The Shalom Abode is 4 minutes away from the Mallet Event Center and 7 minutes away from the Walmart Supercenter and other eateries.

The cottage features one bedroom with a very comfortable king sized bed. The restroom has a shower, toilet and lavatory. The living room has two recliners and a loveseat. It has a full, well appointed kitchen. If you are traveling with more than two guests I have two twin XL mattresses to place in the floor of the living room. The covered front porch features a porch swing, hammock and a 4 seat outdoor patio set.

The cottage is the only home on the property.

It is a private and quiet oasis where the skies are a bit darker at night yet close to the amenities of the city. The setting and wildflowers make it very uniquely beautiful in LBK. It would be a lovely stay-cation spot!

Guest access
Guests may use the cottage, front porch area and the yard. If you are lucky during your stay you will see a red fox traversing the property! There are mourning doves and horny toads as well.

Check out is easy! Please just leave the property in a respectable manner and lock the door. No chores!

The Petite Ponderosa is a 450 sq.ft. one-bedroom cozy cabin located two blocks from Texas Tech University and a short walk to Jones AT&T Stadium and Broadway. The barnwood walls, rusted tin ceiling and covered outdoor patio provides a distinctive experience. Giddy on up and treat yourself to this “rustic meets shabby chic” couples retreat.

The Petite Ponderosa features a queen bed with luxury linens, a 50” Roku equipped TV, a living area, kitchenette, bathroom and a covered patio.

The kitchenette is equipped with a retro refrigerator, farm sink, microwave, coffee station, dishes and silverware so you can heat up a small meal or enjoy take out from your favorite Lubbock restaurant. The bathroom features a full-size shower, vanity and linens. The outdoor covered patio features a seating area to kick off your boots and enjoy a little quiet time.

Our luxury silo includes a full living area on the main floor with a fold-out queen-sized sofa, reading chairs, and more. Connected to that is a super-sized bathroom with double sinks, a soaking tub, a full walk-in shower, and a full vanity to get ready in front of. This bathroom is perfect for a bride to get ready in! As you make your way up the spiral staircase to the master loft, you will find a king-sized bed and a full private balcony area that looks out into the flatlands of west Texas. The star-gazing at night on this balcony is unmatched!
