Being long life traveler we'd say go for it if the followingcons are addressed... the beds are really cheap, as the previous review said the master is a cheap queen that rolls across the room when you lay down, because it's not attached to the headboard it also bangs against it by just merely turning in bed... the owner and his dogs came to ask us to move the truck while we temporary parked to unload and we had him come inside to apprised him if the cheap beds and he agreed and said he knew nothing about it...I lay they oversight on kokopelli property management who failed to reply to the previous review and in my opinion the owner should fire them and find another mgmt company... the last two comments are deal breakers... the two dogs roaming and barking at guests is simply unacceptable... why do you have dogs on the premises that don't like people and who intimidate your guests.. just fence your property and keep dogs behind the fence when you have guests...we own and love well behaved dogs, but barking and threatening dogs was the final straw... the last comment is parking in the driveway of the big house and having to haul your luggage across gravel to unload and reload your stuff! We're good will people and we paid alot of money fur this accommodation and sadly the bad offset the good...suggest the you but solid king bed for the master ensuite and a solid queen for the 2nd bedroom... oh one more thing"

The Guest House on the Hill is on two and a half acres with the owners' home in rural Tesuque, just five minutes from historic downtown Santa Fe, New Mexico. It has a living room with three French doors and an adobe-walled patio, both looking out over the Tesuque Valley to Santa Fe Baldy, Tesuque Peak, and the Santa Fe Ski Basin. There is a large master bedroom with a fireplace and king-size bed, a second bedroom with a queen-sized bed, a sofa bed in the living room, and a fully equipped kitchen.

This Santa Fe Adobe Jewel is nestled in the foothills of the Sangre de Cristo Mountains LOCATED in this jewel of a private Subdivision, located in Santa Fe County and about 12+ miles North of the Santa Fe Plaza. Santa Fe Cottage is a quaint little adobe cottage that is private & quite with beautiful views of both the Sangre de Cristo & Jemez Mountains. You can have your morning coffee on the enclosed Patio, or side porch or just stay snuggled in your bed watching the views from your window. And in the evening take a walk up to the top of the hill & see the most beautiful sunsets in the sitting area having a nice glass of wine or hot cocoa. It has a full size kitchen; Fridge, stove, dishwasher, micro-wave, pots, pans & dishes + utensils and washer/dryer w/detergent. The Bedroom has two twin beds made to be a KING, or separately. The couch turns out to a queen size bed for two. TV-flat screen, cable ready, Netflix and WIFI available. Centrally located to both; 13 miles to Santa Fe Plaza and about 30 miles of awesome scenery to (1) Chimayo, NM, famous for the El Sanctuary de Chimayo known as “Lourdes of America”, where people all over come to give thanks or ask for favors and where miracles are made. And walk away with a token of their healing sand, (2) also in driving distance to gorgeous views of Los Alamos where our nuclear testing were done which can all be learned at the Bradbury Science Museum FREE to the public.
There is so, so much to do in a weekend getaway or spread it out for a week or two.

The Cowboy Cottage is located about 6 miles from the Plaza in the beautiful village of Tesuque. Tucked away in the hills near the Santa Fe Opera, it is a truly unique and charming property which features two other available guest houses, and a small chapel. If you have a larger group and are interested in renting our other spaces concurrently, please inquire.

What would an old ranch be without a place for the cowboys? This cottage has a studio layout and is the perfect size for one guest or a couple. Tucked back behind our other guest houses, the Cowboy Cottage has two outdoor spaces. The first one you will find located right in front of the entrance with just enough shade to keep you cool during the warmer months. Through the front door is a sweet built in window seat with table. A small seating area sits beside it and leads to the adorable kitchen. With all the essentials but on a slightly smaller scale, you should be able to whip up simpler meals in between your jaunts into town. The bathroom is on the smaller side and it should be noted that it might not be the most comfortable fit for anyone over 6 feet tall. Please inquire with us if you would like information about our other guest spaces if this is the case. The bedroom is located off the living space and is a large open area with built in banco, desk, closets and the queen-sized bed. Two french doors open out to the covered porch which faces the large lawn and private chapel.

There is plenty of outdoor space to enjoy located around the property. Just a quick walk up a path and you'll arrive at the large lawn which surrounds a small private chapel. Settle in under the large apricot tree or relax on the hammock nearby. Across the driveway are our resident alpacas who will look on with curiosity as you are traveling around the property. The property is also home to our on-site property managers, Jeff and Lauren and their two young children.

Located close to the Railyard in the Guadalupe Historic District, Casita Cameo is a 600 sq. ft. (56 sq. m) one bedroom, one bath guest house. Newly renovated in 2015, Casita Cameo sleeps four with a queen size bed in the bedroom and a queen size “Room & Board” platform sleeper in the living room. There is a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer and a private fenced yard with a patio table, chairs and gas grill.

Just minutes away, around the Santa Fe Plaza you’ll find the cultural attractions of the Georgia O’Keeffe Museum, the New Mexico Museum of Art, the New Mexico History Museum, the IAIA Museum of Contemporary Native Arts, plus art galleries, shops and award-winning restaurants. Enter our beautiful casita keyless with a modern number lock. We will provide your personalized number combination before check-in. Outside the casita you have two private sitting areas to enjoy beautiful sunrise views and outdoor dining. As the nearest grocery store is 20 minutes away, we provide initial organic groceries, like fresh fruits, cereal, milk, bread, butter, marmalade, spaghetti, pasta sauce, olive oil, salt, pepper to make your arrival easy. Complimentary Nespresso coffee capsules and assorted tea bags are provided throughout your stay.

