This cozy hideaway is located on a working ranch (320 acres to explore)with a small spring creek running outside, so you can hear all the sounds of nature. If you’re looking for peace and quiet, this is your getaway. No one else lives on the ranch, but someone is usually around during the day.
You are just 2 miles from Clyde Park where there is a local grocery store, coffee shop, bar, post office and gas station. Livingston is 30 minutes away and Bridger Bowl Ski area is about 20 minutes.
The bedroom has blockout shades if you want to sleep in.
The wrap around deck is a great place to enjoy early morning coffee and watch the sun rise. I’m the evening you can have dinner and a glass of wine and watch the sun set. We have views of the Crazy Mountains, Bridger Mountains, and Absarokees.

The Luxe Cottage was purchased in 2022 by owners who are passionate about Montana, the outdoors, and all that Bozeman and the surrounding area has to offer. The condo is fully furnished with modern furniture and is stylishly designed for ultimate comfort with aesthetic brilliance.

The condo is designed for shorter visits and ideal for 30+ day stays, not to be confused with a month to month leased property. The Luxe Cottage is perfect for remote workers, families in between homes, divorcees who are looking for more than 30 days, or vacationers who are looking to experience, explore and enjoy Montana for any length of time. The condo is fully furnished with high end furniture, linens, kitchen appliances and home fixtures.

The main floor boasts a fully stocked kitchen, dining room table for 6, cozy living room area with a large smart TV and powder bathroom. Light filtering automatic shades and under cabinet lighting keep the space warm and inviting.

Both the master and guest king bedrooms, laundry room, and designated office room are upstairs. Both walk in closets have ample storage space with hangers. The master bedroom has a small balcony overlooking the Gallatin Mountain Range. All three rooms have large smart TVs and automatic room darkening shades. We provide basic cleaning supplies and laundry soap for the stackable washer and dryer.

When the weather permits, the sunny and southern facing outdoor patio area is divine! The dining room chairs are made of a composite plastic durable for both outdoor and indoor use. Lounge on the outdoor couch set, play some outdoor games or get cozy in front of the gas fireplace. We provide a BBQ grill for outdoor cooking. Propane refills are available upon request for a fee.

Bozeman and the surrounding area make for the ultimate outdoor playground. Winter time activities include downhill skiing at Bridger Bowl (a short 15 minute drive) or Big Sky (an hour drive), cross country skiing out the back door close to miles of groomed trails, driving to Lamar Valley in Yellowstone Park for wildlife viewing, and snowmobiling. Summer activities include hiking in the surrounding mountain ranges, fly fishing on the Madison or Yellowstone River, listening to live music on main street or in one of the many outdoor and indoor venues, road cycling or mountain biking, and much more. Fabulous shopping and eateries are always available in downtown Bozeman, a few minutes from The Luxe Cottage.
