, electric, gas, wifi, and laundry area. Minimum stays are 30 days and a maximum of 120 days. Stays over 90 days quality for a 10% discount and are subject to a monthly rental agreement upon arrival. The owner will consider official inquiries outside of the 30-120 day range. Stays of 29 days or less are subject to an 8% Lodging and Use Tax imposed by Galletin County. The host will request this payment separately and upon arrival from the guests for remittance to the county.

The space
Throughout Paradise Valley, there is plenty of access to local unlimited hiking trails, whitewater rafting, fly-fishing, mountain biking, hot springs, day spas, gift shops, guided tours, rock climbing, and kayaking on a lake nearby. You can enjoy a ride through our beautiful valley that goes through 54 miles of some of the most spectacular views in our area. You will see wildlife while enjoying your trip to the Northwest Entrance Gate of Yellowstone National Park out of Gardiner, Montana.

Our separate Home-Share area offers 3 private bedrooms.
You are booking 1 bedroom with a queen bed. Your private bedroom has a lock on the door to ensure your privacy, a single cup Keurig coffee pot, cups, creamer/sugar, coffee pods, snacks, bottled water, TV, microwave and a mini fridge for your enjoyment. We do not offer a full kitchen but do have a microwave and toaster for a quick meal, we provide disposable bowls, plates, cups, napkins and utensils.

Our charming atmosphere and quiet mountainous location will instantly help you relax and unwind; however, we do live on a county road, and there is light traffic.
***Tables and chairs are removed during the winter months for snowplowing and shoveling.

The Yellowstone River is accessible from our location. You can also enjoy a short walk down our county road, wildlife viewing, hiking in our surrounding mountain ranges, and some of the most spectacular photo opportunities the west has to offer just to the west of our place down a dirt road.

Guest access
Our designated guest parking area is well lit upon your arrival.
We have a beautiful view from both our front and back yards where you can enjoy BBQing or sitting around a campfire. I grow a lot of wildflowers around the property, which attracts some very calm honey bees and butterflies.

Our home is located on Chicory Road fishing access, which is open. The Yellowstone River is within walking distance located on State Land Access. (walk-in only)

Owners live on site but live in a separate private wing of the house. We will respect your privacy at all times. We enjoy interacting with guests, so if you see us out and about, please feel free to join us. Otherwise, we will allow you to enjoy our wonderful space.

We will be happy to greet you on your day of arrival to get you acquainted with the premises. However, we are not always here and provide easy self-check-in instructions. There is a guest private entrance door for guests to access. Should you need anything, we are only a text message away through the app, however we may be in Yellowstone National Park where the service is poor, please leave a message and we will get back to you as soon as we get back in cell range.

During your stay
You may see us out and about working in our garden, watering flowers, mowing, or relaxing. Please feel free to join us and say “hello”.

Other things to note
Our valley offers many hiking trails, waterfalls, hot springs, horseback riding, caves, and a beautiful lake. I do a lot of hiking and would be happy to point you in the direction of some day hikes or places to kayak, picnic, or fish.
Bozeman is located just 45 minutes west and makes for a fun day at the museum and shopping.

Some of the most spectacular fly and spinning fishing is found within 10 minutes' walking distance from our back door on the Yellowstone River.
After a day on the river or a visit to Yellowstone National Park, you will want to make plans to have dinner at the local eateries only 10 minutes from our home that offers wonderful food and live music year-round!

My husband and I both work seasonal jobs in the fall in the most remote location in the lower 48 states as a wilderness backcountry cook and hunting guide.

Additionally, shared refrigerators may contain items that are not appropriate for unsupervised access.

Want to grab coffee on Main Street downtown? That’s just a 20 minute walk! Cooper Park isn’t too far either. Your private room includes a full size bed, desk, bookshelf, kimono robe, slippers, books on local hikes, and a blackout shade. FOX & BEAR room share hallway bathroom. Parking for this room is street parking on cul-de-sac.

The space
This 2 level townhouse style condo is located near 19th and Main street in Bozeman. Upon entry, there is a powder room and hallway storage area - perfect for hats, gloves, coats, keys, bags.... The newly renovated kitchen features a gas stove, microwave, blender, crock pot, keurig and french press + plenty of tea stocked. The living space, also shared, is very spacious and has a ton of natural light. There are 2 barstools, a table for 6, and a gas fireplace. TV w/ ROKU downstairs is for shared use. All bedrooms have plenty of storage, and you'll find towels, washcloths, iron, ironing board, blow dryer, laundry detergent, etc.

Guest access
The hallway bathroom upstairs, downstairs powder room, kitchen, dining, and living area are all shared. If you need to store something in the garage, please let me know! The back patio gets tons of sun and you're welcome to enjoy that space as well!

