This property is on the second floor and is only accessible by exterior stairs. The stairs have a switchback, please see the photos. Access to the stairs is through the pool area. This apartment is not appropriate for infants and children.

There is a kitchen, with a microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher. There is not a stove or oven in this unit.

There is covered parking and a large yard with a privacy fence. This modest home has small bath rooms with showers only. A gas stove is always nice to cook on and you have enough in the home to prepare a small meal or re-heat leftover. Additional furnishings may be supplied by request. The Loft on the Square is a wonderful apartment situated on the downtown square in Weatherford, Texas. The Weatherford square has several local restaurants, a wonderful coffee shop, antique shops, boutiques, a lovely bakery, as well as a fun sweet shop (Sweet Emilia's) that serves up Italian gelato, gourmet popcorn, and homemade fudge, all within walking distance.

The space
The Loft is a clean, welcoming, newly remodeled upstairs apartment style space. However, please note we do not have wheelchair or elevator access to the space. It has 1 bedroom and 1 full bathroom along with a large living room and kitchenette area. The sectional couch makes into a king size bed. The bedroom has a cozy window reading nook that can also double as a child's bed.

Other things to note
Guests and visitors should comply with the parking regulations and requirements and must show consideration to other vehicles in the neighborhood.

Quiet time after 10:00 p.m.

No eating or drinking in the bedrooms. Please enjoy your meal in the dining room.

Dispose of the garbage in the trash bin before you leave. All trash must be in bags, NO LOOSE TRASH or you will be fined $100.

Keep a close eye on your kids, the house is located close to a busy road. The host and property owners are NOT LIABLE for damages or any other bodily injury.
