This is a large single room efficiency with kitchenette and full bathroom. It is separate from our home living space so there is privacy. Has it's own entrance and parking with a large wood deck outside the door.
Located just 10 mins. south of DFW airport and right next to the entertainment district in Arlington. Easy access to Dallas or Ft. Worth. Located in a quiet neighborhood with lots of trees.
There is a private gate entrance that you will have a code for and can come and go as you please without having to come through the main residence.

This is a private in-law living suite, with private entrance in rear and self check in. The studio has its own heating and cooling system and thermostat control. The spacious studio room offers its own full bathroom, kitchenette, and walk-in closet. A desk is provided for office work. It's all entirely separated from the main house and very private. Walk out of its door is a private balcony. You don't share anything with anybody except the parking space. The main house is also an Airbnb unit.

If the whole family is with you, why not drive 20 minutes down the highway to the Dallas Zoo where you can actually feed a giraffe or pet a porcupine? Downtown Dallas and Downtown Fort Worth both are just 20 minutes highway drive. We are only 2 minutes from highway 161, 30, and 360. DFW airport is only 15 minutes drive from the house.

You can access the building through the gated entrances. we ask that you be respectful of the home and community, you can have friends over but maintain noise and light discipline at all times. The home is not baby-proofed and hence may not be ideal for families with small children, however, children are welcome at your own discretion.
Use of Common Amenities:
**The utilization of shared amenities is under the property manager's discretion and is not governed by MGM. Nonetheless, guests staying for more than 28 days are invited to enjoy these amenities.
Guests must submit a request at least a day or two before accessing the common amenities. Your request needs to be reviewed and scheduled with the building management.
*A maximum of 2 guests at a time per unit can access the common areas such as Fitness Centre, and Business Centre for a max of 2 hours per day. Please observe discipline and respect at all times when using the common amenities to not inconvenience others.
*Unauthorized access or no prior approval is subject to a fine of $100/per person per day.
* Any damage to common amenities will incur a charge of a minimum of $150.
* Only registered guests can use the amenities. No outsiders and visitors are allowed.

This space comes with 2 Queen Bed Gel Memory mattresses, 2 Firm, 2 Soft pillows, a couch, & an accent chair. It has almost everything you will need for your stay!
Located in the heart of Grand Praire, you will be spoilt for choices of where to eat or shop. The apartment is relatively new, and comes equipped with Washer & Dryer, Stainless steel appliances, a walk-in closet, free fast optic fiber Wifi, and unlimited HBO Max!
Everything in the home is yours to use. Make yourself as comfortable as you can, but please refrain from moving furniture (so you don't break it)!
Guest access
You can access the building through the gated entrances. we ask that you be respectful of the home and community, you can have friends over but maintain noise and light discipline at all times. The home is not baby-proofed and hence may not be ideal for families with small children, however, children are welcome at your own discretion.
Use of Common Amenities:
**The utilization of shared amenities is under the property manager's discretion and is not governed by MGM. Nonetheless, guests staying for more than 28 days are invited to enjoy these amenities.
Guests must submit a request at least a day or two before accessing the common amenities. Your request needs to be reviewed and scheduled with the building management.
*A maximum of 2 guests at a time per unit can access the common areas such as Fitness Centre, and Business Centre for a max of 2 hours per day. Please observe discipline and respect at all times when using the common amenities to not inconvenience others.
*Unauthorized access or no prior approval is subject to a fine of $100/per person per day.
* Any damage to common amenities will incur a charge of a minimum of $150.
* Only registered guests can use the amenities. No outsiders and visitors are allowed.
* CCTVs and 24/7 security monitoring are in place to ensure compliance from everyone.
* Amenities are not for commercial use.