Other things to note
This 3 bedroom home is ladies only. Door handles on all bedrooms lock. For the peace & quiet of other guests, there are no personal guests or pets allowed (besides my Bubba when I'm in town). Quiet hours are 10pm to 7am daily. You’ll find helpful info in booklet on your desk. There is a FOX felt ornament on your bedroom door for easy identification. Feel free to leave notes or area info on hallway bulletin board for others.

Housekeeper comes every 4 weeks to keep things clean and tidy. Check out the fridge to see when the next visit will be.

Our Belgrade home is 1 mile from Bozeman Yellowstone International Airport and 8 miles from Bozeman. Big Sky Ski Resort and Bridger Bowl are about an hour away. YNP is about 2 hours. This home is in the heart of downtown Belgrade. Just 1 block from cafes, bars, and restaurants. Downstairs you will find a private comfy queen bed and bathroom.
The train runs through town about 2 blocks from our house so if you are a light sleeper, this place probably isn't for you. We also have two small dogs.

The space
We are at a crossroads in the Gallatin Valley that make passage to Bozeman, Yellowstone Park and Big Sky Resort practically seamless.

Our home is minutes from the airport, smack dab in downtown Belgrade across from the library. This well kept home is quite spacious and provides guests with ample privacy if you need to relax after travelling all day.

Guest access
Your room is located downstairs, accessible by way of the kitchen. It is in the far right corner of the downstairs area next to the bathroom.

Make yourself at home upstairs or downstairs and feel free to use any kitchen appliances and amenities including the grill outside our back door.

You'll have your own space in the fridge for any perishables and can make use of our cupboard space as well. If you are travelling with any large items or outdoor gear, we can help you get that stored in the garage.

Help yourself to a snack, but remember the old law of the wild west, if you take something make sure to leave something.

The downstairs washer/dryer are yours to use if you have some laundry you'd like cleaned during your travels.

During your stay
Interaction is up to you! If you want to chat or share a meal together we would enjoy the company. If you need your space, we understand that as well.

We can point you in the right direction if you're trying to track down either local attractions or some good eats that are off the beaten path.

We would be happy to provide maps or any helpful information to get you started on your next adventure.

Other things to note
-Proximity to Railway: Do not be surprised to hear trains rumbling through town and blowing their whistle at night. We live mere blocks from the tracks so if you're a sleeper in need of absolute silence... I'd recommend booking up in the hills somewhere.

-Pets on Premises: We love our furry, four-legged friends! Our dogs are simply an extension of our family and interact with us throughout the day. They spend a lot of time in the gated backyard and mudroom (accessible by doggy door), but will be inside our home at night time. We discourage their being on the furniture or being fed from the table, but you can interact with them as much or as little as you please.

-Little People: My son Brayden lives with us. He is an extremely well-behaved little dude, but like any 8-year-old, has the capability of causing some noise now and then.

***Please note, we strictly prohibit any smoking indoors and don't live in a frat house. If you're here to party, please keep it to yourself quietly downstairs.

You’ve got a few 24-hour parking options:
– In the alley to the left of the carport (by the bikes) if there is space
– Across the street on the opposite side only (do not park on the house side—you could get ticketed)
– In the Peets Hill public lot right across from the house

RV Parking Spot-Enjoy the views and wildlife is this small RV Park on the edge of town. You are a 6 minute walk to downtown Three Forks for food and fun. The walking/bike path backs up to the property. Hookups are $85 per night. There is also a community, wheelchair accessible, full bathroom.

Shared spaces include a spacious, well-stocked bathroom, and a comfy living room/library with a Smart TV, Blu-ray/DVDs, books for all ages, and some children's toys. These areas are shared only with other guests.

We provide dishes, cookware, a high chair, and a pack ’n play. Two friendly cats and two dogs live on-site but do not access the guest suite.

The Airbnb is on the top floor and includes three guest bedrooms—this listing is for the Beatles Room, the first door on the left. It features a full/twin bunk bed, window fans, and an additional fan (no A/C). The bathroom and living room/kitchen are shared with other guests.

Shared spaces include a Smart TV, Blu-ray/DVDs, a large curated book collection, and a well-equipped kitchenette with a full fridge, microwave, convection oven, coffee makers, and complimentary coffee/tea. Dishes, utensils, and cookware are provided. Our two friendly cats and two dogs may greet you, but they don’t access the guest floor.

Three Forks is a quiet, friendly town of under 2,000 people—perfect for a peaceful getaway. You'll find a few local restaurants, bars, and a grocery store, but not much in the way of big shopping. For more dining, shopping, and entertainment, Bozeman is just a 30-minute drive away. We’re also about 1.5-2 hours from Yellowstone’s west entrance and it's north entrance—ideal for a day trip, though staying closer may be better for early park access. Outdoor adventures like hiking, boating, fishing, biking, and climbing are all nearby, and we’re happy to share local tips!
