The Space:
Each bedroom has a queen size bed, with nightstands and bedside lamps as well as closet storage for your clothes and luggage. Each bedroom has its own smart TV for your entertainment. There is also a futon for another guest to sleep on.

In the living room you'll find a large and inviting sofa that is perfect for napping. This area will also allow you to enjoy the 65-inch smart TV and any of your favorite streaming services. Please plan on using your own logins for the smart TV as there is no cable and be sure to log out before you leave. There is also a desk space available in the living room.

The kitchen and dining room area has everything you'll need to enjoy one of Lubbock's many restaurants or to make your own home cooked meals. There is an electric stove and microwave provided as well as pots, pans, and plenty of cooking and eating utensils. The dining area is located adjacent to the kitchen area and has seating for 4 at the table.

In the hall bathroom, you'll find a tub/shower combo and large vanity. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. There is a hair dryer in the drawer and plenty of towels, hand towels, and wash cloths for your stay.

Parking for this unit is directly off of 35th Street. From 34th Street, you will turn south on Ave U and then east on 35th until you will come to a circular drive. If you turn right into the apartment parking area, you will immediately see 2 spaces that are reserved for this apartment. If parking there is not available, you may park in the circular drive. Parking is not allowed beyond the gates. There is also a photo in the listing that shows where to park.

This apartment is located directly off 34th Street between University and Ave Q. It is located in the historic Clapp Park area of Lubbock. Since it is so close to Texas Tech, there are a lot of students in this area and you will see a lot of people walking at all hours. There are a plenty of unique shops and restaurants in this area.

Getting Around:
Lubbock is a large city and has poor public transportation options. It is recommended that you have your own vehicle, although Uber and Lyft are alternative options.

- "Location: It was quite relaxing to come back to such a quiet spot. It is located on the end of a cul-de-sac and has a wide driveway. Comfort: The bed was very nice. I have had back problems and three nights on it felt really good. The sheets and blankets were soft and clean. Shower was spacious with a movable hose shower head and had dispensers for shampoo and soap. There were ample clean towels and washcloths. Amenities: There were some complementary snacks and and air fryer on the counter. I got some steaks at the grocery store and they cooked up very nicely in there. This can save you some money on food if your traveling here. The TV has all the streaming apps so you can plugin your netflix and relax while you wind down for the night. Both nightstands had chargers for mobile phones with wireless charging capability. Overall a very nice stay. Highly recommend over the local hotels."

In the living room you'll find a large and inviting sofa that will allow you to enjoy the 70-inch smart TV and any of your favorite streaming services. This couch is large enough for a guest to sleep on, if needed. Please plan on using your own logins for the smart TV as there is no cable and be sure to log out before you leave. There are also board games and reading material available.

The kitchen and dining room area has everything you'll need to enjoy one of Lubbock's many restaurants or to make your own home cooked meals. There is an electric stove and microwave provided as well as pots, pans, and plenty of cooking and eating utensils. Guest Access:
This home has a private entrance through the side gate. All areas of the back house are available for use with the exception of the locked cleaning closet, main house, backyard, pool, and garage.

The Neighborhood:
Cypress Lounge is located in the sought after Historic Tech Terrace Neighborhood. Located within walking distance to local coffee shops, restaurants, grocery stores, and one block from a bus stop, making this convenient to surrounding amenities.

Getting Around:
Main roads University and 19th Street are nearby as well as Loop 289 and Marsha Sharp Freeway. Quick access to everything Lubbock has to offer! Other than Uber, Lubbock has City Bus Transportation.

Other Things to Note:
Check-in information, including the keypad code, will be sent the afternoon before your check-in date. We reserve the right to deny any alteration requests.

There are exterior cameras on the main house that monitor the outside of the back house that record with motion.

Host-Initiated Cancellation Policy
While we make every effort to honor all confirmed reservations, there may be rare instances where cancellation is necessary due to unforeseen circumstances.

In the event that we must cancel your reservation, the following terms apply:

Full Refund: Guests will receive a 100% refund of any payments made toward the reservation.
No Additional Liability: Our responsibility is limited strictly to the refund of monies paid. We are not liable for any additional costs incurred by the guest as a result of the cancellation, including but not limited to alternative accommodations, transportation, or other travel-related expenses.
Best Efforts to Assist: In the event of a cancellation, we will make reasonable efforts to offer alternative accommodations within our property network, if available, but we cannot guarantee availability or rates.
Force Majeure Clause: We reserve the right to cancel the reservation due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to property damage, utility failures, natural disasters, or changes in local regulations that affect short-term rentals.
Sale of Property: In the event the property is sold prior to your scheduled stay, and the new owner chooses not to honor future reservations, we reserve the right to cancel your booking. In such cases, you will receive a full refund of any payments made, but we will not be held responsible for securing alternate accommodations or covering any associated costs.
Removal from Rental Market: We reserve the right to cancel reservations if the property is permanently or temporarily removed from the short-term rental market for any reason. Should this occur, a full refund will be issued, and no further compensation or liability will be assumed.

By confirming your reservation, you acknowledge and accept these terms.

House Rules:
- No pets! Unauthorized pets will result in a $250 fee.
- No house parties. Unauthorized parties will result in an immediate $500 fine plus damages.
- No smoking inside the property.
- No excessive volume that would disturb the neighbors.
- Clean up after yourself. This includes all dishes and food items.
- If you break something, message us and let us know immediately.

Interaction with Guests:
Our interaction with guests is very minimal but if you should need anything, please do not hesitate to reach out.
