There is a wonderful trail through multiple parks, dog parks and the complex is gated making it extremely safe. 8-15 minutes to terminals in DFW, 10 minutes to Six Flags, 10 minutes to Texas Live and Cowboys Stadium.

The unit is 10 minutes from the airport 15 minutes from AT&T Stadium. It is very roomy and comes with everything you will need for a good stay. I have snacks drinks in a fully stocked restroom with body washes, razors, toothpaste, new toothbrushes, basically whatever you need.

Our abode is just like home, cute, cozy and comfy. It is a private apartment above our duplex in a quiet, safe, residential neighborhood. Shared external entry. Semi-off street parking for one car only. Your private space. Walking distance to shopping, massage, pedi's. Aldi's is in walking distance.
We love children however this is not a good fit for children less than 12.

Guest access
Please note emergency exits are located in the living/dining area and the bedroom. Both windows in those areas open to the roof to allow for an emergency exit. There are three smoke detectors and a carbon dioxide detector on the premises.

There is kitchenette. Walk in closet. Combined living / dining area. Cozy and comfy. Upstairs. Private.
We are "green" friendly and promote resource conservation including climate management (low of 74 - 76 in summer and high of 72 in winter) and recycling.

No more than 2 visitors at a time and they are not permitted during quiet hours. Visitors who remain after quiet hours will be considered occupants and an additional charge will apply. Please use stairs quietly, no loud noise, jumping, exercising or parties. Please remove shoes during occupancy.
An external video/recording door bell and security camera are installed at entrance.

Requirements by the City of Euless:
Parking is only available directly in front of the property. Exact location is provided on day or arrival. Parking is for 1 car only. Please back up your vehicle so the front passenger door of your vehicle is aligned with my front entrance sidewalk.
No amplified sound, excessive noise or disturbances are permitted outside our premises of 20:00 and 07:00.
Trash / Recycle should be placed in appropriate bins. Directions to bins - exit front door and turn left. Go to side of the house and turn left. Bins are behind the white lattice fence.
Trash pick up is on Mondays and Thursdays. Recycle pick up is on Thursdays. No receptacles may be placed prior to 19:00 the day before scheduled pickup. Receptacles must be removed by 07:00 the day after scheduled pickups.