Guest access:
You can walk our complete property on designated trails. Pertaining to wild life and us being a working horse stable, please follow the safety instruction in the casita.

Getting around:
The ranch is located about 3 miles down a well maintained county dirt road, directly off HW 14. It usually is passable with all types of cars. Please note that in case of extensive rains we might experience flash floods in the Galisteo River, which you have to cross on a concrete slap. Should you encounter such a rare event, please don't try to cross the river (in or out) until the water has receded, which usually takes only a couple of hours.

We also offer airport pickup or drop-off at an extra rate of $120 for ABQ Sunport or $70 for Santa Fe Airport.

Other things to note:
The double bed is a full size bed (140cmx190cm).

Cell coverage:
Please note that the area has no cell coverage but we provide WiFi on the whole property. Once you activate WiFi calling on your cell phone you can make and receive also regular calls.

- "This location was exactly what we were looking for off the beaten path. We were able to sign up for a 1 hour ride with the owner on horseback through the property which was gorgeous. Close proximity to day trips, as we stayed to visit Santa Fe. We loved playing scrabble in the evenings and enjoying the view out the front window and listening to nature. Please note this place is off the main roads. There is a sensitive septic, well water, and the closest grocery store is about 15 mins. The owners helped to make sure there are essentials at the property for home cooked meals, which was greatly appreciated. "

An authentic adobe casita built by local craftsmen in the early 1900s, with exquisite western views of the mesa, mountains and sunset. Most guests discover they have a great night's sleep cradled inside thick adobe walls in this quiet country village. You may even catch a glimpse of the train out the window, which passes twice daily headed east-west on the original ATSF line which borders the edge of the property.

Our private-entry casita is nestled in the pines, boasts a canyon view, and is only a 5 minute drive to LANL, the Fuller Art Lodge, and the historic district. You’ll enjoy a luxurious queen bed, spa-like bath, and fully equipped kitchenette (stocked with treats!). Clerestory windows keep the space light and bright. The casita is well appointed, clean, and comfortable, with an over-sized full bath and a separate bedroom with a queen size pillow top bed and 3 inch memory foam. Our spare sleeping options are comfortable too, see notes below. We stock the kitchenette with all the dishes and cookware you'll need for up to 4 guests, including a toaster, blender, tea kettle, and Keurig. Our kitchen is equipped with a microwave, range and small oven. We provide coffee, tea, and continental breakfast offerings such as bagels or muffins, our own farm eggs, assorted hot and cold cereal, milk and juice. We also add fresh baked goodies on the weekend for you to enjoy!

Our smart TV includes free Netflix and other viewing options (no cable).

The laundry includes complimentary cleaning products for your convenience. We will collect and launder provided linens and towels if you need them refreshed during longer stays.

Note: the single bed is a 10” bamboo mattress with a memory foam topper on a supportive frame. When the spare bed is set out we recommend stowing luggage below it for extra space-saving storage.

The casita is thoughtfully stocked and is spacious for 2 guests in the queen bedroom. Another 1-2 guests can be accommodated at no extra charge with a double sofa bed and a single bed set up in the living area. The single is a supportive 10” bamboo mattress topped with memory foam and quilted pad. We can include a pack and play and toddler dishes for children, although for 4 guests in total the space does get a little small.

We offer limited low cost shuttle to Pajarito Ski Mountain or Bandelier for up to 4 guests in our AWD Sienna minivan. Subject to availability. We also provide transportation from the Los Alamos airport if needed.

If you’re here with your family, I offer affordable childcare for date nights, depending on my schedule. I am a former nanny. pre-k worker, and program leader at an adventure camp, and currently work in a church nursery. As a current foster parent, I hold an up-to-date background check and trainings, including CPR and First Aid.

Niji means "rainbow" in Japanese and there's not a better way to describe this colorful, 100-year-old, two-bedroom adobe casita nestled between the scenic Santa Fe River and Agua Fria Street, which is the historic "Camino Real." La Dea was once a nursery, and an antique shop - now it is a collection of 7 casitas nestled between the Santa Fe River and Agua Fria Street.

Pets are welcome - but please note there is an additional $100 fee if you are bringing one.

The space
This nearly 1000 sq ft two-bedroom rental is packed with color but designed with relaxation in mind. Upcycled furniture and vintage pieces are mixed in with luxury touches like Brooklinen sheets and towels. In the bathroom, you'll find both shower and bath options, along with eco-friendly and super moisturizing Innersense shampoos and conditioners and Bathing Culture body soap. Full laundry room and a totally stocked kitchen, this unit is perfect for a short visit to town or a longer stay.

This private unit sits on a former plant nursery and shares the property with six other units with a manager on site. Parking is directly in front of the unit. Come unpack and then walk to Tumbleroot brewery or take a stroll on the river trail that connects La Dea with downtown Santa Fe.

Very special two-story cottage within walking distance of downtown and the Rail Yard. Two bedrooms plus two full bathrooms upstairs, kitchen, dining, living room and powder room on main floor. Large windows admit beautiful light, outdoor patio has seating, dining areas and gas grill. Centrally located, this charming home features a mix of antique and contemporary furnishings. We have four fireplaces in the house; the one in the master bedrooms upstairs can be used to burn wood.

The house is tucked away off of the street down an alley, offering our guests privacy. However, because the house is in the city proper, city sounds do occur. Santa Fe is a pretty sleepy city as cities go, however, so if there is any ambient city noise you might hear through the windows it usually will not go late into the night. We do have sound cancellation devices in each of the bedrooms.
