MARMAC COTTAGE IS A SHORT ONE BLOCK WALK TO THE EAST OF LAKE LOVELAND, where you can enjoy unobstructed views of the Rocky Mountains.

Relaxation is what you will find at the Marmac Cottage. Each room is uniquely decorated including paintings hung on the wall by local artists that can be individually purchased. Located near Lake Loveland, this home offers every guest a unique Colorado experience.

There's plenty of space for your family escape or corporate gathering with the large living area featuring a sectional couch and flat screen TV. We have a beautiful space off the living room with great views where you can lounge and read a book or use the desk to complete your business needs.

Our kitchen is fully stocked with everything to make your favorite home cooked meals, just grab your groceries. Coffee and Tea are supplied for those early morning goers.

Each bedroom is furnished with luxury beds made up with high quality linens. Enjoy a king bed in the master room and queen beds in the two additional rooms.

Relax and unwind in the hammock hanging under the large oak trees. Enjoy a picnic in the backyard or at the nearby park with our supplied picnic blanket in a bag. Don't forget about our stunning backyard with a garden, fruit trees, patio chairs, BBQ Grill and patio table with umbrella. Feel free to eat fruit off of the trees if they are ripe and available during your stay. Every detail has been perfected to make this cottage a relaxing getaway!

Our cozy cottage is within walking distance to downtown Loveland. You can explore the multiple breweries, delicious restaurants and theatres. Big Thompson Brewery is within a few blocks and easy walk to avoid needing a vehicle and quick option for grabbing a local brew. Check out the Foundry Project that is bringing new and exciting enhancements to downtown.

Lake Loveland is a short walk down the back alley where you can enjoy a day of fishing, swimming, playing at the playground and much more! Boyd lake is a 5 minute drive and has a wide range of exciting lake activities. You can rent boats, paddleboards or visit the swim beach for a full day of Colorado activities.

Fort Collins is a wonderful college town just north of Loveland and a short 15 minutes drive, with availability to world famous breweries such as New Belgium and Odell Brewing Companies. Look them up online to schedule a brewery tour or visit the expansive tasting rooms for a taste of fresh and delicious made on site brews. You will find a thriving downtown with quaint shops, a wide variety of restaurants, local coffee shops and great concert venues such as the Aggie Theatre. Fort Collins is an amazing spot to visit during your stay at Marmac Cottage!

Take the gorgeous, 30-minute drive to the famed Estes Park for a day trip of hiking and exploring Rocky Mountain National Park. With a one-hour drive north, you'll find Cheyenne, Wyoming. Denver and Denver International Airport are also only an hour south.

This house is close to downtown and has its own private parking. A short drive to Rocky Mountain National Park makes this an ideal location.

This property is nestled in the foothills with seven acres of land, two separate dwellings, a Main House (Blue House) and a Cottage (Red House). We are living in the Main House and our guests stay in the Cottage. Both houses are using a common driveway, but they are separated by a privacy fence. The Cottage has one bedroom furnished with a king size Sleep Number bed which can be adjusted for desired firmness; a full bathroom with a bathtub to soak in after a long day of either leisure or work; an open plan fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and a large size living room surrounded by windows to observe and enjoy the beauty of the country side. The Cottage also has a sunroom with a wood burning stove and a full-size bed. Central air conditioning and forced air heating system provide comfort during hot days of summer and cold snowy days of the winter. The property has a private mountain trail and a large meadow for mountaineering and jogging. There is a shared detached 3 car garage to accommodate our guests. From mid-April to mid-October, we are around for daily maintenance of vegetable and flower gardens, and weekly mowing and trimming of the lawn throughout the property while in the winter time and during snowy days, we are in charge of snow removal of the long driveway. Although the Cottage is located in a quiet and serene countryside setting, it is only 15 minutes away from Downtown Loveland, Loveland Museum, Loveland Public Library, Rec Center and grocery stores; and 10 minutes from Carter Lake, 20 minutes from Horse Tooth Reservoir and 50 minutes from Estes Park. There are several trails, parks, and lakes at different proximity as well (a map of the trails is included in the welcome package for your convenience). Throughout the year, one would catch sight of many species of wildlife such as deer, elk, rabbit, birds of prey and other colorful birds. Many neighbors have beautiful horses and boarding facilities. We have a large fenced area for our hens who lay free range eggs daily. Here, evenings start with breathtaking sceneries of sunset which is a must watch! Snowy days are spectacular as well, especially while setting by the warmth of a wood burning stove with a cup of hot tea or chocolate and watching snow flicks dancing outside. A generous library supplements the dwelling where you can find books and games for your leisure. This cottage is ideal for retreating in a quiet place where you can enjoy the peaceful serenity of the country side.

The space
Two-story cottage with upstairs featuring a queen bedroom, flatscreen TV, and beautiful barn doors dividing into two rooms. Second area includes a full-size futon. Downstairs offers a full kitchenette, dinette set, comfy seating, and large flatscreen TV. Couch converts to a queen bed. Outdoor seating on the porch and couch setup with BBQ grill invite you to savor our Rocky Mountain air!

Guests receive a private access code. Two parking spaces on-site: one beside and one behind the cottage, with street parking available. Walk to downtown restaurants, theaters, shops, breweries, and bars.

Your Once in a Lifetime Vacation deserves a Once in a Lifetime Location! You will never find a more unique place in a more peaceful setting! Immerse yourself in the Mountains while taking in the Stunning Waterfall (Seasonal MAY - SEPT typically based on rainfall), Year Round Pond & Natural Spring Brook. Over an acre of mature trees & cliff walls. Keep an eye out for an abundance of wildlife. The serenity alone is worth it, but the central location is perfect for recreation activities!

The Waterfall is expected to flow May - Septembr, but it is controlled by the Ditch Company for Local irrigation/agricultural needs. We can not guarantee that it will be flowing as it is based on Snow Melt/Rain. We do feel strongly that it will be flowing within these months and sometimes it even extends beyond these months.
